Absolutely horrible. I made an appointment. I told them what the problem was. I brought my cat in, they picked them up and said exactly what I told them on the phone and charged me $50 for less than 2 minutes and didn't do anything but tell me exactly what I told him on the phone and referred me to 10 other animal hospitals because they were getting close to closing time. They do not seem to care whatsoever about customers or their pets. I will not return to this place and I do not recommend it.

So glad I found this animal hospital when my kitty had UTI issues. Got an appt right away and they had great COVID procedures in place, i.e. masks, wait in car, shields, etc. Vet was personable and thorough. Will come here again when needed.

They will always be special to me. They have and still helping my fur babies. I recommend them all the time to friends and family.

Love this place staff was great they just loved my puppy up took great care of him!! Recommend this place to anybody!!!!

I have been to Layton Animal Hospital many times over the past 25-30 years or more and will continue referring those people with pet issues. The service was and remains outstanding and the costs are quite reasonable. The care & treatment of my dogs has always been above reproach and they often lived longer than ever expected. One I'll never forget is when my then-dog was seriously ill and the doctor took my dog to his home overnight so he could care for her every need. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Dr. Ashleigh is the bomb. Really cares and goes the extra mile for my fur babies. Everyone there is great!! Kind, caring, and accommodating.

First Appointment with my puppy was awesome, staff were so nice to my puppy & me, nurse Answer all my question nicely. Front receptionist always with a smile. Great hospital for my first time.

My first time taking my dog there.What a wonderful vet's office.Compared to where we were going before.The staff is so sweet and informative.And the vet was awesome with my dog.And they offer 10,% discount to people disabled.And the prices were so resonable.

I originally went here because I got a puppy from puppy world and they paid for his exam but kept going back because Doctors are very nice service is fast prices are fair going to take all my dogs here

Very positive experience, prices were transparent and service was terrific. I love that the DVMs have all been here forever. Dr. Morrow was knowledge, patient and friendly. I'm glad to have found a clinic with DVMs that don't rotate in and out and a smart and efficient staff.

Vet was decent, but brief on management of my dog's condition. Asked multiple questions, but he seemed in a hurry to go. Staff overall friendly. Fungal culture was done to rule out ringworm which would take 3 weeks to result. It has been well over 3 weeks now and still no follow-up phone call from the vet. I had to call today for a result (negative result). If I didn't call, I probably would still be applying the Miconazole on my dog's face twice a day for who knows how long and my dog would still be isolated from the dog park. All the vet places I've been to would call regardless of result to end current treatment if it's found to be not applicable. I have found this to be an inconvenience.

Great place that does all the normal care and a lot of other things like spay and neuter, blood tests, dentistry, some smaller surgeries. Definitely some of the staff like animals better than people, but then again lots of people mistreat their animals, I'm sure it must be difficult for animal lovers to deal with. Every member of the staff has always treated all our pets with tender loving care, even the obnoxious ones. They will be honest about what is best for your animal, but also are aware of people having to make difficult financial decisions. However, the sensitive treatment of our elderly pets who have now passed away has been the top reason I would absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone. Really good discussions about the options at every step of the way and making sure that they were comfortable and we were able to handle their end of life.

(I wrote this on Yelp but thought google should know how great this vet is too!) What a great experience! I recently moved to Milwaukee and of course my fur-child (cat) gets sick. I've had many rescues so I'm familiar with good and bad veterinarian experiences. The front desk staff was great when I called. (I think I spoke with Lori?) She really listened to what I was telling her and got me on the schedule within a couple days.Fast forward to my appointment today..... I'm from the south so I was running late trying to get there in the snow. When I called to tell them she told me not to rush and moved my appointment 15 minutes so I didn't have to worry. (THANK YOU) The vet, Dr. Morrow, was informative, kind, and made sure I knew exactly what the plan of action was. (even standing out in the snow in 5 degrees with curb side covid service, she didn't rush me or my questions at all) She didn't offer unnecessary testing and gave me advice for other things to do at home while my cat is on antibiotics. Reasonable prices for excellent care. My kitty and I are happy. Thank you so much Dr. Morrow and Layton Animal Hospital Staff!
