This place is terrible. Ever since it was sold the prices went through the roof and the care DRAMATICALLY went down. The only thing this place cares about is money and nothing else. The staff is cold and rude and couldn't care less about your pets or their safety.

We have been clients of WAAH for over 20years. The techs and Vets are kind and responsive to our needs and concerns. Communication is timely and prompt, questions answered, solutions offered. Specialty referrals appropriate and when needed. Great customer service.

Love, love, love WAAH! From the care of my kitties, to the amazing grooming services available not only for dogs but for cats as well! Chloe was fantastic with my fur ball and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. My cats aren't scared to go here and love the staff and doctors. We also love Wendy at the front desk. She's eased my mind so many times when I was paranoid and needed assistance. It's a little pricey but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. I will never go anywhere else. ????????

I brought my dog in for grooming and we were more than satisfied!! We’ve been turned away from a couple of other place because of his behavior, but here they were able to work with him! We were even invited back, which is something we weren’t used to hearing. I was also happy to see that he wasn’t in distress & he just came out looking so handsome :)

I have never had a bad experience here! Every prescription food order is done with ease and is always ready quickly. My pets seem to trust the doctors. I love it here!

I have been going here for over 20 years when we got our first family cat. They atr always helpful and easily get an appointment when my pet is sick. They're very compassionate and caring when its time fot your pet cross the rainbow Bridge.

Dr. Mentjes always does an excellent job with our cat, Carlisle. Dr. Menjes listens to our concerns, takes time to explain what's happening with our cat, and clearly explains what course of action is best. We have been going to Dr. Mentjes for years and would highly recommend him.

Depends on which vet you get. 90% are excellent vets and good people. Hard to make ends meet with the high prices now. Loved it when it was a little shack next door. Original owners. Prices on medicines and vaccines... necessities just shouldn't be so high. Good people take their animals to the vet. People who aren't do not. We should get a I love animals discount by taking our babies in regularly. I don't know how to word it. But I think the point is made. Any way I would yes recommend them!

I've been a client for over 35 years and continue to utilize their services even though I moved out of West Allis some years ago, they are worth coming back to West Allis for.

My family and I have been going to West Allis Animal Hospital for years and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is truly wonderful. From the front desk staff, doctors, and techs, everyone is caring and compassionate. What I love about WAAH is they don't order every test under the sun. They listen to concerns and make a game plan from there. Dr. Mentjes is just fantastic. Would absolutely recommend!

I love bringing my hound boy here, he’s been coming since he was a tender pup. When we come he sees Dr. Menjas which is our favorite and Chloe cuts his hair it’s my one stop place to go for my baby man’s needs

My fiance and I moved to West Allis a couple of years ago. We didn't want to drive into the city to continue taking our dog to the vet. I searched for vets nearby, and WA Animal Hospital came up. It was close and had plenty of good reviews. Now I understand why! We have been taking our first dog, Millie, here for over a year. She has pretty bad anxiety, but everyone who works there is so patient and polite with her. Our other dog, Griffey, is extremely friendly, but gets nervous depending on what the visit is for. Everyone there makes both or our dogs feel safe. They do a terrific job of communicating with us about appointments and explaining medications/vaccines. We have never had an issue whatsoever with this vet. I definitely recommend taking your pet here!

We absolutely love West Allis Animal Hospital. I've been coming here for over a decade, and have brought in my dog previously in addition to our four cats. The vets here are wonderful, especially Dr. Selbert and Dr. Mentjes. They are not the least expensive vet care in town, but they are very reasonable and will work with you to ensure that care is affordable and appropriate. They definitely do not nickel and dime you or try to talk you into anything unnecessary.

Just had our first in person visit at West Allis Animal Hospital since Covid began. I couldn’t be happier. We got there early, just before the clinic opened and they were ready for us and took us right in. Extremely professional, and you can tell that the staff really cares about your pet. I highly recommend West Allis Animal Hospital - Grooming you’re looking for a place to take your pets.

We're not very pleased with this place and we're looking for a new vet. The doctors and assistants are professional and competent, but the front desk person has been rude several times and it's very expensive compared to other clinics.

The entire staff is friendly. Vets are top notch

Chloe is great as a groomer - pups always so happy to see her for their grooming sessions! The medical dispensary is great! I was in a pinch & short food & meds & they went out of their way to get it for me! This group ROCKS!!!

Dr. Steffen worked hard to find a treatment tailored to the needs of my 15 year old dog. Truly appreciated her efforts!

We have taken our cats to the West Allis Animal Hospital for the past 30 years. We always had good care under Dr. Nelson and Dr. Severson. However, this last call we made to take one of our cats in for an emergency urinary tract infection we were told it would be 2 weeks to get an appointment! Needless, to say, we are now going to go to another vet! Very disappointed and sad!

Used to love this place been coming for years but I started Noticing that they were just more interested in getting your money out of you than anything else or even my dogs actual health took my dog to a different vet with much more better value and things they did to my dog that this place never did and the information given was extremely good I recommended people start looking at other places y’all will be surprise at the other better places there are.
