Pretty dirty. The staff was friendly but not very helpful answering questions. They don’t have a lot of selection for pet habitat supplies. I felt bad for the animals because of their cramped conditions. There are much better local pet shops in Milwaukee that keep their pets in comfortable living areas. Not a place I’d have interest in going back to.

Friendly service! All of my questions were, patiently, answered by staff. They have reasonable prices, too. There are a decent selection of products to care for reptiles (if you have any, of course!) ????????????????

Friendly, patient, knowledgeable people work here. I visited there with my grandkids who are interested in reptiles. They're researching how to care for them, but are still in preliminary stage. They learned about costs and animal requirements. No pressure. Very positive experience for the kids.

Doesn’t pay their employees. Have a friend who works here, has worked 6 hours for a total of 22 days and Gary owes him $816. Where’s the money Gary?

Now open Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm. I suppose that is a step up from by appointment only & one customer at a time.

Selection of reptiles is trash store is way to small if ur looking to buy a reptile don't come here it's a waste of time pet smart has a bigger selection of reptiles then this place

Gary's Pet Shop is the Go-To place for all of your pet needs or wants. I personally received my ball python from Gary's 11 years ago and only go to Gary's for the live rats that I feed to her. Walking space can be tight but that is only due to the vast options of supplies, pets, and everything that they need. Gary caries it all!

They didnt have crickets and their mices were smart????they chewed threw a box a paper bag and a plastic bag while i was omw home
