Gentle, honest, & reasonably priced. Clean facilities, great receptionist, and a floofy office cat to boot! My pitbull was treated like a queen. They didn't try to push prescriptions or shame me for how I fed her. The last vet shamed me for feeding my dog coconut oil daily... I stopped that and my pup lost 12lb in 30days! I got worried so I went here and the Doc said "it doesn't work for all dogs but if it works for her then feed her the oil" We'll be back in 30days for a check up on my pups progress. THANK YOU! ????

Been going to this vet for about 5 years and have had minimal to no issues until today. Definitely feel like you shouldn't label yourself an "emergency vet" if you can't get an emergency case in any sooner than 15 days. Being recommended to green bay during a holiday when vets are closed and then being hung up on before I could get anymore information, and refusal to just speak to a vet on the floor was not awesome. Will be getting my medical paperwork from you guys Monday and hopefully my cat doesn't die between now and then. Will not be coming back. The lack of compassion was disgusting

They take very good care of my animals. They are very thorough and call with updates throughout the day. They real care about my pets!

Very expensive!!! They performed services on my cat without asking and then charged a bundle. My daughters dog ate a bottle of Ibuprofen. It was a medical emergency and they refused to see her pet because she was not an existing customer. Where is the compassion?? They could save an animals life and talk about signing her up afterward. Sad place :(

While all of the veterinarians here are very good, my personal experience with Dr. Angie is nothing less than spectacular. Between her personality and the quality of care she provides, she is second to none. In addition, all of the staff here are exceptional. If you are able to bring your pet here, consider yourself fortunate. Highly recommend.

Bookings are at least 3 to 4 weeks out felt like I was getting a brush off on the phone I felt like she had something better to do other than the get a potential customer who knows somebody who is a current client who heard of my experience who's not no longer interested and taking an animal there cuz we both found something better funny how that works.

Took care of our little babies Jasmine and Ralow, very professional, got them their vaccinations, and check ups and had is on our way in no time. Very professional, curtious, and knowledgeable. Definitely bringing our babies back here again when need be.

Had to bring my pet rat here to be euthanized as she had a large tumor that had grown out of control. I was met with kindness by all the staff members. Extremely compassionate and professional, prices are very reasonable for the quality care you receive. I received a card in the mail later that week with hand written notes from staff and a paw print from my baby. Thank you Port Cities!

I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for my two male rottweilers. My oldest is extremely selective with who he will allow treat him and has NOT allowed anyone to touch his feet. (was a former show stud before coming to me who was show-cut) My youngest suffers from extreme anxiety and is not good with strangers. Due to covid and not being allowed to be in with my boys had me nervous but I sent them in for their nail trimmings and they were not only done extremely quickly but BOTH boys were reported as doing "amazing" and we were sent on our way. Not only are their nails the best I have seen, but they were both done quickly, we were charged fairly and they managed my dogs professionally and for that, I thank them. I was extremely reluctant to bring them to a new vet but having to have them cared for, had no choice. Furthermore, last week my oldest went in for two vaccinations and same applied. He was in and out, treated amazingly and off we went. Highly recommend!!!!
