Very good customer service and they really make your pets feel comfortable! 10/10 recommend

Whole pet is the best! They love our kitties and do some absolutely wonderful care for them. They focus on dogs and cats, so other small mammals will have to get treated elsewhere, but their care for the animals they do cover is excellent. They also accept care credit, which is a lifesaver, but their price are reasonable outside of that.

Disappointed in the service to say the least. I've called a couple of times to try and get some guidance regarding my cat. He's a patient at this clinic. I've been told I would receive a call back and I didn't hear back from anyone. It's been a week. I called again today and was told I could bring him in then I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I decided to hang up. So disappointed with the lack of customer service.

The best vet in Madison! The entire staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming, they felt like family to my dog. They were also very thorough in all the exams and explanations for my dog so I never had any questions or doubts. Highly recommend!

Where do I start with how wonderful this place is? Let's start with the best thing - the staff. First off, the front desk people were competent, on the ball about safety, and welcoming. What warm, kind-hearted people, they have a lovely rapport with one another that fills the place with happiness. The lovely young lady who helped me was especially quick on the draw, sharp as a tack and of course has fantastic people skills. The vet tech and doctor were skilled, clearly loved animals and were very upfront about what was and wasn't necessary. My kitties got vaccinated, my princess-cat got chipped and now she's my little cyborg, and they saved me about $200 by advising against unnecessary tests. I greatly appreciate that. Finally...they brought out and let me hold this lovable, enormous, squishy kitty who purred so loudly I could hear him across the lobby and over the music. They did this because they knew I'd recently been through a terrible pet loss, and it really helped me. Great place. This is where my pets go when they need care, and so should yours!

I was able to get my dog Frankie in for an appointment today! He loved on everyone in the office and they loved him right back! I am so excited to have found Whole Pet Veterinary Clinic and they were so wonderful to him and and us!

After going to Whole Pet for 6 years, I just moved out of town and this vet is the thing I am going to miss most about Madison! I never had an interaction with anyone at Whole Pet who wasn't kind, caring, and helpful. They always went above and beyond to make sure I understood the cost and reasoning behind all procedures, and I never felt like they were doing anything unnecessarily. They are truly the best and I cannot recommend them enough!!

All the staff here are always incredibly professional. They communicate clearly (including about costs) and listen excellently. Last summer our dog had really bad ear infections and our previous vet hadn't listened to our concerns or treated her responsibly. When we switched her to whole pet, they took incredible care of her even though she had become very nervous about vet visits. Tragically my last visit here was when we had to put our other dog down after her kidneys started to fail. Everyone was incredibly kind and empathetic, they made her comfortable and let our whole family sit in a room with her for as long as we needed before and after.

I take my dog and cat to Whole Pet. The vets and techs have always been reliable, responsive, and willing to work with me. They are understanding and I trust them completely!

I can't recommend Whole Pet enough! Every single staff person I've interacted with has been amazing, and they take incredible care of both our puppy and our elderly cat. They are up front and honest about everything, are incredibly reasonable for cost, and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences there.

Never visited. Need my three pit bulls ear clipped. They don't offer that service. But they referred my to another Vet whom does.

First time visit as they just opened up to take some new patients. They enjoyed my pup and offered clear alternatives. I look forward to a long term relationship.

The staff here is fantastic. They truly care about the well-being of your pet and look to care for them however they are able. The receptionists are great and always ask for an update on our cat when stopping in to pick anything up. They have been a blessing to have while taking care of a very sick cat.

We picked Whole Pet clinic for our anxious puppy Randall after reading lots of reviews about it. I can say that we made the right choice. Dr. Kristi Bernhardt is the nicest person ever and has always gone above and beyond for our dog- we love her!

Thank you to the caring and knowledgeable staff at Whole Pet Vet. My cat recently had some unexpected health issues and each staff member I spoke with showed genuine care and concern for my pet. My cat made a quick recovery after their diagnosis and care plan. I would recommend Whole Pet to any of my animal loving family friends. Thank you for all that you do!

Very lovely Vet that shows they care about your pets. My cat only hates the car ride there, but loves the people for the most part.

The technician staff are very knowledgeable and kind, and they do a decent job explaining your pets needs. On the other hand, the front end staff appear to be extremely disorganized at times. I have had multiple different e-mails get straight up ignored and never responded too. Additionally, the front end consistently do a poor job communicating important info such as: how long things will take, why that is the case, how much certain services will cost, etc. Although the technicians are wonderful, I would recommend going somewhere with more consistent and clear communication with their customers.

I definitely recommend this vet clinic. The doctors and staff here are all friendly and helpful. The prices are fair, and I should know because I ended up here after calling around checking for cat tooth extraction estimates when my previous vet quoted me a very high price. Many of the places I called refused to give me a general estimate for such a procedure, which I thought was both shocking and suspicious. I was very pleased with how whole pet treated my cat and I became a regular customer after that procedure. They also fixed a long standing runny eye issue she had that other vets told me would be a life long problem for her.

My cat hates going to the vet but everyone here was great and really caring. They gave him his favorite treats to help him calm down while getting his checkup.

Wow! I am absolutely delighted with my experience at the Whole Pet Vet Clinic today. I am a new mom to the sweetest little English Bulldog, Jumba, and to say we have been through a lot this past month would be an understatement. Prior to working with Whole Pet, I was using a different clinic who was recommended by the place I got Jumba. Though well intentioned, the vet was unable to provide me with the tools, resources, or information that I so eagerly wanted to take the best care possible of my guy. Not to mention she was not friendly and kept pushing various services and products. When my pooch woke up this morning with a cough, I knew that I couldn't/shouldn't got to my original vet so I called Whole Pet Veterinary Clinic. The receptionist, Kaylee, was eager to help and genuinely concerned about my little guy, to the point that they got me in within the hour! From the second I stepped foot into their clinic, Jumba and I received exceptional treatment. The staff was friendly, the vet gentle and loving towards Jumba, and completely transparent with me about procedural and financial details the entire time. They took time to talk me through various wellness tasks I can do at home with Jumba and were more than willing to answer any question I tossed their way. Not only did they not push services and products, but they went above and beyond in order to SAVE me money by recommending I avoid unnecessary procedures. They helped get Jumba the treatment he needed for his cough, and showered him with pets, cuddles, and treats to make the process as pleasant as possible. I know Jumba loves the staff at Whole Pet Veterinary Clinic, and I would have to say I think they're pretty great as well. Thanks for helping this stressed, graduate student, first time momma out! Will definitely recommend this clinic in the future.

These guys/gals are amazing. They literally get down on the floor with patients to meet them where they're at. Theyve fit us in during emergencies despite being SUPER busy and popular and provide the best care I've ever seen in a health practitioner- human or animal. We have spent big bucks here but it always could have been worse and it's always been after being given multiple options
