Everyone treats my cats like they’re part of their own family. Dr. Megan is just the best- can’t imagine taking my cats anywhere else.

Dr. Matt was able to answer all of my questions and was supportive in the direction that l wanted to go in with my dog.

Nala loves going to Lakeview. The techs and doctors treat her so sweetly. And I like the post visit recap. Everything is explained and I feel they've made sure nothing is overlooked.

I received excellent care for my somewhat challenging pup at Lakeview yesterday. He has been having recurrent infections in his ears and is VERY resistent to having them touched. The vet tech gently persuaded him to let her swab them and the vet laid out an excellent plan, taking into account my concerns. I've been going here for years and have greatly appreciated everyone I've come in contact with. Highly recommend.

The staff care about our cats so much, which is evident in their treatment of them. They send detailed notes after each evaluation, which is incredibly helpful for my forgetful brain. In these notes, they write sweet messages about our cats that are just warm and heartfelt. When our cat had an ear infection that would not subside, the staff worked diligently and carefully to provide him with the safest and most effective care. Although it took a few months, they were always available by phone and email, letting us know if they thought we needed to head into the clinic again. He is now a healthy and happy boy! The staff is always happy to answer questions and concerns, and can usually get us in fairly quickly if there are immediate issues. Super happy with our care here!

There isn’t a single bad thing that I could say about Lakeview - the doctors and staff are the best in every respect and they are the only people I trust with my pup!!

Lakeview has been my vet for over 10 years. The service is excellent, the care for my animals is exceptional, and I'm happy to have such a great relationship with the clinic.

Lakeview has been taking care of our cat for several years now. He's getting old now, and in the past year has developed eating issues and lost a scary amount of weight. Dr. Matt has been very knowledgeable, professional, and caring, and has helped us find medications that perked up our cat's appetite. The entire team has been caring and they even called to check up on Cody the day after our appointment. Couldn't recommend them more!

Dr. Oakes and her assistant Andrea were extremely kind and professional in examining my 13 year old cat who has multiple health problems and disabilities. The treatment my pet and I received was "top notch". I could not have asked for a more compassionate exam.

I’ve been taking my pets to Lakeview for almost ten years, and all I can say is that they’re amazing. The veterinarians and tech staff are some of the kindest, most compassionate people you will ever meet. They’ve seen me through the devastating sadness of losing a pet to celebrating the joy of welcoming a new pet into my family, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about everyone there. You will literally never find a better clinic to entrust with the care of your beloved pet.

My 8yo dog has gone here since 7 was old. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been exceptional. The care and adoration for Matilda makes her love coming to the vet- even with labs and shots. They make me feel well supported through some very tough issues with my dogs health and I trust them implicitly. I drive all the way across town to go here and it well worth it.

I have been bringing my dog here for the last year, she is a rescue so is very nervous but loves the staff here! She has had some urgent needs and they’ve been able to accommodate her. She’s been in great hands with Dr. Sarah and Dr. Matt ????

I am amazed at all the great reviews. This place repeatedly missed an ear infection in my mom's dog and didn't even do an ear culture. I don't know if they are lazy but definitely rude and unhelpful. Now my mom has a sick dog and they are totally compassion-less and refuse to get her seen anytime soon. Way to treat the elderly!

We have been going to Lakeview for awhile. We moved away for 4 years and are now back in Madison. We brought in your new addition to our family and we are so glad we chose to be back with Lakeview! The entire staff was incredibly kind and gentle with my dog; she can be a little anxious sometimes and they were able to make her feel comfortable. They talked me thru everything they were doing and I never felt pressured.

We arrived at Lakeview on-time, and our appointment began promptly. The vet tech, Nicki, was friendly and professional. She did an excellent job documenting my dog's history. Our veterinarian, Dr. Megan Arce, was knowledgeable and helpful in developing a long-term care plan for my dog's allergy problem. I have brought other dogs to Dr. Arce for care, and she has always provided competent, compassionate, and science-based care. Overall, I highly recommend Lakeview Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Arce.

Lakeview is always amazing and I'm always impressed by the level of care and quality we get when we go. My dog can be a little nervous but they handle him so well and I always leave feeling confident that my dog received the best care possible no matter what the situation.

I had a technician appointment for my dog. The veterinary technician's name is Andy. As soon as I called into the clinic to let them know about my arrival Andy very quickly responded, updated my dogs information on file, then shortly after came out to retrieve him. He provided me with a slip lead and led my dog into the clinic for his updates on shots. He was out probably less than 10 minutes later with the bill and my dog. This is the most efficient and professional visit I have ever had at any veterinary clinic. Thank you very much Andy and Lakeview Veterinary Staff.
