Great pet supplies store. Primarily focused on cat stuff but with a reasonable selection of dog stuff. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

So kind and welcoming. Great selection of toys, food, furniture. Best front-door greeters in the biz!

Best customer service in the area. The staff truly cares about the pets in the life of the customers. Even if they don't have the brand you are looking for, they will help you find great options. This has been especially helpful during the supply issues happening right now.

I have been shopping MadCat for years - was there when a couple of young girls took the cat into the bathroom --- one the employees luckily intervened. I love shopping with Danny - I was very concerned as people are someimes not nice to our feline friends - and I have never seen this happen in the many years i have shopped there! The world has gone crazy these days! good work madcat - our furry babies need us to keep them safe!

I adore Mad Cat. The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are excellent, and many of the toys and cat trees are unique. I found the cat collars are purchased here were much higher quality than the one I bought at Petsmart, and remarkably they cost less. There are many items for which I find that to be the case. With Mad Cat you can shop local, save money, and spoil your pet!

Mad Cat is absolutely fantastic for cat and dog owners. Their handmade cat trees are extremely durable (going on 8 years on my first one!), and they have a ton of locally sourced handmade cat toys that our cats go crazy for. I recommend them to everyone we know, and when we have friends or relatives visit from out of state, we always make sure to take them to Mad Cat.

Alex was highly knowledgeable about the nutritional value of various brands of cat food, as well as a cat's dietary needs.

Got our beautiful baby Smudge from mad cat. Always buy toys and litter from them as well. Its always fun to stop by and see the little cute baby kitties they have running around(or usually napping). We've also bought cat trees from here that are still in perfect condition.

I just moved to the area and was looking to find a place to pick up pet supplies for my to cats. I think I found it. They have a large section of everything you need for your cats, from litter to food to toys, they even have carriers and scratching post. Don't worry they even have some items of dogs.

I love these local pet stores! They do such great things for the community and pets that need homes. They ALWAYS have what I’m looking for and their books about understanding your pets are great! I can’t recommend this place enough, especially for new pet owners who are looking for some advice.

The only place we buy litter for our cat! Our dog has also really enjoyed all the awesome little treats and snacks they sell. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful
