Very friendly phone reps. Just talked to Dede a few moments ago. Despite my incoherent, panicked rambling about mine and my little girl's issues, Dede was incredibly professional and kind. I started crying on the phone and she was so nice to me. Thank you.

I am so thankful that we used Journeys Home. Kitt was absolutely amazing and helped our Sophie cross the rainbow bridge with love and compassion. The process was done at our pace and the serenity that followed was amazing. Thank you so much for offering this service and thank you to Kitt. You have no idea how much you coming into our home meant to us.

When we knew we were soon approaching the time of needing to ease our elderly cat toward a peaceful passing, it was suggested we call Journeys Home. It is impossible to describe or express in a more grateful way, how competently our cat was cared for. We, too, were lovingly supported in our heartache and grief throughout the entire process. Kitt was a saint in her patience, tenderness, and sincerity, and in the most thoughtful and gentle way made the experience of our cat's passing, serene. Even the smallest of details were attended to in a way that made her visit with us as uncomplicated as it could have been. We would have happily paid more to have that be the way our cat's last moments were spent. We cannot recommend or express our appreciation more for Journeys Home's compassion and phenomenal skill, during what was one of the most heartbreaking eventualities of our lives.

They made a difficult experience of losing our pet go a smoothly as possible. Very compassionate and calm and supportive organization.

This service is a blessing,! we had to put our springer spaniel to sleep after a year of seizures that gave him anxiety and much more, not having to take him to the vet and give him more anxiety is a gift. They make a really hard task just a little easier from the phone call to the scheduled visit. Everything is very well orchestrated from the phone call to the procedure and they do all of this with grace and empathy.

I am forever grateful for them allowing my sweet Purrcilla to go in peace in her favorite spot at home, surrounded by love. They answered all of my questions & made the process as easy as it could be. The Vet who came to our home was so understanding & kind. I needed more time saying goodbye and she was so patient. This is honestly the most amazing group of people. I received a hand written card today on the year anniversary of losing my sweet baby. It truly meant so much to me ???? Thank you guys for all that you do! And for allowing furry family members the comfort of going where they are comfortable & at peace

Had to say goodbye to my best friend of 13 years this week. From the moment I contacted them to the moment they left was an incredible experience of compassion, kindness and empathy. Thank you for making a terrible ordeal a bit more bearable.

Their compassionate care helped us greatly with one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make. Dr. Laura made us and our pet feel very comfortable and supported. They gave us the gift of a very peaceful send off which we are so grateful for. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs it.

I had my best friend put down a year ago. When I started calling around for places my heart was broke because this was during the shut down for covid and all the places wouldn't let you be with your dog!! Like was not happening. Searched around and found journeys. This place made me able to be with my friend as she passed. On top of that I just got a card for the 1 year. Just hands down amazing. Worth every single penny.

Needing to say goodbye to my 15 year old Yorkie I reached out to Journeys home. They called me back within an hour and made an appointment for our final goodbye. They are beyond empathetic, so professional, and made the whole process so incredibly peaceful.

This was the hardest decision of my life. My Duncan Pie, my baby boy, crossed the rainbow Bridge Monday August 16, 2021 at 3:33pm. I was absolutely devastated needing to make that decision but he battled a nasty cancer for about 8 months that was never getting better. Took my baby at 9 years old. Im still working on being ok. Idk how long that will take. But these amazing people care. Answering all the scary questions, describing how the process works and they go at YOUR pace. They are calm and collected while you may be losing your mind. The doctor was amazing and sweet with my boy. And they let us have time with him before needing to leave. There also was no scary anything taking place. All my fears about how wrong anything could go did not even exist. As sad as it was, it was a very beautiful thing to witness. Even if my heart was breaking. I knew he'd finally be pain free and no longer miserable. So ill keep his collar on my ankle till I feel him again. When they called just two or 3 days later to pick up his ashes, everything was beautifully wrapped and cared with love. The card(s) that were sent after signed by everyone was amazing as well. They go above and beyond to make sure you know your precious fur baby was treated with respect until being returned to you in a new form. Will 10/10 recommend this place to anyone and everyone i know.

Dr. Katie came on a Sunday to help our Frankie pass so peacefully over the Rainbow Bridge. Even though we knew it was time and better for Frankie, our hearts were breaking. She was so gentle and kind, to both Frankie and my husband and I. One of the worst days of our lives, but Frankie got to sit on my lap with me and my husband petting and talking to him....no stress of a car ride or the smells and noise of the vet's office. Such a hard decision to make, but having Dr. Katie come to our home where Frankie was comfortable was the best for all of us.

I will never use anything else going forward.

I can’t thank Journey’s enough. Our doctor was so kind and compassionate. She answered all of our questions. She was wonderful with our dog, Milo. He was at ease, and not stressed. It was a gift for Milo to be home for his passing. Thank you!

My husband have had to say goodbye to two elderly rabbits 4 years apart. In both cases, the pet’s condition deteriorated rather suddenly and each time, a caring vet came within just a few hours. They were compassionate and gentle with both pets and humans and we felt our bunnies and we were able to spend the last bits of life together in dignity and showing love. Their follow up care, too, is exceptional and warm. The vets each time also reached out to use from a position of understanding and care not only for the pets we all love but also from one human to another. Thank you, sincerely, for your kindness.

Journeys Home provides such an amazing, important service. Last summer, we had to say goodbye to our dog. Instead of having to bring in her to a vet and go home without her in the car (a thought I could not handle), our dog passed away surrounded by love in her own backyard where she felt safe and comfortable. The vet (Dr. Katie) was straightforward and compassionate and the whole experience was peaceful—for our dog and for us. I would (and do!) wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who finds themself in the situation of having to euthanize a suffering or sick pet. Thank you to everyone at Journeys Home for what you do and for doing it with such grace and care.

Journeys Home was a such a gift to us and our pet when the time came. They were kind, patient, and professional. Having a service like this was part of the reason I moved to Madison near the end of my pet's life. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is a gift I will provide all my pets when the time comes.

This was the first time I had to put my own personal dog down. Duncan was my best friend for 15.5 years and had a sudden accident that took his mobility away so I had to make a decision quickly but knew I did not want to let him pass at a veterinarian office during covid. I remembered my aunt had previously put her heart dog to rest at hone and highly recommended this particular company. I cannot say how relieved and comforted both Duncan and I was at the very end. My other dog, Clarence, was looking on as we both got to peacefully say goodbye to my best friend/heart dog in the comfort, quiet and peacefulness of my own home. The vet was very thorough when explaining everything that would happen, did it with so much comfort and care while respecting my time and grief process. She was amazingly kind and it takes a very special soul to do what she does. Thank you for giving me such a peaceful and loving experience with my boy at the very end. Run free my Dunky Monkey!

I hope you never need this service, but if you do Journey's is an incredible choice. Such a gift during the worst time to be able to say goodbye to your family member at home where they're most comfortable. My sweet Bane got anxious during car rides and vet trips and it was so much more peaceful for him to be able to avoid that. The vet was also kind and compassionate and the staff we spoke to in getting an appointment scheduled was always fanstastic.

Our experience today was so peaceful. Dr. Laura was very compassionate and calming. We all appreciated our last moments together in the comfort of our home. It was a beautiful day for our girl to go to heaven! Thank you for being brought into our lives on this day!
