Sent my claim in on January 14th, was approved and processed 5 days later...thank you team Bivvy!!!

This could not have been any easier. If you have a pet, you need this insurance.

After losing a day and high bills, we got insurance for our remaining dog and 4 cats. And we love that we get reimbursed for keeping them healthy! Thank you Bobby!

I was a little hesitant at first to sign up with Bivvy bc I never heard of the company and I was afraid the coverage would not be enough for my senior cat, but paying over $50.00 per month was getting to be too much so i did an internet search and found Bivvy. About two months later i had to file a claim and submitted the claim on line ..it was 1,2,3, easy breezy beautiful cover girl ....the forms were easy to submit on line and within like a week or so I was reimbursement added to my account. I had a question on the phone that was easily answered and could not be happier ! I actually just added on the preventative insurance as well to get some help with his yearly exam. Don't hesitate if you are looking for help and would have a hard time paying like $50.00 a month or more ..this is the best option as they pay 1/2 up to $2000.00 I think annually which is awesome as $11.00 per month will not break the bank. It's a good option either if you can't afford full coverage for 5K or 10K or until you can't save up can afford it later on down the line .. Love Bivvy !

I have two of my dogs covered with Bivvy. I submitted my 1st claim for Heartworm prevention and within two days, it was approved and on its way to my checking account. Very happy so far.

The day after Christmas, my Maltipoo gave to me... a smack to the purse strings! She ate a whole 3oz bar of milk chocolate! We rushed her to the E.R. and $315 later, she came back home with us! I am so glad we had Bivvy. A bill like that after Christmas can really sting the pockets. Fortunately, we're able to claim some of that fee! And I'll DEFINITELY make sure she doesn't get near chocolate EVER again!

Fast and prompt when you file a.claim. but as far as as value. I don't quite think so ever claim u file u have to pay $100.00 deductible. What's the point.in paying 100 n having health insurance on your pet I'd the vet bill doesn't come to over 100+ each visit? Not happy Bout that at all. I've just had to take my dog to the vet the past tuw days n spent alil over $257 n have to paid 200 in just claims n got less than 30 back? Very disappointed.

The service from Bivvy has been excellent. I signed up given the low monthly premiums. We had to take our dog to the vet 2 times and both times the reimbursement amounts met or exceeded our expectations.

Very cheap and good insurance

My pet had to have some dental surgery. After the deductible, which was just $250, Bivvy paid 50% of costs. Not bad for a $11 a month policy! I have already recouped my insurance premiums and then some. It's a nice low cost insurance to help with high cost vet procedures. Also, easy to file for claim and was approved in just 2 days!

My poor old pup had an eye injury, and although the vet bills weren't extremely high, I decided to file a claim and the BIVY folks approved very fast. Never had to file before, but glad I had this backup in case things really got costly.

I filed a claim, the first one. Quickly I received an email telling me it was approved and my check would be in the mail in a week!

It takes forever for a claim to be reimbursed and if there is an issue with the claim you may or may not be notified though they say they send an email in which I never received. By the time things are straightened out a week or more has already passed and then you have to wait that much longer to receive the funds afterwards. I think this process could work much faster.

I been having my pet insurance for a while now this was my first time actually using it for a wellness check up, my Frenchie ended up needing meds for his allergies and he had inflamed skin. When it was all done I filed my claim and it was instantly approved literally no hassle. I will definitely recommend. The process was also surprisingly easy.

My min schnauzer started having severe seizures suddenly. Diagnosed with diabetes also, poss cushings. Bivvy coverage allowed me the ability to focus on her illness and the emotional bond we have.
