I am pretty much obsessed with this place. I attended a meet and greet event there with two of my fosters last month. They were super welcoming. They provided treats for the dogs, and coffee for the humans. One of my fosters was adopted at the event. The employees were wonderful, and it was no surprise both fosters took to them immediately and followed them all over. The way they manage to interact with all guests whether human or canine while still getting things done is awesome. I was also looking for some new treats for my crew, and the gentleman helping me was great. They have a wonderful selection- and its all items you can feel good about giving your pets. The networking and donations they contribute to rescues never cease to amaze me :)

This is the go to store for dog treats and gear. Staff is so super friendly, knows your dog by name. Very helpful and will go out of there way to get you what you need if they have it, order for you if they can from their suppliers if it is out of stock. They don't; but I would trust anyone there with my dog if a pet sitter was needed, and I think that says a lot about them.

I was stuck without transportation, an empty can of food, and three hungry cats. Bad dog frida came in and saved the day with their free, same-day delivery! I ordered the food in the morning and had it by 1:00pm! Please resist corporate companies, like chewy and amazon and shop local (It is faster)! One downside is they have fewer cat supplies (reasonably so), so I had to order my cats' old food brand. Thank you bad dog frida!

Amazing! The staff are all so knowledgeable and the store itself is jam-packed with fun things for pups! As new dog owners, we have so appreciated all of the Bad Dog Frida team's advice so far and feel so lucky to have such a great shop and resource in town.

Great place to take your dogs and purchase provisions

Visited for the first time while in town on a trip - what a delight! My dog was SO excited and the employees were just as happy to meet her and give her some treats. The selection here is incredible! The staff were kind and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a locally sourced treat for my pup. I will definitely return when I’m back in town!

A beloved pet store for a reason. The staff are so above and beyond helpful. One time I called in about an order and then thought I'd like to buy some bulk treats and the worker patiently repeated and talked with me through all the flavors. Another time my car died on the way to pick up an order and so they dropped it off for me. All of the employees are also super knowledgeable and kind, I never hesitate to ask questions about products.

Great dog store!!! I like being able to set up my auto order and just pop by when it's ready for pick up. The staff are always amazingly friendly and helpful. I miss being able bring Arrow inside the store for belly pets but hopefully we will get to do that again one day when it is safe again.

Community pet supply shop with sustainable and natural toys. Lots of grain-free food options (talk to your vet about that). Also offers charity events such as nail trims. Behavior workshops and opportunities to meet adoptable rescue dogs. Quirky gifts for pet owners too.

Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Curbside pickup is well organized and convenient.

Very small store and due to COVID they don't allow anyone to enter. No problem though, their customer service is top notch and they will do whatever they can to help you. Like most small pet stores, prices are on the expensive side though.

Bit overpriced and they changed ownership about a year ago. Now with the pandemic, they're only taking pre-orders and the website just isn't up to the task. The search function is terrible and produces totally unrelated results. It's not really possible to browse specific categories, either. I am not really a fan anymore. Started going to Earthwise, which allows for better browsing.
