Had what we needed clean store

Its where the pets go.

I have my Samoyed groomed here and Shannon does a very good job with him.

We started with Petco in Lake Geneva when we first moved to Lake Geneva area. We were not completely satisfied so we switched to Petsmart, Delavan. Petco has everything you need for your pets. We just found it too difficult to get into parking lot. Too much traffic at this location (Strip Mall with other high volume stores like Home Goods).

Went for the dog spa for the first time at this location. All employees I encountered were great. I had to wait to get checked in, and watched as another dog was groomed (clipped) and others coming and going. It was clear wat of the employees really cared about what they did and the animals they were working with. My nervous dog came out happy, excited, fresh, and ready to go! Reasonable prices for the depth of detailed services.

I got a couple of fish that did not go well with my other fish, I couldn't find my receipt. They looked it up in the system and did the return with no hassle. Great customer service.

Got kicked out of the store for not wearing a mask by a crabby old guy! Man was very rude chasing me down the isle yelling at me. I then took the mask he offered and walked away as I am vaccinated. He then chased me down a second time and yelled down the isle to get out of the store and that they would refuse to ring me up. Not a great experience! I will not be back!

This place is hit/ miss with customer service. Have not had inventory issues but that coins be due to location abs prices

Parade of Christmas Trees was quite beautiful. History of Lake Geneva is well represented.

Expensive but manageable! I got a chinchilla from there and they are amazing.

Called to make an appointment to have my dog's nails trimmed and was told I don't need an appointment as long as she has her shots and I told them my dog has been there before so she is on file and they told me I just needed to walk in. We drove 20 minutes there only to "walk in" and be told rudely they are to busy and won't be able to do her nails today! If you tell people you take walk ins, take walk ins instead of having people bring in their pets and make the drive. Even if I was told we would have to wait a little bit, we would of gone in and did some shopping which is a win, win situation for both the store and the customer, but instead, we will not be back there at all!

It was okay. Prices have skyrocketed throughout the entire store!

Friendly staff. They had what I was looking for. I highly recommend using the app to get points, discounts and free stuf.

Petco carries everything you need to keep your fur pal happy!!

One of the worst experiences I've had at a Petco and because of staff and other customers. A belligerent pair, a man and woman came through and were cussing people out being rude and antagonizing animals. After I made a complaint to an older employee who I thought was a manager (was told it was an assistant manager) he went up to them and they chatted and laughed and nothing happened. I was told later by another employee that the belligerent pair come in often and do this to "push their limits" as an attempt to call the corporate line and complain about their treatment to get Petco to bend over backwards. The fact that the assistant manager knows this and knows them to be like this and does nothing is very telling that he will allow this pair to harass employees, customers, and their pets. I will not be shopping at this location anymore and will drive out to Janesville. Although seeing as how Petco corporate allows for the abuse, then I might just shop on Chewy.com or Petsmart instead.

Store was very clean..staff seemed very busy, and some customers had to wait for help.

There are almost never any crickets ur always out a few days later. The geckos in the back are extremely malnourished I’ve never seen almost full grown geckos with suck small tails. One also has an extremely bloated stomach. What do the animals do to deserve this?

I love that I can order the vital fresh dog food and get a discount because I always order (2) bags!

Treats customers like garbage that just walk into the store or ask questions. Dirty glares and whispering is all I noticed while trying to shop for my pets. Not a friendly environment at all and employees have attitudes. Will not be going back again till things change.

Great online ordering and efficient pick up. Efficient and polite staff. I always find what I need in store or online.

They never have mice or crickets when I go in. I go to reinemans were its cheaper anyways

Staff members were helpful and friendly. They have a good variety of cat foods. The store seems really clean and well laid out.

Only a 4 star because you were out of frozen rats, but staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The food I needed for my Guinea pig was out but I was told that the truck just delivered and it would be on the shelf the next day.
