Outstanding experience. Our dog came back from a kennel with bordatella “kennel cough”. Pretty insidious and awful for our dog..spasmodic gagging and coughing. Dr Lux’s quick action and prescription permitted speedy recovery. My black lab is appreciative also.

Do not take your pets to this vet. They mislead me when I asked to get an estimate on some benign cyst and they claimed I had to take her in. So I took her in and without them disclosing they charged me $50 to do an estimate and it turned out they wanted $700-$1000 to remove them. Totally Taking advantage of pet owners starting with even the estimate.

This is the place to bring your pets. Dr Lutz and her staff couldn't be any nicer. They make you feel very comfortable coming there.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to this time. I started bringing my cats here over two years ago and I couldn't be happier with their service--or sadder that I have to leave it. When it hit me that the fact that I'm about to move way, WAY out of state meant I'd need to find a new vet, I actually had to sit down and take a minute. I was genuinely upset, and I still am. I'm not kidding; I wanna cry. The doctors here have been wonderful. The pricing for service is far cheaper than anything I've ever experienced before, but with just as much or even greater value. They were even kind enough to take a look at my mouse in an emergency not once but twice, even though they don't do exotic pets, because I couldn't find an exotics vet nearby. My cats have always been fairly relaxed there, even the little one who's very vet-shy and has a habit of creative hiding. They've been there through some scary times with my boy, talked me through everything in a way I could understand--and even during this pandemic, when I brought my boy in because of that issue and my car battery died, they were kind enough to let me wait for my assistance inside, against regulations, as it was very, very cold out, and even though that meant they had to stay late. I couldn't recommend this place enough. They've been nothing but kind and accommodating for me and my pets (and my wallet!) for over two years and I am genuinely so, so sad that I can't stay. If it were at all feasible to drive ten hours with two cats for a vet appointment, I'd do it. They're great people. Kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly could not recommend them enough.

Not as caring as 20 years prior seems like more than covid and money is ruining bed side manor or lack their of....

I only rated it 4 stars because of Covid protocols, the required process in place has to be driving the staff nuts.

Very friendly staff. It was my first time there and new to this area. I'm glad I was able to get an appointment at this clinic. Their compassion caught me off guard.

We brought our cat Wesley in this weekend with a severe urinary blockage. We were terrified by his condition, but the staff at Westosha Vet offered us options to help him as quickly and safely as possible. After just a few days, he has made a complete transformation and he has not stopped purring since we picked him up. We are so ecstatic to have our happy baby home knowing he was under such great care and knowing we were sent home with good discharge care as well. Thank you for caring for Wes like he was your own! He loves the food, by the way!

One of our dogs has a bad history with a vet. I was extremely worried about bringing her to a new vet when I couldn't go with her. The staff and Dr. Lux were amazing with our girl. She came out wagging her tail and happy. I am thrilled! Dr. Harn has been treating our new puppy and been wonderful. She has patiently answered all of our questions and he loves going to visit! I highly recommend the team at Westosha.

Too busy to look at my Dying dog, had to go to another Rip off Veterinary in Lake Geneva where the only thing that matters is money, they don't give 2 squats about your dying pets. I wouldn't leave one star but you can't post without it.

This Veterinary Group has been a valuable extension to our family. Our two dogs are very much family and these doctors bust their humps for us, even referring us out if necessary. They have worked with us for years and have been especially caring during this difficult Pandemic and it's restrictions. Like many of us, I too can't wait till we can once again accompany our beloved pets into the office. But they have made these different and difficult times as comfortable as possible. Calling upon arrival they have someone call you back for detailed info. As expected, unless just seeing one of the techs for something minor, the Veterinarian, who saw your pet, calls you to apprise you personally of everything. Answering possible questions as needed. Reception staff loves your animals, believe it, I've seen it. By the way, our dogs are not the easiest clients either, we understand the use of a soft muzzle and even a basket muzzle, at times, and they always tell us if one was needed. Special shout out to Dr. Joleen, who has been working especially hard for us lately and Sharrin.

They obviously love dogs - even my out-of-control German Shephard-Siberian Husky mix. Terrific and professional staff.

We brought our dog in for a check up and the vet said he was extremely healthy. They give him a few shots and 6 months later he dies out of no where. We also just recently brought my cat in to get her leg x rayed. The vet sedated her and she passed away. She was perfectly healthy and only 3 years old. This is malpractice.

Always very nice, knowledgeable & takes the time to explain things, and asks you if you have any questions. I know my animals ( my family) are in good hands here. Highly recommended.????
