The woman who helped us out with finding something was really helpful and nice. The cashier was very friendly and easy to talk to. I loved seeing the Packers jackets and Apparel. Very nice visit.

Megan C is amazing!!!! She groomed my husky and he looked absolutely amazing. He was a happy boy when I picked him up so I know she took good care of him. I highly recommend!!!

After speaking with them on the phone. Scheduling a nail trim for both my dogs. Explained to then I had proof of shots on a register receipt from a Mobil vet clinic. I read the exact receipt to them over the phone. That's fine! Bring it with you please when you come in. Sure no problem. I get there show them the same receipt. Now after driving 20 minutes and lugging two dogs it's no longer good enough. Sorry Petsmart you lost a customer... Never again!

Never buy your fish from this place ! I've had fish for 20 years and every time we get fish from here they die within 2 days while other fish in our tank are still living.

Online booking asks too many questions. Last time I groomed another of my dogs they were in a big hurry and didn't dry dog enough and got sick. Never answer phone and recording is a computer????I tried again and they don't have night grooming hours open, will be attempting to groom pet myself, I guess.

Every employee encountered asked if we needed help, however Sara went above and beyond on both occasions I visited. October 1 I went in with my new dog and she gave me very knowledgeable advice on how to switch dog food and help teaching tricks, the second occasion she was even more helpful and even more friendlier without recognizing whom I was until the very end of our conversation which proves to me that you've got yourself an outstanding employee that deserves to be recognized for her work ethic she gives consistently and effortlessly. Sara (I apologize if I spell your name wrong) thank you for your excellent customer service!

Crickets priced fairly and always have them in stock. Fish selection is less vast but their more staffed so service is more prompt.

The story was empty. Brought my dog in to pick out his first toy and couldn't not believe how empty the isles were. Idk if they are going out of business or just don't know how to order.

Always one of the best stores to shop for or with your leashed pet. Always clean, good variety and friendly people. Needed safety harness for the car. We have big dogs and they had exactly what we wanted.

They always have the products that I'm looking for. I appreciate how clean the store always seems to be. There seems to be a pretty long line every time I go in, though and I've never seen more than one register open. The people at the register are always pleasant, it just looks like they could use more support.

Best price on tanks by far. I went to 5 other shops and looked online and petsmart beat them by far.

We had Maddy as a groomer for our dog and I was really impressed with the job she did. We had her shampoo, cut his hair and nails. She went above and beyond and even gave us additional suggestions when we picked him up. I was really impressed.

Love the girls here, they do a GREAT job and always have my pup looking fresh and adorable after her bath/cut.. Megan..Victoria both especially make me feel extremely comfortable leaving my girl in their care! Absolutely recommend them and definitely a reasonable price for their services.

I got my 2 dogs Leashes and name tags here. There amazing.
