I feel my dog is not treated with respect, they just want money and they want you to keep going

Great experience with everyone here, the vet was very informative and the entire staff was very helpful. HIGHLY recommend you bring your fur babies here.

Changed my dog’s care to another place. Last time my dog was here, they pushed extra vaccines and services that I later learned were not necessary. My dog was in obvious pain afterward but they didn’t notice or tell us about it, nor did they prepare us for side effects, leaving us to worry about whether he hurt himself or it was a side effect of the shots. Recently, I called about an injury my dog caused himself and I was unable to receive any advice or an appointment. The receptionist was flakey and assured me she had no expertise and was just giving personal opinion. No offer to get advice from a doctor. I was encouraged to schedule an appointment for vaccines and other unnecessary services that had JUST been done, telling me the soonest appointment was two weeks out so if I was worried about my dog’s injury, I could get it looked at when I come for other stuff. My partner usually takes our dog there and does not know what to ask, and they do not give any proactive education. It always seems our dog is just a case to them and is treated in a generic way without really caring about him.

I wouldn't go anywhere else, Dr Fulmer has taken care of my dogs and cats for almost 30 years now. There is no one better in Kenosha.

They took good care of my fur baby kitty & showed me exactly what was wrong with my 17 & 3/4 year old baby. Staff & Doctor very curtious & helpful.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at this vet. I felt very rushed and felt that my dog was not treated well. None of the staff was friendly towards me or my dog. I just didn’t feel welcomed. I recently changed vets and the difference is remarkable. I wish I would have changed vets sooner.

I have been taking my cat there for 5 years. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also get you in and out quick which puts less stress on your pet.

I have never gone to another veterinary hospital that was as kind and caring and knowledgeable as Northside Animal Hospital. They do not overcharge services, they offer in-house laboratory, and carry all the prescription diets to help your pets with any issues they may have. Staff is amazing, and always helps me get my pets back to the car safely. Dr Fulmer is above all, honest, skilled, and truly the best veterinarian I've ever worked with. And as a former humane officer, I've worked with a lot of veterinarians and vet techs, and I chose to being my pets to Northside.

Very professional doctor and staff. Knowledgeable and caring. Doc Amy cares immensely, and will give you a realistic viewpoint. If you call with a concern, they get back to you within a couple of hours.

Awful experience and will not be going back here. The vet was rude to my cat because my cat was feisty..They literally threw towels at her face (and laughed about it) and acted like she was a rabid beast.. obviously after being traumatized from being in the car (which most cats hate) and having strangers holding her down and feeling around her irritated skin and lifting her tail and touching her butt, of course she’s going to be upset and defensive. This is basic behavior for a scared animal. This vet obviously has inadequate experience dealing with animals and this is the second time I’ve gone there and was not happy with the way this vet treated my cat or me as a person. I noticed the first visit that she was extremely strange and has odd mannerisms, but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time. Never again

Going there for years. Dr Amy best vet in town. Wouldn't trust my four legged baby anywhere else....

If you're looking for quality health care for your beloved pet, please choose a facility who actually cares about your pet and is forthright with their care. These people are nothing more than "for profit" pet "care". I had to have a cat put down because they gave her and experimental vaccine that pretty much killed her. AFTER the fact, they let us know what happened and that it was an experiment which I would have NEVER ok'd if they told me in the first place. Consequently the vaccine was recalled after killing God only knows how many other pets. Also, they put down pets when a customer asks for no other reason than they can't deal with them. Needless to say, I'd never go to a doctor for myself if they treated people like this, why would I take my pets there?
