Our dog was injured while staying there and when we got her and we paid for grooming on last day. They charged us for dematting when she was fully brushed at drop off and for shaving mats behind her ears, which she still has. The injuries invoked two raw and red bare spots on her elbows with black staining (she is white). When we called we where told she had that when she was dropped off and we could bring her back to have the mats shaved. We Will Not Be Back. Updated 9/3/2021 Thanks for reply BUT she did not come in with the sores and discoloration. She stayed with you for a week while we were on vacation. We are still trying to get her healed up so she does not have so much discomfort. Glad you are passing on taking responsibility for injuring our dog. We will let others know how you treat clients and their animals.

Our Rosco (Australian Shepherd) loves this place. When we drop him off he runs in the building as fast as he can, he loves other dogs and loves the play time. The Staff is great with him.

Is always hard to leave your pets behind when you travel, but the care shown by the staff it's Cedar Creek leaves you confident that your animals are in good hands

My 11 month old German shepherd was there for 30 minutes before getting the call that he had to be removed from the doggy day care center. When I picked him up I was informed by a worker in the front that one of the other workers in the care center over stimulated and got my dog worked up making it a unsafe place for him and the other dogs around. He did great the first 2 times going but today he was scratching at the door to get out, was whining and pretty much dragged me out of there. I'm not sure what happened from the first 2 times but I would not trust them in the care of pets if their employees do not know how to work with all types of dogs. The girls at the front desk apologized to me and even stated it was not my dogs fault. Very Disappointed.

they have kennel cough and are still taking dogs aswell as not telling customers that have or are bringing there pets there. so messed up and people need to know.

We have been taking our dog to Cedar Creek for about 14 years. Our dog is now almost 17. Through out these years there has never been a time that we were not 100% satisficed. Hands down we would highly recommend Cedar Creek

We have been taking our dog Brewer, a teddy bear, to Cedar Creek pet resort for the past 2 years since he was a puppy. Andrea always does an amazing job, making sure he is groomed to our expectations. He looks great every time we pick him up! The grooming room is visible from the lobby, and you can discuss what style you want for your dog with the staff. We are very happy with the service from Cedar Creek!

Did a great job grooming

Boarded our dog for 4 days while vacationing, last day we had her groomed. As someone who used to show in conformation and groom, I'm super picky, as I know how a Pom should be groomed and many do a poor job. But with a new baby I decided to get them a shot as I havent had time since the day before delivered except for quick brushing. We went w a short, Boo cut, and they did a wonderful job! She was very healthy and happy when we picked her up.

We have used Cedar Creek Pet Resort for at least 10 years and with two of our dogs - an English bulldog and a pug. Both dogs were well cared for especially since the pug was diabetic and needed insulin twice a day. I also appreciated the fact that the kennel was able to take our two dogs at the last minute during winter break when our house sitter had to cancel. I'm not sure the business would have done that for everyone, but I felt since I had been using them, they made the extra effort to make it work.

Grooming? Check. Boarding? Check. Help with conformation showing? Check. Recently boarded my 7-yr. old Welsh Terrier for a week here and she came home looking beautiful and wasn't particularly happy to see me: she had a marvelous time with Jackie, Andrea and the staff here! Highly recommended!

Took my cat here to have him bathed and the staff was standoffish. I couldn't tell you what was included with the bath as I wasn't told anything when I went to pick him up, I just paided $50 and was on my way. Wasn't super happy with the experience, I would take my cat somewhere else next time

No longer a fan....we have 2 dogs...its like they butchered the tops of them and forgot their whole bottom halves. Very disappointed....manager did not call back for 4 days after I complained. I just wanted a credit, they wanted us to come back...older dogs ears were very sensitive and could barely pet her...she would try and bite you. Something happened but they wont say..

I have been taking my dogs to cedar creek pet resort and have been charged $38 for each bath every single time, today they decided to charge me $67 for one of my dogs. They told me after looking through their system and seeing what I’ve been charged they realized it was incorrect all along but did not bother to contact me before grooming one of them them at the much higher rate. I asked them to honor the price this one time since I was told by their company the pricing is $38. They refused even after bringing up the fact that they were charging over $100 for both dogs and they were still damp. That was the second time I picked up my dogs with them not fully dry. I have spent hundreds of dollars between getting 2 dogs groomed and taking them there for daycare yet they refused to work with me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I still have money on my account with cedar creek pet resort but I was so displeased with them I will never go back.

Our pooch came back with kennel cough even though she was vaccinated. They also we're not upfront with pricing, as the website said and what we were charged were totally different.
