My family has been going to this clinic for years, we shall continue!

We have only gone twice but they have been so loving towards our new family pet, Pumpkins. I definitely felt comfortable leaving him for a day. They called and updated me shortly after his procedures which was wonderful. We will continue going to this vet as long as we live in the area :)

Very professional and competent staff. My vet does a teriffic job. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Fees are reasonable.

There are not enough words to describe our gratitude for Gentle vets and their staff, especially Dr. Gray. In 18 months I’ve had to put three of our beloved fur babies down, they were so close in age I should have expected it but it didn’t think give it a second thought .The compassion that they showed is beyond words. Three of those for dogs had their puppy shots given to them by Dr. Gray and those three also went to the rainbow bridge with his help. I never felt the need to find another vet since all four dogs absolutely love him and the staff.I still have one dog that was my Moms Dog and she will continue to see Dr. Gray. Thank you everybody and Gentle Vets especially you Dr. Gray. Gizzy Rufus and Bella had the best care with you.

I took my cat to Gentle Vet to get spayed this month. They had me drop her off at 7:30 in the morning and gave me an update at 11:00 that she was doing well and would be ready to be picked up at 3:30 in the afternoon. When a picked her up, the veterinarian was very helpful with describing how things went and how I can take care of my cat after the procedure. My cat is very shy and nervous, but during this entire process, I felt that Gentle Vet was patient and did a great job taking care of her. I would recommend Gentle Vet to anyone who wants to make sure their pet is properly cared for.

I so appreciate Dr. Gray’s tender care. He is genuine and honest about the needs of my dogs. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!

I moved to Green Bay four years ago and have been taking my cat here for all of that time. She has multiple medical issues and Dr Grey and the staff have been so caring and thorough. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Gentle Vet is amazing. They make you a priority and take the time to hear your concerns about your pets. They make you feel important as a pet owner. I travel to bring my pets here because I trust them completely. They make us want to travel because of their care and the way they make us feel like we matter.

Absolutely the best vet office in Green Bay!! Katie, Stacy, and all the ladies at the front desk are so sweet and work there best to get you an appointment as soon as they can! Crystal, Heather, Megan and all the other vet techs are wonderful! I think my puppy fakes getting sick just so he can go see them. All three of the doctors are just awesome. They take their time to listen to you, thoroughly examine you pet and offer different options for testing and treatment. We were hit with a double whammy of an elderly cat developing a mass in her abdomen and a new puppy that has had his fair share of issues in the short time we have had them. They understood our budget constraints and made recommendations for care accordingly. All with kindness and professionalism. A few years ago we had to make the very tough decision to put one of our beloved kitties to sleep. Dr. Gray and all the staff were so compassionate and sweet. We got a hand written card a few days later that meant the world to us. Can't ask for better care for our furry companions!!

THE BEST vets a cat mama could ask for. I originally started going to them because they had a cat-only entrance/waiting room, and a vet (the lovely Dr Gardner) who was super experienced with cats - which, given my kitty's issues, was no small thing. I will confess I cried buckets when I found out she was moving away, and I worried about what the change would be like, but Dr Gray and Dr Gessner have been absolutely fantastic with my Snickers and I feel like she was handed from one pair of safe hands to another. They're both so good with her and always willing to answer all of my questions, even when it takes an hour! She's a frequent flier there and all the techs know exactly how to handle her, the receptionists are fantastic (some of them have heard from me so often that all I have to say is "Hi, this is Laurel, Snickers' mom" and they know exactly who I am - hi, Tiffany!), and no matter what issue she comes up with next, they're always there to help with managing her chronic issues. Absolutely incredible clinic, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dr Grey is the best Vet ever. He very clearly loves animals and they can tell. He's always amazing with our cats and truly cares about their health. The entire staff are amazing.

Dr. Gray accurately diagosed our dog's health issues and made personal calls to let us know her test results. Everyone at Gentle Vet is very friendly and they treat your pet like it's their own. We definitely recommend this vet hospital.

We had taken our rabbit to Gentle Vet for the 3 years we lived in Green Bay. They were always so amazing to work with. Dr. Gessner, all of the vet techs & receptionists were so kind. When we had to put our rabbit down, they sent us a card of warm wishes during the hard time. They supported us throughout the entire process. We have now moved to Marinette and have a dog. We will be bringing him there because of the quality of services they provide. I would recommend Gentle Vet to anyone!!

The staff are great! Very nice to pets and parents.

I love this place my little furry baby had to get his tail removed he gets very jumpy around new people I thought hat would be a problem but they said he was perfectly fine and listened well, he's 5 years old because he's older i was worried that there would be issues. But it was successful, they did a great job he healed fast and hes doing better than ever.

Brought a hedgehog in for a nail trim. He's.... unruly. But they managed to get him trimmed still with no issues. Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Thay love your fury baby just as much as you do......always nice ...yes sometimes thay have to be stern...and thay are vary Comforting in those hard times ....

They saw our bunny the other day and literally after we got her home we could tell a difference with her, she is very sick but she’s not hiding in her hut anymore. They really knew what they were talking about and wanted to do as much as they could for her. Our baby girl was in such good hands and we thank them for getting us in so fast. The amazing care and respect they showed us while we were there, was truly appreciated!

I can not say enough good about Gentle Vet. We have been going to them since we moved to Green Bay. Last year, when our older dog woke up and could not walk, they took us in immediately. They were very caring and helped us through the tough decision to put her down. They were all so caring and sorry for our loss. They handled the whole situation with care and dignity. It is not an ease job to have, and I commend them for all that they do. Now, with our new dog, they have been wonderful as well! High recommend to everyone I talk to.

I thought they were great and were so helpful I do not trust a lot of people with my cat but this place I do ????

We have 5 cats some insulin diabetics the whole staff is great. Just today2 different techs came out to talk toe while waiting on mycat

I bring our bunnies here for checkups and they have been absolutely amazing with them!

It was great, brought in a stray and they helped me check for a microchip and gave me advice.

Do not bring your furry babies here. They care more about money than your pet. After xray, fluids and examination...came to almost $700(for a rabbit)...and still didn't start him on his medications.. Refused to fax a prescription to another vet(closer) to us. Wouldnt refill a prescription(even though they didn't send us home with the required amout not the required dosage). Had to drive over an hour just to get a med script which could've been easily faxed. Just don't bring your babies there...!!
