I recently took my GSD, Virgil, for his initial visit and I liked this establishment very much. I saw Dr Eastman and I was very pleased. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to and although Virgil wasn’t on his best behavior, he didn’t want his temperature taken, he really seemed to like her. I don’t a lot to add at the moment, but I was looking for a new bet and I think I’ve found it.

Have brought our cats and dog there. Staff is always friendly and are honest and caring people. They help through the easy and the hard parts of pet ownership. Thank you for all you do.

My dog suddenly collapsed and I took him here. They told me they needed $2,500, and a minimum of $1,200 upfront to work on him. I didn't have that, so they said they could not help me. Luckily, a friend lent me the money. I was told my dog still might not survive. But he did survive. I brought him to a specialist, and they and my pet insurance tried to work out a plan so my insurer would cover the 10k-15k to try and save him. The process was ongoing, but my dog did not survive long enough. The specialist and my insurer tried their best, and cared. This place does not understand what caring means.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Surprisingly clean for a vet. They answer phone calls quickly and can handle most situations within a few minutes. Easiest vet to work with in my experience.

I have been going to this hospital for many years and have always found everyone there to be pleasant and so helpful. I am currently working with Dr. Eastman and she and her staff are so patient with my cat who is very nice to me but really really hates to go to the vet. They have the ability to get the job done in spite of fierce response from Matty and have maintained the health of the ten year old pet.

Called asking for a simple checkup on a cat for an infection and received a calm "we are not accepting any new clients" Same story all over Green Bay... "Hospital is an incorrect label.. Club maybe? If you haven't been here before guess you should just keep looking! Don't even bother calling.

Booking to far out to be able to help anyone.

Dr. Eastman is the best, she adapts her exams to each dogs preference (gets on floor or works at table). We have 2 dogs that have been going there for 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and prompt. The techs are also top notch. Everyone listens to you! I never feel rushed.

I found BayEast under an emergency situation for one of my dogs several years ago. I take my Golden’s plus have used them for 2 fosters. Dr Roberta is our #1 doc but we have seen everyone else and 100 percent trust them as well. Dr Roberta goes above and beyond - she’s super knowledgeable and aware of latest research. She’s awesome with the dogs and patient with explaining to owners. The staff is amazing as well. Prompt with responses, polite, personable. I can’t say enough about Bay East!!

Everyone is so kind, caring, understanding, and wonderful! I have a dog who becomes quite indignant when he goes in for his yearly exam and vaccines .They have made special accomodations for him so he doesn't have to be premeditated before his visits. Another one of my dogs is elderly with so many issues. Dr Eastman addresses each and every one of them each time she sees him. I have been going to Bay East Animal Hospital since 2016 when I moved to Green Bay and I would not go anywhere else!

I absolutely love this place and have worked with all the doctors here. Each has their own style and each very good at what they do. I am eternally grateful for the way they helped me through many pet health issues including the passing of my senior dog awhile back. Now I have a geriatric dog and a puppy and they are great with them, too! I highly recommend them!

The staff is so very friendly and kind! Special shout-out to our vet, Dr Johanek, who treats my dog like her own; whose expertise and knowledge allows me to fully entrust her with my pet’s care and wellbeing. I can’t recommend this team enough!

I absolutely love Bay East. I've been bringing my cat to them for nearly five years (and more recently my kitten!), and I've always had the best experience. Dr. Eastman is actually the coolest vet ever, on top of being one of the most competent vets in the area—not to mention the staff has always been so wonderful and friendly. I know it's a vet clinic, but it's always great to see everyone so genuinely happy to see people's pets. When I've had problems with my cat—including when he had to be hospitalized for nearly a week between them and the emergency vet—they've always been so flexible and helpful. I've always appreciated them checking in after I've brought someone in, as well as how communicative the techs and vets are when working through current issues. I've worked mostly with Dr. Eastman, but when she's been unavailable I've worked with Dr. Reidi and Dr. Skaletski, who are both fantastic as well. I'm relocating to a different state for work, and there are maybe five places I'm going to miss in the area, and Bay East is one of them. Everyone there has been so great with my cats—highly recommend!

I've been taking my pets to see Dr. Riedi for more than 25 years, and I have also seen the other docs at Bay East Animal Hospital. They have taken care of 5 dogs and 6 cats for me and I trust them 100% with my fur babies health and wellness. I find Dr. Riedi to be very knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to explain her findings and the latest in research in the veterinarian world on everything from food to vaccinations. The support staff is also very warm and welcoming. It's always nice to walk in to smiling faces.

They really care about your pet.

Always excellent, been bringing my pets here for over 25 yrs. Currently they are doing Covid safe protocols so you wait in parking lot, call and they come out to get your pet, everyone is masked. Just a first class clinic!

Everyone at Bay East Animal Hospital, from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave the building, are friendly, kind, caring, compassionate, and respectful. All of the staff are knowledgeable and show a sincere concern and willingness to take care of all of your pet's issues and needs. Bay East has been an absolute amazing veterinary clinic for us for many years. I had a very sick dog that no vets wanted to deal with basically including the dr he had had since he was a puppy. One call to bay East and we had an appointment set up and a medical plan laid out. They gave my beloved dog another year and a half of happy life with us. Since then they are the only office I will bring any of my pets to. They help make the tough decisions but also always treat my dogs like they are extra special. I am 100% comfortable with my dog seeing any of the vets in the office because each one is amazing.

They only care about money they will let your pet suffer if you can not pay right away very uncompassionate
