Love Canterbury Tail and so does my pup! He comes home so worn out from all the fun he has had and the staff are wonderful! My dog can be temperamental (in a way only dachshunds can be) and the staff are still so excited to see him! Also- super affordable. Can’t say enough good things!

Unbelievable! My Schnauzer had sustained an injury from a large dog at a FAMILY gathering (not at the care center). We already planned a stay for our dog at Canterbury, but I was nervous to leave him! They were Fabulous! They watched over his behavior closely, they adjusted the group size outside to let him adjust, they modified his grooming to accommodate his needs, and they kept me updated! What a WONDERFUL place. I feel safe and reassured that our little Bodhi is being cared for when he goes here!!

This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Prices are by far the best in town too.

Our dog & his pet bed was covered in poop when we picked him up. It was clear he was not fed well because we could easily feel his spine when we pet him. Very sad that our dog was treated this way while we were on vacation.

My pup loves daycare. Staff is friendly. They post updates on Facebook. ???? He comes home tired and ready for bed. Their grooming services are reasonably priced and my dog looks so shiny and clean! I would recommend Canterbury Tails and so does my dog

We being our high energy beagle, Colt here At least once a week just to burn off some energy. All the girls knew him by name the second day we brought him. He LOVES to go to “camp” and gets excited every time we pull in the parking lot. The price is GREAT and I don’t feel bad bringing him once a week to give both him and I a break.

We can't say enough good things about Canterbury Tails. Our dog LOVES going and staying there, and we love that she's happy there and well cared for. We highly recommend!

7/5/19 Always seemed a great place for our pup. But, one day they forgot to feed our dog. That's a big deal to me. I don't think they would have even told us except we asked for out Tupperware bowl back and it was still full of his food. He was only there for a full day. So he got fed once at home. But, I told my husband thank God he didn't stay over because he would not have been fed until the next day. I feel feeding time is very important. What if my dog needed meds? Luckily he didn't. I gave this place this many stars only because the price is right and my dog gets to play. But, never will I let my boy do a overnight. Update, 7/25/19 the owner has been very apologetic and I feel better about taking my dog there now. They have a new system so it never happens again. My dog loves to go here and is very comfortable.

They didn't give one of my dogs his meds and nearly killed him. It took him almost 2 days to recover. Over half the dog food supplied wasn't used, I cant be sure if the dogs didn't eat or if they didn't feed them. We didn't get any sort of report on pickup so ill never know. Both dogs got kennel cough. When we picked them up the staff seemed chaotic and confused. Took forever to get someone to check us out. It is obviously understaffed. Both dogs immediately ran to the water dish once home. Not sure here but based on the rest my experience it seems likely they weren't given sufficient water.

We have been bringing our husky to them since he was a pup and sometimes we question of he likes it there better than at home. They are so good and patient with him! We have tried other locations in Green Bay with boarding and there is no one else that treats Yukon and us better! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Great place for pups and their owners. Have used CanterburyTails exclusively in the past and now our choice for our new pup. Safe, secure and a happy place for you dog.

Multiple times was promised a call (including by the owner) for info on our dogs while they are at the kennel to help our trainer as we used them for 3 years and never once got a call back. If you want to know what your dog does during the day at a kennel, go elsewhere!

Canterbury does a wonderful job with our dog. The boarding and grooming services work so well together. All the girls know our dog when she walks in the door. They often update their Facebook site so you may catch a glimpse of your pup!

My hundred and ten pound, hyper German Shepherd Captain has enjoyed being boarded at Canterbury Tails twice now, once for a week while I was in Dominican Republic, and another time for a short trip to the Dells. He gets a suite as he is used to being in our room, and kennels make him anxious. Canterbury Tails groups dogs based on size and personality, then lets them play outside or inside, rotating the dogs in groups. His size can be intimiding to dogs and care workers alike, but the professionals at Canterbury Tails always welcome with a smile. Other facilities have poorly hidden their apprehension, but not here. Due to their grouping system he is kept separate from old, cranky dogs who lack patience and other dogs who would react negatively to him, while still being allowed to play and enjoy the company of dog friends. I guess he is in the annoying personality, extra large group- though I'm confident that they would never label him as anmoying. ????

Staff are friendly and you can tell they love animals!

We have been using them for our pups for years. They are always very friendly and the dogs come back tired but in good shape. I want to comment about about the dog not being fed. Our English Setter Tess would eat very little while at boarding. Some dogs are just like that.
