Simply the best in Ozaukee county. Others may be cheaper, but none are better.

Dr Boss, Dr Wilder, and the staff are wonderful. They have have taken excellent care of my pets and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. When my pets were ill, I got followup calls to make sure everything was going okay. You can tell that everyone there enjoys their job and genuinely care about the pets and their owners.

We take our animal there because he is considered an exotic animal. Dr Boss is great. The staff knows us and our animal.

This place is AMAZING! I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else! They TRULY care about the animals....AND the owners. They always do what's best for both! They listen to your concerns about your pets and always offer options on how to treat them. They're awesome! I highly recommend Best Friends Veterinary Clinic!

Amazing staff and Doctors. They care about your pet as much as you do. Worth the slightly higher costs for quality of care.

Even though I am not a client of BFV, nor have I ever been there, their willingness to try provide advice over the phone has been outstanding. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to help - even if you are a client of theirs. If I lived closer, this for sure would be the place for my pets. Thank you so very much.

Seems like the people that work here are good. The main problem lies with how expensive each and every service is. We recently switched vets to Best Friends and have been disappointed. In a month and half, we have spent easily more than double what we did with our previous vet all last year. The same service here is costing us more than double what our previous vet charged. Its compounded by the fact they constantly upsell into services that aren't needed. For example, we were told to check with the airline if a health certificate is needed. We checked and were told by the airline we didn't need one, told them that and they stated that we really do need one. It was $37 to have them fill out a one page form. We also asked for two anxiety pills (which are 10 cents each on Chewy). They gave us 30 and charged $30. The service did seem on par with our last vet, but a poor value overall.

Get meds from costco...the ones they give are 5x expensive - but good service

I love the care my pets receive from BFV. I really appreciate the follow up text messages to check how things are going when medicine is given. Great place & I enjoy the relaxing drive to get there from Milwaukee.

I adopted my rescue puppy 6 weeks ago and Best Friends veterinary Center has been absolutely amazing in making this transition go smoothly. My dog is fearful of new people and BFVC has been nothing but kind, supportive, understanding, and patient. Dr. Paige Wilder is so knowledgeable and friendly. The techs, especially Olivia and Allie have been patient and supportive of building a trusting relationship with my dog. Front desk staff is also excited to see us and have provided great customer service and been extremely helpful in person and over the phone when I have questions. I feel that BFVC provides the best care for my dog. I would recommend BFVC to anyone with a pet.

My regular vet doesnt take birds. My sweet cocktail was very ill and didnt think she would make it and didn't want her to suffer. Other places that took birds where going to do blood work and other test that would have cost over $250. Than another large fee to put her to sleep. I would have gladly paid it if it would help her. At little friends they examined my little bird(Bella) and said yes sadly there was nothing they could do and it was best to not let her suffer. They were so kind to me and my sweet little birdy. They are backup vet now and will continue to highly recommend them.

Dr. Boss and the staff are just great. They take care of our bunnies with the best care.

Had an injured dog with a cut muzzle. Staff were friendly and their medical advice was spot on. They reviewed my options and costs upfront and we decided together which way to address my dogs needs. Ultimately I was very impressed and satisfied.

They were so nice and accomidating for my dog. I would definately recommend them if you are looking for a vet.

I was just along with a friend but I was so impressed. A clean, modern facility with 2 resident cats...so cute! A lending library....fabulous idea!! The staff were familiar with "the patient", gentle, friendly. If I lived in that area I'd definitely make this our new "dogter".

Best Friends Vets are awesome. Saved my dogs life, literally, by diagnosing a rare and obscure disease in my dog before neuter surgery. Had they not caught the problem, the surgery could have killed him. Now we can treat the disease first, and make it safe for him to have the operation. They've cared for my pets for almost 20 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is bar none, the best Veterinary clinic in Ozaukee County. The Vets and Assistants are friendly, personable, compassioinate and above all, demonstrate their affection for their patients through action. Every member of the staff is dedicated to the care of the animals brought into the clinic. I'll add the only potential caveat and it's that Best Friends is pricey, compared to others. That said, I still won't go anywhere else with my kitties. You get what you pay for.

The vets are caring and compassionate. I come here to buy Frontline and Sentinel products for my little Bichon. They also have a referral PROGRAM that gives $10 off a new client and $10 off your next vet purchase. Super friendly staff!

Love Best Friends - the doctors and staff are fantastic. From routine checkups to making the difficult decision every pet owner faces, the BFVC has always been there for us. We had used other vet clinics in the past (both in WI and in other states) and BFVC is so far above the mark there is no comparison.
