Dr. Amy and Cyd were extremely knowledgeable. Other vets might nickel and dime you... but these folks are the real deal. Very upfront with costs and very reasonable. We will forever be clients. Boo thanks you both!

We have been taking our beloved pets here for years. I am more than satisfied with the Vets we work with. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in a quality experience.

Dr Andi, Dr Amy, and their staff have always been wonderful and helpful. Have been going to them for the last part of the decade, they have always shown great compassion when dealing with my pets. 11/9/2021 When it came time to say good to one of our dogs, they never stopped showing how caring and supportive they are. I can't express how much they went the extra mile in comforting me and my family during this hard time in our lives and how I appreciate all that they have done.

This is a wonderful office. They help my 14 year old dog to keep going. They are wonderful on the phonbe and with the animals. The vets are very knowledgeable and caring. They have called me at home, when needed. I am very pleased with the Animal Medical Center, and I have referred my sister to them.

Dr. Amy and her staff, are all wonderful. Thank you for being kind and compassionate when I needed to put my dog to rest.

Can't say enough good things about AMC. Dr. Amy and her staff are friendly, professional and you can tell they care about your pet as if it were their own. Dr. Amy does an amazing job of explaining what is going on with your pet, what her suggestions and plans are, and answers all my questions thoroughly. Prices are very fair and reasonable for the services they provide. Can't recommend them enough.

These are people who REALLY CARE about you & your pets well being.

Not only are all of the team members compassionate and care for each animal but they have saved our dog. Our dog jumped out of a moving car and they instantly began all medical proceedures to save her life. Without their skill and quick action our dog would not be alive today. They even took care of us giving us water and tissues as well as comforting words. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care.

My family has been going here for 28 years! My Lola is afraid of everything and they know that she needs her soccer ball and her support dog, Max. Dr. Amy and Dr. Andi, along with their staff are so friendly and work so well with my furbabies. I will forever come here!!

We had a scheduled appointment for our dog. When we arrived, we were told that they were short staffed and that we could not be seen. Our appointment was at 4:30pm so there was ample time for them to call us to reschedule before we drove all of the way over there. We are very disappointed and we will not be back.

We are so happy with our vet and all the staff. They are so caring and reassuring in our concerns with our two little kitties. We are so thankful for all they do for us in helping to give our cat with asthma her medicine as needed while we are on vacation. So very thankful. Dr. Andie is so patient and professional. She takes the time to listen and care. I trust her with my kitties health and happiness. Dr. Andie is a wonderful asset to animal medical center. So glad she is our kitty doctor. ????

The staff seems friendly enough, however, I feel that they charge for unnecessary tests and fees. For example, there is a filling fee to get a prescription from the office that I was not told about prior to picking up my cat's medication. The fee almost doubled the cost of the already expensive medication. I feel that they try to rack up a bill every time I bring an animal in. I now have them send the prescription to a pharmacy where I can get double the medication for the same price the vet charged for 1/2 the medication.

I haven't visited but whoever I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately they don't take rabbits, otherwise I would consider trying them for my vet.

I brought our Mastiff mix here after she hurt her leg and Dr. Andy and the rest of the staff were wonderful! I was relieved that their prices were a lot more reasonable than the last place I went to as well. Dr. Andy was very thorough going over everything with me on the phone, and she made sure that I didn't have anymore questions before we finished up. I definitely felt like she wasn't rushing me, and that she really cared about making sure we got my pup back to her normal self. They weren't able to let us go inside with our girl because of covid, which would make any pet parent nervous; but Dr. Andy made sure to let me know that she was getting lots of cuddles and loving everyone's attention. After her exam she came outside just as happy as could be!

Dr Amy and Dr Andy are amazing. They're incredibly personable, talk me through everything, and make my pets feel very safe. The majority of their staff is wonderful as well.

Love taking my puppy here. I brought her in for an emergency last Friday, and there was a bit of a back up with some unexpected and unscheduled emergencies coming in. We were sitting in one of the rooms waiting, and the staff continuously came in to update me on our status, which was greatly appreciated. They also accommodated my time constraint! The staff is all super nice and helpful, as well. They helped give me great tips on how to potty train our puppy, which worked out great!

We went in for a possible ear infection - which means getting ear swabs done to check each ear. The tech taking the swabs is always very gentle and comforting to my dog. Then Dr. Andy came in and she is very calm and soothing too. She took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I always leave the office feeling my dog is well taken care of.

Wonderful and caring staff. Very knowledgeable and want the best for your pet. We have had no concerns with the care or services we have received over the years of taking our dogs here.

Good service but a bit pricy

Always a good visit. I appreciate that it’s always clean, staff is always friendly and they take time to answer questions.

Great vets with a fantastic support staff where everyone truly loves what they do. I always feel welcome and I pretty sure the pup does too. Dog translation: bark bark, woof, yip, bark, woof, bark, hooooooowwwllll

The staff, as well as the dr's, are very understanding and helpful with our VERY feisty kitty cat Rupert. They usually have to wrap him up in a heavy blanket because he just doesn't want anything to do with them. We miss Ramsey the beautiful and loud cat that would greet you while you were waiting for your turn to see the dr.

Caring and wonderful staff! Dr. Amy and her staff were wonderful when taking care of my cat! As a new pet owner, I was worried and they took care of both me and my cat. Dr. Amy called the next day as promised with lab results! I will definitely be bringing my cat back for all of her veterinary needs.

We LOVE Animal Medical Center! We are first-time pet owners and they have been absolutely wonderful - patient, helpful and loving to our pet and to us! Thanks Dr. Amy and staff!
