I was impressed, they accepted Pet Assure, They were able to accomodate an appointment to fit my schedule. They took the time to talk with me about my new puppy and what really surprised me, they called me the next morning to ask me how my puppy was doing after his visit. Great Customer Service,

If I could give zero stars I would. A friend of mine had recently taken their cat here after returning from a vacation because of injuries it had sustained while they were away. The charges were extremely unreasonable for what had been done and they were not offered any sort of payment plan or any other options. They do not have any way of paying for it so they have resorted to asking for money and donations, and right before Christmas of all times! After hearing this I took it upon myself to go through some reviews and most were somehow very positive, but I did come across two one star reviews that had responses from American Veterinary Hospital that were extremely opposing. In one they said they go out of their way to make sure their records are safe and secure, to the point they are difficult to access, and in another they went on to describe the ailments of an animal they had treated in detail. Extremely unprofessional and that alone should show what kind of business this is.

Dr C is awesome. He's been tending to My Wimpy Cat since Birth. Very knowledgeable, kind and He Gives Great Service.

I was at this Veterinary Hospital so don't tell me it's invalid because it's not. They obviously were not helpful for me to give this place one star lol.

By encouraging me to get labs on my 20-year old cat, we were able to detect a problem and start treatment.

I would never take my dog back. Front desk ladies are snotty with the snide remarks. You are not able to enter the building because covid-19 even though the animal leashes are being passed from hand to hand. They are taking payment from the car and passing cash from hand to hand. They are bringing the animals out with no mask, no gloves, and no protection what's the point. It 'totally defeats the purpose.

Kind of hard to communicate.

The staff and doctors there are so caring! They are true animal lovers. The office is so clean and smells fresh. They have a black-colored office kitty --- with just three legs --- who helps greet everyone!

I highly recommend this place! I have taken my dog here since he was born (5 years) and they take great care of him!! Dr. Chughtai is very experienced and knowledgeable! The staff is so helpful and answered all my silly questions before my dogs surgery. (Thank you!) I wouldn't want to take my dog anywhere else! Thank you for taking such good care of Bam Bam!!????

They were great to us and our pets!

The staff are great, kind and caring. They treated my 17 year old cat and made her twilight time a bit more comfortable. I recommend this vet, top notch care.

They told me heartwarm test costs $40 when I went there they wanted $60 ....the nurse said she'll ask the doctor (dont know his name but he's the main indian doctor there) if she can price match since it was their mistake....she came back and said the doctor doesnt want to treat my dog anymore ....basically since I questioned their dishonesty now they dont want to treat my dog ....its a pure business there and that doctor doesn't know how strong the word of mouth is ...I'll make sure all my dogs wont go there and all my friends and family are aware of this disrespectful act....I am shocked they are willing to lose customers forever for $20....thank you for your dishonesty....

I have had to bring my new puppy in many times due to her many issues and they have been very helpful and you can tell they care for the animals. I have found they always have spots open for urgent care appointments as well. I would recommend this vet!

Very respectful towards my family when we had to put our dog down

They always get my cats in right away and have wonderful staff! Prices are reasonable and love the discount vaccine days!

They have you stay in the car with Covid-19, which is nice and safe. The Vetrinarian's Assistant was very pleasant and gave me all the details that I needed.

I've gone the this vet for 16 yrs. I know my baby is always in the best hands!!

They took care off my pet but we're kinda pricey.

Please don’t bring your beloved pet here. I had An incredibly bad experience there I would rather not share. I’m only writing this to save another fur baby and family members the horrible experience I went through. Will NEVER go back

It was terrible having to put my cat down, he's been my best friend for better 16 years. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the Doctor was quick and gentle with my best friend. And that was our first time there.

So far the place is really good, and low cost. ✌ Thanks for seeing our cats. ❤

This Dr. is a genius!! Our Cat ate carpet string. I called and they got him in that day even though we had never been there before. This Vet was going to go home for the evening, but he stayed and did exploratory surgery. He removed a wad of string while he was inside our Cat. Our Cat is still with is thanks to him, and his God given hands and mind. I trust him with my animals big time!

Great place to take your pets for routine check ups.

I just picked up my dog yesterday after boarding him here for 9 days. I was pretty uneasy about leaving him for such a long period of time, especially since I was travelling overseas and any contact with the clinic would be very difficult during that time. I researched several boarding options in the area and decided on American Veterinary Clinic for both the affordability and the great reviews. I could not be more pleased with my own experience here! When I called to register my dog, Oliver, the person I spoke with was thorough and upfront about costs and expectations, and made me feel very comfortable about my choice to board Oliver there. When I dropped him off and requested to see where he would be staying, the staff member was more than willing to show me around and let me know I could call any time to check in on him. When I picked him up, the staff members were so kind, and gave me some great feedback about how he did; it sounds like he had a wonderful time there, and I could tell that they genuinely enjoyed caring for him. It made me feel so good to know that he was loved and cared for while I was away, and I can say with certainty that this is the first place I will turn for any future veterinary/boarding needs. Thank you SO much for taking such great care of Oliver!
