Nice and clean good people working there prices are ok

I love pet smart groomers. Lyric is the best with Kodak and Keno. Kodak loves going to the groomers. Lyric always does a good job with cutting Kodak’s fur. I can see why she’s always booked up for appointment. I have been going to her for a while now and will continue to go to her. Thee BEST groomer.

One of the few pet stores in the area that carry a full line of CBD products which have been a savior for my dog. Employees are always helpful and the store always looks nice and clean!

We adopted this perfect little kitty 3 years ago this September and we couldn't be happier. She has certainly found her forever home. If you are looking to adopt a cat this is the location for you. Thank you PetSmart!

They've got some cool stuff and animals, but they charge more than even Petco does for certain items.

I’ve tried this location a half a dozen times. Each time expecting a better experience how ever the grooming department is TRASH. They don’t even allow you to drop off your pet 3 minutes before their appointment. They have no personality, they are LAZY & truthfully they try so hard to get out of grooming your pet. I took my dog in today and they said they could not provide service because he was matted ( which he wasn’t). I was lucky enough to go elsewhere the same day & had ZERO problems with getting him bathed. Mind you no hair cut was needed for his “ Matting” There’s no doubt in my mind these people are just LAZY & are there to collect their checks for the week. NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. You’re better off taking your pet to a small business grooming place where they are more than willing to groom your pet.

It's a nice place for pet needs, the staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and supportive of what you need for your pet. One employee help me choose a cat tower and our our cats love it.

Love the store, just started bringing my Toby here to be groomed and omg the girls are just amazing!!! Very professional, very kind, there customer service was absolutely wonderful and the way they where to my Toby was just beautiful, as if he was her own pup. Thanks ladies for being so great

All 3 staff I encountered were so nice. Very helpful and made me feel comfortable walking around the store with my 2 yr.old granddaughter stopping and looking and touching everything. Bought some crickets! Please make sure they know this. Thank you!

Lindsey did a fantastic job on my Great Pyrenees, Theo! He smells sooooo good & I high-key want that perfume for myself! He will be coming back to see Lindsey again! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

We always have a decent experience when coming here. We have a dog whose aggressive towards other dogs, and they did well with keeping her away and everybody safe with no issues.

Place is always clean, doesn’t smell, and has very few customers. Making it easier for your to take your time. Staff are great. Products are always on sale. And things you buy from this store last awhile.
