Awesome place thanks for everything

Rob and staff always fo a fantastic job with our 3 kids. Abby, Kindleigh and Duke enjoy going there. We also have them trim their nails as well. We would recommend this kennel to all.

Best around! The employees all love the dogs and cats as there own. They are able to give you pups a bath and nail trim before you pick them up. I drive almost 45 mins one way to take them here.

When I dropped my dogs off I had given them a note and told them it was for feeding times and call with questions. Also I had both of my dogs food portioned and in baggies with their names on it as they are fed different amounts. Well when I picked them up the next day and got home there were two baggies of food left, both for one of my dogs. They never fed them Saturday morning (they were dropped off right at 8AM when they opened and normally get fed between 10-11 AM in the morning which was also in my note). Also they did not even feed them the correct amounts. They also ended up getting kennel cough from them. Will never trust them with my dogs again!

I never boarded my dogs before so I was very worried. One is a 13 year old with heart problems and on medications the other a one year old. I didn't need to worry they were all so nice and answered all my questions and took great care of my puppers. I would not hesitate to take them back. Thank you all for taking such good care of my babies.

My dogs love this place!

Been talking my dogs out by Rob 4 many years. Never have 2 worry about them when they're in his care. Staff is great, place is always clean and well maintained. They also do training, which I've done. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 is I don't want Rob 2 get a big head.

1st time boarding our two, 10 month old kittens. I know that cats are creatures of habit that would probably prefer to stay at home when we are gone, but leaving them at Chelstars was a very pleasant experience. Large enclosure for the cats with comfy furniture for them to lounge on, many climbing features & a large window for them to observe the goings on outside. Owner & employees are super friendly & very professional. Will definitely take our fur babies again & have peace of mind while we're away.

They are the best. My dog has severe anxiety. He is so excited to come here. A different dog than at home. They love him and even share what he likes with me. I am so grateful that I can feel comfortable when he's here and am able to enjoy my time away.

We have had dogs for over 20 years and have been to a lot of different kennels. This one hands down is the best. We also had our dogs groomed while they were there and it was the best grooming we’ve ever had on our dogs. Everyone is super friendly and they take pride in what they do. The rates are extremely reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about Chelstar’s. It’s simply the best!

This place is great! I adopt senior dogs so have kenneled different breeds (from pitbulls to Chihuahuas) and have always been confident that they'd be well cared for. The staff is always very friendly and happy to see my pups.

This place is top notch. Very clean property and kennels. Staff is great and very knowledgeable. Always our first choice when we need to board our 2 Shiba Inu furballs! They love it there!

Will say I was a little hesitant because we have not boarded our dogs before but what a great place. Dogs seemed to come out of there experience happy and clean. Yes clean because they received a complementary bath! Thanks Rob for you and your staff's wonderful service. If we ever have to board again this will be the place.

I'm from out of tone and generally use a day care in Milwaukee Wisconsin. But was in the area for business. Decided to bring my dog and found out after I had picked him up that they only let their dogs out a couple times a day for only 10 minutes each time! I think that is ridiculous! That means the other times during the day they are kenneled.. At his other day cares hes out all day running around and Socializing. They told me they let them out at 9::30 a.m. for only 10 minutes and then again he was going to be let out at 2::30 p.m. for 10 minutes. So when I dropped him off at 8:30 he had only gone out one time between then and the time I picked him up at 2:00 p.m.. That is not day care that should be called boarding. If I would have known this I wouldn't have brought him there I would have paid more to bring up to a facility that lets him play outside longer than 10 minutes! So needless to say, Since I needed head him to be tired for tonight hes got a lot of energy that will need to be expelled because hes only been out for 10 minutes so far today! The people were nice the facility seemed cleabut tthe play area is just concrete.

The staff is great. Our dogs love going there.

Every dog we have ever taken there, would get so excited when we were just getting close to the "Biscuit ". Bouncing in the car and making happy sounds even pulling to get inside. If my dogs recommend it, it has to be special.

They are very caring for your pets. Even the rambunctious ones.

My dog always comes home happy after staying here. The prices are reasonable, and the staff always takes a personal interest in my dog. Everyone is very friendly and invested in the pets. Definitely recommend.
