Thank you Dr. Nasal and the staff at Happy Tails for taking care of my cat while he’s been unwell recently. Also for always being available to answer my questions on the phone. I am so happy with the quality of care you have given us, thanks again.

Said they didn't have record of my pet even though they had been seen there many times. I had the printed proof of last exam. Claimed they still didn't have records for my pet. Told me that my pet would get taken away from me because their vaccinations weren't up to date, even though they were done last year.I was calling because my pet needs a visit for a non routine reason. It's a few days before Christmas and even though I'm annoyed and given them grace for this in the past,, I make the appointment. Show up and they cancel. I was there! They claimed I was late and they called. Well I got a call while in my car and no one was there to talk to! Very unprofessional, go somewhere else if you love your pets.

My wife and I have been taking our animals here (2 dogs and 3 cats) for a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Nasal takes the time to know our animals and recognizes each of them when we bring them in. Every time we have come in with an issue she always calls us personally to follow up on treatment and make sure our animals are doing fine. Our one dog needs special treatment with the vets at UW-Madison and she has communicated with them as needed as well to get things right. We never feel like we are taken advantage of price wise based on our experience at other vets in the area prior to going to Happy Tails. They are quick to respond to Chewy/ online pet pharmacy requests when it comes to prescriptions. Overall a great experience.

We have been taking our kitten there since June (roughly). Everything was great. I called to set up the appointment to have him neutered and the lady on the phone confused him for a female and quoted me over $400. I got frustrated and said told her I was originally quoted half that. She told me no so I ended the call. She called me back in less than 2 minutes apologizing saying she confused him for a female. So that made me feel uncomfortable because wouldn't they have HIS information pulled up as they are asking for HIS name and name under account..? I was willing to understand mistakes happen and push past that. Fast forward to day of surgery, Yesterday. We were FIVE minutes late because we had to turn around to get our wallet for money for THEM. She called me as I was parked in the literal parking lot and said "You're late. We need to reschedule because you're not here". I told her I was just right outside. I was told to hurry inside and they can get me in. Literally NO ONE else went in before us in that time frame and they told us we need to reschedule over FIVE minutes. There's no grace period. So if you get caught by a train, backed up traffic or anything- they DO NOT CARE. I immediately moved to a new veterinarian. The new place have a 30 minute grace period for surgery drop off plus do lab work to see how he will do on anesthesia. Sad I'm willing to travel 30+ minutes and pay even more for a professional service. My pet comes first though. Stop overbooking. Why does the person behind us affect our appointment if we are FIVE minutes late unless you are literally overbooking? We weren't there 20 minutes late. JUST 5 MINUTES. That's soooooo dramatic to turn away a pet over. Do not recommend this place.

I had been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy - he eventually developed a double ear infection (has extremely floppy/curly haired ears as he's a goldendoodle) and it all went downhill from there. We brought him in to get ear medicine and she gave him one dose that was supposed to take up to 30 days to take effect. That didn't work and we ended up going back for the next 4 months and getting the same medication/dosage alternating ears. Finally after the 4th months trip we didn't have to pay for the medicine dosage. If it wouldn't have taken 2 months to get a new appointment at our vet, we for sure would have been gone by then. He was clearly very uncomfortable and I expressed my concerns each time we went. The concerns were just brushed off and more medicine was given to him - the medicine that clearly was not working for him. All visits were very transactional and she didn't take the time to get to know my dog at all. We were about at our wits end one weekend (he was in serious pain and whimpering) and called on a Saturday and she wouldn't even get on the phone with us, she just spoke to us through one of the front desk girls. Would absolutely not recommend. Very transactional, clearly just trying to make profits, extremely unhelpful when we felt helpless.

I absolutely love all the staff at Happy Tails! They treat all my animals the same, even if they’re guinea pigs! We are always seen right away. I’m very glad they let us inside (Even with the pandemic), because we have rescue dogs who have very bad anxiety. I will continue to bring all my dogs and guinea pigs here. I have told a few friends and family as well to come here.

Dr. Nasal and the rest of the staff at Happy Tails are amazing! My 2 cats see Dr. Nasal for routine visits and when things aren’t quite right and her and the staff have always provided wonderful care and service. Dr. Nasal always personally calls to see how a treatment plan is working and how her little patients are doing. My parents have also used this vet for their cats and dogs for years as well with nothing but glowing reviews. It really shows that Dr. Nasal and co. truly care about their animal patients and their owners and I wouldn’t think of bringing my furry family members anywhere else!

We bring all of our pets to Happy Tails and have always had an excellent experience. Whether it's a regular check up, an urgent illness, or the tearful goodbye to our fur babies we have always been treated great. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I needed a new vet for our two dogs after moving from Milwaukee, we were happy to find Happy Tails so nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming, appointments are efficient, details about our pets are remembered and noted, and we feel it is a good value.

I had been referred to this vet clinic from my sister even though I live 30 minutes away and have 2 other vets right down the road from me. I went for our first visit with our new kitten and everything went well. I rescheduled another appointment for vaccines and was going to be 10 minutes late. I had an issue at work and was going to be a little late. They called me 3 minutes after the start time of my appointment and said my kitten had an appointment. I told them I was 7 minutes away and would be there shortly. They stated that they needed to reschedule because I was too late and I would pay the appointment fee. I asked them what the fee was and they stated $25. I totally understand if I was normally late to appointments but this was my second time there and I wasn’t late to my first appointment....I told them to bill me and I wouldn’t be back. They stated they don’t send out bills, so I stated that that is fine, I just won’t be returning. This is not how to get new clients and keep them. I am not normally late but had an issue I couldn’t prevent. If you want to go to a place that is understanding of situations and willing to work with you... this is NOT the place for you. There are so many other options in the area, and will take my pet and my money elsewhere.

Made an appointment to get a kitten fixed and front declawed, and I was given a certain age and a certain weight that she had to be, plus quoted a price. I arrived at the appointment only to find out that I was given the wrong information. I was given the excuse that it was a new girl, conveniently not there. Made a new appointment for the upcoming Thursday, so I wanted to call them ahead of time to make sure that the information didn't change again. Surprise surprise, I was given a different price, more expensive. I stated my concerns to the person answering the phone, and that I was starting get a leary feeling because everyone was giving me different information. I said that I would like to talk to the vet personally just to ease my mind. But after talking to the desk person I was feeling better and thanks see you Thursday. Within a half hour the veterinarian called me and was very rude saying that I wasn't very pleasant with her staff , I had no idea what she was talking about because we were cordial at the end of our conversation. The vet on the other hand already had an attitude and said that I should take my pet somewhere else. Our pets are our babies and we were concerned about all of the miss information that we were given, obviously this place , the staff and vet herself, didn't care about our concerns . Although some people might have had an acceptable experience here, we didn't. We will definitely NOT be recommending this place to anyone, there are more caring places out there.

I never left a review when it actually happened but now feel compelled after reading John Doro's review. Mr. Doro's experience exactly duplicates my experience. We brought our 4 month old teddy bear puppy to Dr. Nasal to be spayed. An hour later I received a call at work that my beloved Molly was dead. Dr. Nasal tried to explain it away as an underlying heart condition. To make matters worse, when my husband picked up Molly's body, he got charged for the blood work that was done before surgery. I've told everybody I know to stay away from Beth Nasal.

Unfortunately, Megan and the team and Happy Vet have lost a decade long customer. Megan was rude on the phone, blaming me for waiting until the day before a holiday to call and ask for help. My dog can't move and it's an established pattern; he's 11 and I know my dog... Dr. Nasal and Megan were okay with my dog being in pain and not being able to move over the entire Thanksgiving weekend. They didn't want to deal with it until the following Monday, five days later. Megan sited "the law" without offering any alternatives for my dog to be comfortable until their required "tests." I will never be back here. Go somewhere else for veterinarians and staff that actually put your animal first!

We have been taking our cats here since 2008. Very easy to park near to the entrance which makes it easy to transport them inside without too much trouble. Dr. Nasal and her staff are very efficient I never have to wait, get seen immediately which is what you need when you have a sick or meowing cat. What I like most about this clinic is the kindness and friendliness of the staff and how they treat their furry patients as part of their family. My cat loves to snuggle with them even when he is getting a shot. Dr. Nasal is very experienced and thorough in her examinations. She does not order unnecessary tests or medicines. She always follows up after visits to make sure the medicine has been effective and there are no further problems. I don't get sticker shock when I see the bill either. You can always call ahead and get a quote if you are worried about the costs, staff provide great customer service. An asset to our community, highly recommended.

We just moved to the De Pere area from San Diego, and needed to find a new vet for our two pups. We ended up going to Happy Tails Veterinary and were extremely pleased. The vet was very helpful, listened to our concerns, and our pup is on the mend (she had an infected paw that needed treatment). We are please to have chosen Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic!

Doctor Nasal and her staff was very friendly and worked with us to have a prescription filled that was necessary to treat one of our dogs. they called in the prescription and had it delivered to their office for easy pickup. Her staff ordered and split the pills into proper portions to make it easy for us to give them to our dog . We were very happy with the service .

So far so good. We just moved to this area and have a 10 yr old lab with epilepsy and the vet got us in quick to refill her rx and have been great so far.

Dr. Dan and the Happy Tails crew are amazing. We recently had to face the harsh reality that our cat, Tank, was gravely ill. Dr. Dan and the crew did everything they could to make sure we knew all of our options and kept us well appraised …

Great clinic! I've been going to Happy Tails for years now (probably close to eleven years). I'm thrilled with their knowledge and how they just love our pets. We've had tons of pets, including ferrets, a rabbit, and dogs and even had some boarded there. They truly care about pets. I've lived a bunch of places and I have to say, this vet's clinic is probably the best I've seen. So hats off to a great vet clinic! :) And my younger Bostons LOVE going to see their friends there. It's hilarious!

The staff is friendly, well informed and always there to answer our questions. I always recommend Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic to anyone who asks me.

I have taken my two Chihuahuas to this clinic since I got my dogs which was about four years ago. The clinic has a perfect location as well as being extremely clean. I am very happy with both Dr. Nasal and Dr. Dan as well as the entire staff of Happy Tails. They take the time to answer my questions thoroughly with each visit. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Tiffany always greets both me and my dogs with a smile. I recommend this clinic highly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I recently took my 4 month old puppy into Happy Tails to get spayed. 30 minutes after I dropped her off I received a phone call. She was dead. Not only was it devastating, but the little explanation made it worse. The rambling on about a possible underlying heart condition seemed to be a scapegoat answer to what really happened.. I lost my best friend. Do not lose yours. I recommend doing a procedure yourself before taking your pet here.
