My two large dogs shared a room for a week. The friendly staff was willing to accommodate our feeding concerns with one of them being a resource guarder. The facility was clean, no weird pet smells that kennels and shelters can get. My only desire was for more communication, such as a live feed of the play area, or periodic updates. I called for an update once, which was very detailed... Just would've liked more to be easily accessed. I will certainly be sending both boys there again.

We had heard they were the best in town so I called to get our dog in for doggy daycare. I learnt they have breed restrictions so I asked for more info since our dog has Pitbull in his breed and I was told "if a dog looks, acts, or has Pitbull in the mix they are not allowed to come for group play and would have to be in his own kennel all day." so sad :( he loves to play with other dogs.

Very disappointed in their cancellation policy. They were fully booked the night we had to cancel so they still charge you because she said they had to turn people away. Why not just call those people back? Now they'll probably fill the reservation with someone else and still make money from our dog not being there. Charging someone for not using your services does not make that person want to use your services. Won't be trying them again. Whether they tell you this policy ahead of time or not, it's still a bad policy. We've been using Golrusk for boarding for a number of years and never had issues with cancellations. We ended up needing something last minute and they were full so that's why I called Wagg Inn. But a couple hours later Golrusk called to let us know they had a cancellation. I'm of course going to go to the place my dog is familiar with if I have the choice.

I love having my dogs there. They are great with requests, my dog has allergies and they use a special cleaner with her.

16 hours. That’s how long the dogs sit in kennels without bathroom breaks overnight on the weekends. We have been bringing our dogs here for almost two years and had never had an issue. We had originally been told that the absolute most a dog would go between bathroom breaks was 12 hours. Now, after our dog had an accident in her kennel, we learned that she had been waiting from before 4pm until almost 9am to go to the bathroom. No wonder she had an accident! We will never bring our dogs here again!

The BEST pet hotel, grooming and daycare center in this area of the state. Owner and staff love their guests and it's shown in their care and concern. Very clean at all times. My dog loves it there. And the socializing of the dogs is so helpful.

Wonderful facility. We dropped our pup of for daycare while on vacation. The staff was super friendly and helpful getting everything set up before we arrived and during our visit. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Our dogs love it here. We brought them here to help with anxiety from fireworks. We learned today that they have a sound system installed to provide soothing sounds for nervous animals.

Our dogs stayed for the first time recently and had a great time! I felt that they were well cared for and got lots of play time and outside time. They especially liked the water area. I highly recommend Wagg Inn Pet Hotel!

We bring are dog here frequently. The staff is very friendly and our lab is happy to be dropped off. A little pricier than other places, but well worth it!

Fantastic. Treated my dog like family. Extremely clean facility, spacious rooms, and plenty of attention for my dog. Sent multiple pictures to us daily and were quick to respond to all questions. I couldn't recommend them more.

Never had my dogs boarded before so this would be my first time. They did an outstanding job taking care of my dogs and perks, no kennel cough! I called them to ask how they were settling in and a different day tocsee how they were. Very detailed and nice how your dogs are doing and when they have and hadn't eat. Definitely recommend and will be bringing my dogs back if needed!

I have been going to the wagg inn for 13 years. My dog knows about a mile out where he's going he starts wagging his tail an pacing in the car. I highly recommend this place for both daycare,boarding and grooming. I have moved several times in recent years do I have had to use daycare and boarding.

My pup has separation anxiety, so unfortunately I can't leave him home without him hurting himself or destroying my home...... but then I found this wonderful doggy daycare with a fantastic staff that treats him with the care he deserves. Couldn't speak any higher of this establishment. They truly are fantastic people

We have been taking our dog there for over 14 years. The staff is excellent, friendly, and especially kind to our dog. Most important, they are very observant if anything seems out of normal behavior. We completely trust Wagg Inn!

We recently boarded our 2 dogs for the first time (ever) at Wagg Inn. We couldn't be happier with their service. We were gone for 2 weeks out of the country and were only able to communicate through Facebook. About an hour or so after dropping them off, they sent me a message through Facebook letting me know they were settling in well. A few days later they sent another message with pictures and another week later the same thing. They truly care for the animals and do a great job. I highly recommend them!

My Dog Absolutely loves this place, and I love bringing him there... They know and love Maximus... he knows and loves the staff! Our dog wanted nothing to do with other dogs before we brought him there and now he can’t wait!!! Thanks for everything!

Everyone at Wagg Inn is always friendly and takes such good care of our dogs. One of our dogs fell ill during his last stay. We were kept updated and they took him in for prompt veterinary care. Sara even made him rice and hamburger at her own home when he needed a bland diet. We couldn't have asked for more. They definitely treat the pets as if they were their own. Highly recommended!

Our dogs only "Home away from home", we all absolutely love the facilities, staff, and the attention they provided. Outstanding service!!!

Great place. My dogs love it, and come home tired.

The absolute best place to bring your fur babies! My dog has an absolute ball coming here and playing with the other dogs. It isn't actually like a kennel area. It is like an actual hotel for your pets. If you have any concerns about downtime, eating, or getting rough, they monitor the play areas extensively. And will tell you or call you if there is anything wrong. I have been using this place for my dogs for over 10 years and have always loved working with the people here. They also offer tours of the place if you want to see the areas your dogs with be playing with. Elderly dogs even are taken well care of and are put in areas appropriately. The owner is there regularly and is well respected in our animal community.

We wouldn't board Chloe anywhere else. She is in a safe, secure environment. Clean, well maintained and the staff is awesome and caring!

Good service and everything but the play area is all rocks, and our labs paws get tore up every time she's there, to the point where they bleed. If you've got a larger dog that likes to play, use caution.

Best place to take your fur baby hands down. Sarah and her team are your baby's second family. Great place for doggie daycare and boarders.

Patti and Dan, February 2017 Our Golden Retriever, Cooper spent 7 nights at Wagg Inn. He had never been in a kennel before, so we called to check up on him and he got along very well with others and was given rest times from play. Would highly recommend this kennel for your dogs stay.

I have been taking my baby boy to Wagg Inn for the past 5 months or so and he loves it. My dog has some emotional issues and seperation anxiety, but loves going to this daycare and can't wait to get inside and play. The staff are very friendly and my Yorkie loves them. He is very particular with who he likes so I'm glad that this place is around.

I used the Wagg Inn to have my longhair cat groomed. It was the first time I ever had him groomed. They did a great job! That was a year ago, and now its that time again. I will be calling them this week to have my cat groomed again. I will reccomend Wagg Inn to all my family and friends!
