Had to drive here due to a per emergency and 2 years later we are still driving back even though a longer distance due to their vets, their techs and their prices all being wonderful! They don't get weird about BIG dogs. We have a horse sized great dane!

We were in EC visiting relatives over Christmas. Our 1 year old Lab deeloped an ear infection. Called several clinics that were near by and they would not see us because we were not regular customers. A friend suggested Northside. From the initial call to discharge everyone was welcoming, polite and professional. If we lived in EC, Northside would be our go to vet clinic.

Absolutely love this clinic, I’m going to be switching all my pets over to here on Monday. I first took my guinea pig here a few months ago, I couldn’t find a vet in the area to work on him and was desperate. Northside welcomed me into their clinic and gave him the help he needed. I guarantee he wouldn’t be alive today if it wasn’t for them. He’s blind, deaf, missing teeth, and has a permanent head tilt. The vet helped me figure out all his issues and how to manage them. They are incredibly professional and actually work on diagnosing your pet. (Not money hungry as some of the other reviews say.) They listen when you have concerns and won’t stop until they get answers for your fur baby. Would HIGHLY recommend taking your pets here.

Dave Menard is the most unprofessional and incompetent Vet in Eau Claire. Stay far away unless you want him to just guess what’s wrong with your pet. Other vets we have used in the past at Northside I will say we didn’t have issues. But I recommend requesting to NOT HAVE DAVE BE THE VET THAT DOES ANYTHING WITH YOUR PET.

Me and my canine companion, Molly, were treated very well. We've been through some very emotionally tough times. All our concerns were heard and addressed in a compassionate manner. We knew we found the best place we could to reduce my worries and regain Molly's health and trust❣ Thank you Northside Pet Hospital❣

Dr Michelle Rothaug was very thorough in her examination of my cat and considerate in the treatment and eventual euthanization that followed. I was impressed by her efforts to find a good diagnosis. By the time I had realized something was wrong and had booked that first appointment, it was too late for anything beyond palliative care; that was not the vet's fault. I am grateful for her attention and the kind attitudes of all the staff I interacted with over those few weeks.

I had my five year old cat declawed this week and I am so sorry I put her through such an ordeal. Previously a veterinary talked me out of having the procedure done, but I was having trouble getting my cat to stop scratching my walls, doors and furniture in my new home. I decided to have her declawed. My poor cat came home with bleeding paws, a horrific cone around her head and limping. She couldn't eat and was starving. She went under the bed and pulled off the cone collar on her own. I left it off and watched so she didn't lick her paws. It's been 3 days and she is frightened, sad and hurting. I am so sorry I put her through this cruel surgery and I'll never do it to another cat.
