I just adopted purple a African grey Amazon yesterday and the foster mom, foster dad and a worker at the shelter were all amazing. Very clean place. All animals had clean kennels and cages. I'd definitely recommend adopting from there. Looking forward to adopting again there.

Picked out a kitten with my boyfriend and our three kids. Our oldest fell in love with one. We applied for the kitten, waited 3 days to be told that this cat was already adopted and was told the wrong name while we applied for him. They assumed we picked out a different cat that also was adopted close to the time we picked this kitten out. No one ever answers their phone and we barely were able to speak to anyone there because no one wanted to help us out. Very unhappy with our experience and the customer service there.

I've gotten two of my cats from this place, and it's very obvious how much they care for the animals!

I love volunteering! They have many things for me to do. The dogs, cats, and bunnies love the attention.

Great staff, checked in to see how I was doing during the adoption process, made sure to answer any questions I had, and made the entire process very nice and easy. This was my first time adopting and it couldn't have gone any better.

Adopted my cat from here in April 2012. He is now 11 and still as wonderful as can be. He loves my kids who are now 5 and 6. Great place ????

Pay too much to surrender animals you don't own and turn in when no one will claim them. Happy they take lost animals to find them homes.

They are only open by appointment right now, but do not answer emails or return phon calls.

Called to see if they had any coupons for my Granddaughters to get their cat spaced. No, they didn't and we never heard anything about the coupons a couple of months ago.

adopted Sky a few days ago and doing well. She's excellent just how the staff had descried. Staff was super helpful and full of info. thank you all.

They seem to treat the animals well but it seems like theres nothing but kids working there that, although try hard and look like they love the animals, but they dont know anything about the animals. They sent a deaf dog home with a single mother with 2 small children under 4 year old with no warning of the dogs condition, when we question them about it the said that the dog came to her name but they never really checked her hearing without other dogs around or without multiple people in the room. The dog was clearly taking cues from the others in the room. BECAUSE SHE'S DEAF!!

Not happy they had my phone number and when the people called to report they found my birb they told them to bring it out to them not to call me they were two blocks away from me that I had to drive out to Humane Society pay them $35 to get my birb back thanks a lot
