I am most grateful for the willingness of IVS staff to work with me as a partner, using non-Western and Western medicine, to nurture my dog and foster the very best life possible for her. The staff is professional, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I most appreciate the possibility of integrative care.

Integrative Veterinary Service goes above and beyond to ensure my pets are not afraid and as calm as possible at their appointment. Dr. Amanda in particular was very patient and kind with my canine friends. I was very pleased with her ability to communicate through all phases of the appointment and clearly articulated her expectations and next steps.

Dr. Amanda really took time and patience to discuss my concerns with our Mabel and her eating habits. Afterwards she has responded quickly to my emails, questions and concerns. I am relieved to have some help from Dr. Amanda and her staff in this issue which is above and beyond the level of care our regular vet offers.

The pet exam was very thorough and I felt like any concerns were answered thoroughly. Also, they did a follow-up call the next day to be sure all was ok.

The courteous, professional, empathetic and skilled services provided on 10/20/2021 by Dr. Alli Dunlop & all the staff for my kitty Phoebe is unparalleled. I have the utmost trust in the quality of care provided by Integrative Veterinary Services for my kitty Phoebe at all times.

AMAZING! I will never take Nala anywhere else. The attention we received and the amount of time spent with us were more than I expected or received anywhere else! Helping educate us a owners/parents was invaluable. You listened to all our concerns/questions and addressed EVERY single one! I could see the genuine love you have for animals with how you treated ours! From the front desk staff to the technician and the doctor....this place is the BEST! Thank you!

Integrative vet w/modern views I was looking for a vet supportive of minimal vaccinations, titering, real food feeding, etc. Dr. Lisa is great. No sterile rooms are fantastic. The vet tech staff seem to miss some details which has proved frustrating, but I appreciate the support in other areas so I overlook that. We appreciate Dr. Lisa. She addresses all our concerns, lets us know what steps we could take now and in the future. She treats us and our pets with great care.

We're very happy to be back at IVS after moving away for a few years. I appreciate the honest and helpful guidance for the long-term health of my pets. They provide me the information I need to make the right health choices for my dog.

Happy with our whole visit. Felt like my dog was in good hands. All the staff are so kind. Both Dani and Dr. Alli listened to all my concerns.

Both vet tech Brooke and Dr. Kristin were very nice and professional, and they were gentle with my kitty. Dr Kristin suggested some new options for treating my cat's virus that other vets haven't come up with, and I will definitely be bringing my cat back here. I really appreciated the amount of time that was spent with my cat and I during the appointment-we did not feel rushed, and my cat was treated with kindness and compassion.

I was very pleased with the recent appointment for my pup's spay surgery. The communication from the time of the estimate, to the pre-appointment consultation, through the day-of procedure interactions was spectacular. Dani, in particular, was extremely communicative and took the time to go over all of the details, answer questions, and make both me and my pup comfortable and happy! The care and communication from the entire team is second to none.

Very happy with Integrative Vet. The staff is very nice and helpful. The Doctors are wonderful and so caring for your pets health. The lobby area is clean and nice and spacious. The atmosphere is serene and calming. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's definitely worth it.

We adore Dr. Lisa and always know that we leave being the best informed for our fur babies. Can't imagine not seeing her. we have become friends and feel so comfortable turning the girls over to the tech too.

I called to get a quote on how much a dewclaw removal would be on my adult dog. I was told that I cannot have the price unless I bring my dog in for vet exam. I asked for simply a ballpark range and was told that I can't be given this information until after the dog is seen. This 100% makes me not choose this vet as this feels deceptive. There is no reason that they can't be forthcoming with a price before I pay for an exam. Whether they choose to do the removal or not, it would not change the price... I would not recommend.

If you are looking for a caring vet I would suggest this one. The vet is very kind.

I love the clinic and staff - the overall feeling is far less stressful for the dogs than any other vet we have used. Also LOVE the lack of medication pushing. I appreciate not being pressured into putting my dogs on unnecessary meds! The understanding of each dog as an individual is also super important to me.

I love the holistic approach to pet care that all of the doctors and staff provide at Integrative Veterinary Service. When the doctor sits on the floor with you and your pet and chats and you never feel hurried or just like another number, it speaks volumes to me. I'm grateful for the care they have provided through the years!!

Staff was very thorough, personable and helpful with any questions i had. Also, very caring and understanding with my pet who is not always comfortable with new places.

My pet was in pain so they saw her same day; spent as much time as I needed to explain situation & care instructions. I feel like they really care about my dog's health.

Dr. Kristen was great. Tech was also wonderful, sorry I forgot her name. Cody was well taken care of. All my questions & concerns were answered. Cody is much more comfortable, is not itching anymore & is healing quickly. What I appreciated the most was the kindness and expertise!

Wonderful staff and the best care I've ever had for my animals.

All the techs we have seen are friendly and great with Bella. As always, Dr. Alli is wonderful. She and Bella have a special bond; Bella always gives kisses which Dr. Alli always willingly accepts! We appreciate the minimal wait time, that all our questions are answered, and the fact that you and your staff love your patients!

I am so grateful for the team's approach to Jackson's anxiety. You've created a safe space for Jackson and I to be who we are, and where we are with dealing with her fears (and my instincts to protect!). I most appreciate your gentle approach, thorough explanations of your assessments, and discussions of options for treatment including holistic and/or homeopathic approaches.

Super fast appointment with the tech. Almost no wait time. Mort was very happy before and after the appointment even though he got some blood drawn. He was told that he was the cutest dog there that day… although I'm sure she says it to all the good boys :) Although the appointment was quick, I still felt like we were well taken care of.

The service is always top-notch. Emmet loves visiting IVS! He gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. Everyone is so pleasant and excited to see Emmet. He just eats it up! They take great care of Emmet! They have a tremendous amount of care and compassion for the animals and their owners.

Loved how Dr Kristen cared for our new puppy and how they took him out of the room to give his shots. They were very thorough and gave lots of pointers for our new puppy. Learned a lot at our 1st visit. Would highly recommend to any dog parent. Explained everything
