My pet was ill, a very difficult and emotional time. Staff was very caring and supportive!

Had a emergency with our Jr and the care he received was excellent

They don’t care about your pet. Just $. Simple as that. Beware!

Beware! Make sure you have $400-$500 in your pocket before you go there, the vet is on a major power trip. It was $160 just for an examination WITHOUT treatment. My American Bully has a horrible rash, and they wanted to do x rays and a skin biopsy test. They only care about money, do not use them, horrible business.

They charge an obscene amount of money for an emergency fee and an exam. They want another $150 to treat and if you don’t have the money they will not help you. Don’t go to this clinic. Bad business. They didn’t even recommend any over the counter treatment They gave zero compassion.

Prices are so expensive. I do not recommend to anyone

I left for a funeral and returned 4 days later to a very sick kid. Asked on social media where to go late on a Saturday night and half a dozen said here. They said the Docs listen, are sincere and supportive like none other. All of that was true and the work was expeditious. Superior care..., the pancreatitis was diagnosed quickly and Meat eater Millie is recovering super fast. With simple treatments. For my busy schedule it was easier to scan for it all to insure they did the best job they could. So thankful.

Took my dog to the emergency services today. She was limping so badly she could hardly walk and seemed depressed. They were able to meet me within 45 minutes. Dr. Faye and Gretchen took a blood sample and found lymes disease. They were quick, listened to me, and were SO nice to my dog. Thanks for being so good at your very important jobs!???? -Sydney & Juno

We visited the Ashland WI area in July. Just before heading back from our vacation, our puppy became very ill. We contacted this vet clinic and they got us right in with our emergency visit. The quality of care was top knotch. They were kind and compassionate to our pet and to me during a very scary time. All turned out well and our pup is healthy and happy again! Highly recommend these services and vet clinic! Very grateful for the emergency vet and staff.

Dr. Sarah and her team were awesome with emergency eye surgery on our elderly Labrador as we we’re traveling through upper Wisconsin. Can’t thank them enough for their professional and compassionate care.

We brought our dog in for shots and to get fixed. I loved how they did not push for stuff not needed. Everyone is so friendly and kind!

Didn't care for how they kept adding more. And how they just kind of dropped my puppy into the window. But we love Margaret the vet so we will keep going back

Very caring people,treat the animals like their own

Dr. Dan has always been so nice about answering our questions about our farm animals. We haven't had to call him out to see anyone in person yet thank goodness. We are new to pigs, cows etc so his help has been invaluable. We also took our pregnant dog here and again they are just so helpful and knowledgeable. So lucky to have a vet like these guys in the area!
