It was not a good situation. We had to put our dog down. But they were so understandingand supportive

This is the best vet in town. Dr. Parker is an extremely passionate and compassionate vet. We recently had to bring our older family dog in who hadn't been acting or feeling well. She had to be put down. The whole process while not very fun was handled very well. Dr. Parker explained everything he was looking at and what he was thinking. This was all after hours, he came in from home to make sure our family pet was cared for. Beyond that we use Willow for our small farm vet services as well. Willow, is willing to make farm visits which is really nice. They have verified pregnancy in our goats and help with general wellness checks and treatment. This is a great all around veterinarian service. Either for home pet care or farm practice. Willow is an excellent choice!

Eggcellent service from ALL STAFF they truely love animals. They took me as an emergency walk in after hours when i called this morning. I had to be put on hold so the staff could check with Dr Parker Robinson about what was going on with Fro. He gave her a shot and was very helpful with explaning what i should give my feathered daughter Fro to get her back to herself. Forever grateful to Dr and his staff they treat you like family and the pricing was eggtremely fair. I would comfortably recommend them to anyone. They provide care to ducks hens roosters. They also let me go in and not make me leave my Fro by herself and wait outside. A different vet wanted me to just drop her off. Unless you speak duck i think its best to explain things and events to get proper facts for proper treatment. Getting more of my 109 & counting feathered ones checked out if needed in the future. Already got an appointment for Nov for check ups on my favorite house runners.

They do everything they can to take care of your pets

Doctors have changed and the bedside manner and care isn't what it used to be.

Dr. Meyer has treated my families dogs and horses for 25 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our vet needs. His protégé, Dr. Robinson is also very knowledgeable and professional and the entire staff is always so friendly and helpful. Since we live close to Superior there are much closer vets but it's worth the extra distance to use Willow and they make house calls this far away for the horses too.

Had a nice visit there, Dr. Was very efficient, we were in and out in a half hour. Very pleased.

Unable to get through on telephone line, hours later finally get through and put on hold and then disconnected. Another hour to get through to a person. Once I am finally able to reach the office I state my situation with my pet who is struggling to breathe. Willow states they are busy and I must call Ashland Area Vet Clinic to be seen there, called there but they are unable to see her. Call back to my vets office of where my dog has been seen for 12 years at least once a year and they state they are busy and there’s nothing they can do. Not even to allow me to talk with a Vet or an assistant to see what I can do to help my dog breathe. I have never heard of anything so audacious. They do NOT care about your pet if they don’t have the time! Go somewhere else so when you need something they will be there. I called Iron River Vet to where I have never been. They were kind and courteous, gave me advice and an apt for the next day because they were busy but not too busy to just leave your animal to suffer. Find another Vet!

We had to euthanize our Yorkiepoo Arnie today and were met by true empathic professionals. The experience although heartbreaking was made absolutely beautiful by the way they treated Arnie and us. Bless them.

I love willow, I love Dr Steve Meyers and his staff. And the other vets are just as great. They love our fur babies,and treat them with respect and so much care and love. And the same with my horses they are amazing!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I can't say enough about Willow Animal Hospital. Every staff member, from the receptionists to the veterinarians are top notch! In my experience of having pets of all ages and one with diabetes, this is clearly the most professional, finest veterinary service I have had the pleasure of knowing. My dog was very sick yesterday and they were the only vet in a 40 - 50 mile area that could get him in . They are great at explaining things, the Dr. even got on the phone and talked to me when i was at work. 100 % recommend.

I recently lost my German Shepherd after 12 years, it was a hard time for our family and we had to drive 45 minutes to get to a vet that was available. Dr. Meyer was willing to come in on a Saturday after hours and was so kind, patient, and understanding while we grieved. They sent us a hand written note after with their condolences and also donated to a Vet organization in memory of Ace. I cannot recommend this place enough, they are so down to earth and really care for the animals (: (high quality for cheaper price)

They took great care of my dog, Sumo while he was in the care of my family while I was stationed overseas. Easy to work with, communication was extremely easy-even from the other side of the world!

They are so nice. They did a small surgery on our 8 year old Boston terrier Gaia. Everything went smoothly. Drop off and pickup went well. Clear aftercare instructions. A friend of mines dog had been poisoned and died. I didn't know this at the time however when I called after hours on a weekend. I was promptly called back I was able to bring the dog in the dog was examined. The person who I had talked to was extremely cooperative very friendly I received service above and beyond what I would expect at that hour of the night. I have had a long history with this place and have never once my life been dissatisfied with their service. The owners and staff at little animal hospital go above and beyond because they actually love animals and care about their customers. I so highly recommend this place. unlike some other places around this area their prices are fair and they don't price gouge you or change their prices depending on whether they like you or not or who you are. They also will not charge you for unnecessary tests or immunizations or recommend things that are not needed for your dog or cat or other animal just so they can pocket some money. When I brought this dog in to be examined and cremated it costed me far less than what it would have costed at any other place especially with the after hours charge which I'm not sure they even charged me for. The person who's fur baby had passed away received a sympathy card and was able to even call and talk to the person who had examined the dog. This person now has a new fur baby and was recently brought in for some testing and check up. I had expected to pay far more than I did however there is still money on account there due to that I overpaid. I had gotten a price estimate from another vet that was at least $75 more and their price estimate was at least $40 more than what they charged me. Again I highly recommend this place!!! If you have a fur baby that you truly care about you want to take your fur baby into the best place a place where owners and staff love for babies as much as you do and will go over and above that also treat you and your fur baby with respect.

Very loving and caring vet clinic. Gaia our Boston terrier loves going for check ups. We highly recommend them.
