Great facility, great people that work there, and a great environment for my pup especially during the winter when he can’t go outside and socialize as much! I would recommend them to anyone who has a dog!

My dog hates baths and getting her nails trimmed, except here. She runs to get in the building!

The staff was super friendly and the whole process was quick and easy. We love being able to watch the dogs on their camera, and coming home to a tired dog is always a plus.

I didn't leave a review when they "cut" my dog (more like gashed her) during grooming, and I certainly have never complained about watching the camera they explained which never seems to connect for me, but the cheapness is unacceptable. I called today and asked if my dog could come in for a half day which they kindly accepted. While dropping her off I asked what the price is for a half day session- $17.50. I dropped her off at just past noon. When picking her up, 6 to close, they charged me full price. I quickly questioned the price change which she explained is past the 5.5 hour mark for half day. I'm not sure why this wasn't explained if I was only discussing a half day? The only reasonable answer was because they didn't know when I intended to pick her up. If there are specific time frames, this should be explained to customers especially those who only come about one time weekly. I would have gladly waited an extra 20 minutes or picked up 20 minutes earlier rather than pay an additional $8 for it. My dog enjoys this daycare and I will continue to use as my backup center, but I'm continuously disappointed.

As first time puppy owners my spouse and I were very nervous about doggy daycare. Having the doggy cams really helped ease our minds, and my mother in laws. Plus it's fun being able to watch our pup play with the other dogs. When my spouse saw some questionable behavior on the cams I immediately called TWDD and spoke with the owner. She personally dealt with our concerns by reviewing the cameras, and took immediate action to address our concern and prevent any future concerns. The front desk girls are always so sweet to our fur baby, and its clear the staff and owner really care for and love the dogs. I aways recommend TWDD to friends and family.

My dog has been attacked three times (and twice in the past few months) to the point of needing stitches while staying here. I was understanding the first time, as I do get that these things happen when dogs are playing together, but I have lost my patience. To their credit the owners have offered to pay for the medical bills the second two times, but my dog is starting to look like a cage fighter with all his scars. The most recent event happened while I was out of town and he was being boarded for the night, which left us scrambling to get him taken care of. This facility has simply lost my trust.

Our Kona absolutely LOVES going to Tailwaggers in Little Chute. Sometimes I think he likes being around the people there more than the dogs! I have not yet met a member of the staff there that has not treated our fluffy family member like one of their own. Thank you to all of you for making Tailwaggers a place Kona wants to go to!!

Tailwaggers in Little Chute is an amazing home away from home. We have used them for many years. They took gentle care of our elderly golden and let him hang out in the small dog area on a bed. They sent us a sympathy card when our little Maltese passed. They provide a loving and fun filled place for our 2 active golden retrievers. It’s a comfort to know they are loved and well cared for. And it’s a bonus to see them via web cam when we are gone! Awesome staff and the grooming is FAB!

Our dog was attacked and while she had been there for 9 years the owners who seemed to have loved us and her were HORRIBLE!! I would not EVER take my beloved animal to a place that does not have a clue what happened and refused to look at the camera to see! Our dog needed 3 surgeries for the attack and they also refused to help with the cost. If they would have acknowledged this was there error I would have even been happy.

I’m very disappointed in the care that my 2 year old lab has gotten at the Tailwaggers in Little Chute. He has been bitten 2 times in the last 14 months while being boarded there both times requiring stitches and medical treatment. The first time caused a large abscess in which a drain tube needed to be inserted, as it had not been attended to for the rest of his stay there. I chalked it up to an accident, though I did notify TWDD and they didn’t seem at all concerned and I never got a call from the Manager or Owner...this happened over Thanksgiving weekend of 2017. This past weekend I picked him up and didn’t notice when they brought him out to me...there were a lot of people there picking up there dogs, so I just scooted him out and in to the car. When he got in the house I noticed blood on his shoulder (he is a very light colored yellow lab) only to discover a 3 inch gash that was also about 2-3 inches deep down to the muscle. Being a Sunday I had to go to the Animal referral center, where they had to sedate him to flush out the wound and give him 8 stitches in layers and he is now on antibiotics. I had asked that the Manager or the owner, Melissa, call me, but I never received a call...so I called her this morning. She sounded so insincere and annoyed by me trying to talk to her about it....she had gotten the message about it yet didn’t call me....I felt like she was just trying to get me off of the phone. She just said that the incident was with a German Shepard who was a rough player and that my dog was a rough player too as well and basically these things happen. My dog Wilson is an active 2 year old lab and very sweet and friendly ...I have never had any feedback from them, nor the daycare he went to in Chicago (in fact I still get messages from them as to how much they miss him there) that he was rough. He has gone there 1-2 times a week for daycare and has been boarded there a number of times. But I have never been given any indication that Wilson has caused any problems or played too rough. In fact I have never gotten any feedback from any of his stays there. If my dog was ever a problem, or played too rough with other dogs, and I was notified of that...then I wouldn’t bring him...I would feel horrible if my dog played too rough as to hurt another dog...but this is the first that I heard anything from TW Little Chute that he was a “rough player”. I really just felt that she wanted to get me off of the phone...she offered up paying for my vet bill right away, that I just needed to bring her documentation. The fact that she offered it right away shows me that she’s been down this road before...and now reading other reviews...it appears that she has. In both of these incidences I was never told on pick up that there was an altercation during his stay. This being said, my previous Lab went to both the De Pere and Menasha Tailwaggers locations with never an incident and had great experiences there....I would just be very wary of the Little Chute location. I question the training of their staff in these situations...and possibly the screening of the dogs they allow there.

It's rare that I give reviews to businesses, let alone bad ones. When reading negative reviews about Tailwaggers I always assumed people were being too uptight and snobby about their dogs. I actually think this might be the first negative review I've ever written for a business. We've been taking our dog to Tailwaggers for about a year and a half. Maybe one weekend a month, if that. And a couple weekdays. So it was only occasionally. For a while, they said that he was anxious and played roughly with the other dogs so he spent a lot of time in a room alone. I always asked if he was aggressive, to which they said no. They never used that term with me. I always used the doggie cam to check on him while he was there. I would rarely see him on the camera. Several times I would call and ask where he was. They would tell me he's in "timeout" and will be let out shortly. I would check an hour later and he was nowhere to be found. When I would pick him up those days, I asked how he did and they said "he did okay, just a little excited" (this was a consistent answer). However, his behavior seemed to improve, at least they led me to believe that. Over the last several months, I would ask how he did during his stay. They consistently replied with "he did very good!". I'm fine with someone telling me if my dog is misbehaving. I genuinely wanted to know if he was aggressive so we were aware. However, they would consistently tell me he had gotten much better. Now we just had him stay there overnight this past weekend (June 15th). When we picked him up Sunday, we asked how he did like we always do. The girl at the front desk said he did very well, like they've been saying for a while. I received an email 2 days later (today) to inform me that because of his aggression, he was no longer welcome. I called right away and spoke with Stephanie (the manager). She said that they told me numerous times about his behavior issues. Of course I denied that because it simply wasn't true. i told her about his stay just two days before and how they said he did good. Her only response was that they've let us know in the past, even though for the last several months they had no complaints. I do notice when I check the cameras that they don't seem to have a max capacity for dogs they take in. There have been times where there were so many dogs, that I wonder how they can keep track of them. I assume this stressed my dog out a lot and he acted out. Now I'm understanding if he was acting out. I'm upset that we weren't warned and that we were led to believe he was doing very well. I do NOT recommend Tailwaggers for dog boarding.

Cindy loves it here and always comes home completely drained from running and playing around with her friends. Its well worth the cost of daycare especially in these winter months when getting bundled up for a walk isnt always the most fun option.

Are dog loves going there! He can't wait to play with the other dogs. It's a safe enviroment (unlike dog parks where you are never sure how many aggressive dogs will be). The dogs are well screened. Cheerful staff. They always have room for our dog!????

Up until last week, I had frequently taken my dogs to the Little Chute location. My lab does not have an “off button” and he also has execrcise induced collapse. Frequently, be would come home with sore paws (sometimes even bloody and swollen); which always left me a little concerned about his care while at Tailwaggers. A week ago, I dropped him and my labradoodle off at Tailwaggers to be boarded while I enjoyed a weekend out of town with my children. I was watching the doggie cam on Saturday; when I noticed either a shepherd or husky type dog, playing rough (more like attacking) my dog. I’d didn’t think much of this; because I figured if anything was wrong, I or my emergency contact would received a phone call. When we arrived on Sunday to pick up both dogs, we did not receive a report on how they did over the weekend, and my lab seemed a little eager to leave. Upon arrival home, it was discovered that my lab, Bucky had a 2 inch gash in his right front shoulder. This gash was down to the muscle. I immediately called Tailwaggers and explained to the receptionist that I would be returning with Bucky and wanted to speak with the manager. Upon returning with Bucky, I was informed that the owner was actually out of town and I still did not receive an explanation as to the cause of Bucky’s injury. The Recceptionist did get the owner on the phone and I explained the injury. The owner, Melissa had the nerve to tell me that Bucky probably deserved it because he likes to play rough. After I explained that this injury needed stitches and would require a visit to the emergency vet, she did tell me that she would have to investigate what happened but that she would reimburse me for medical costs. I was told to fax the medical report to her and call her on Monday morning. Bucky received anesthesia and had 8 staples to close his wound. He was put on antibiotics for infection. As requested, I called Melissa on Monday morning to discuss medical expenses. It was then that she reminded me that I did sign a waiver, and she made it sound like she was not going to reimburse me anything. After I mentioned negligence she did agree to pay me medical expenses, but I had also requested my boarding fees be returned. When I dropped off the medical bill to her, there were several other customers in the building. I suggested that her and I go somewhere private to talk. She refused. I gave her the medical bill and kindly requested my boarding fees be refunded, as well, She got rude, requested that I leave, and she actually fled! A week later, I have received a refund for my medical fees; but no refund on my boarding fees. Most disturbing is that I have not received any sort of explanation as to what happened to my dog. I am not sure whether I will be pursuing legal resolution to this case; but I do know that my dogs will NOT be returning to Tailwaggers, or any other boarding kennel for that matter. In the future, I will be hiring an -in home dog sitter.

Was my dog bathed, brushed, and nails clipped like requested? Yes, nothing special. However, pretty sure the groomer sedated my dog bc when I picked her up her eyes were watery, she was walking funny, and acting lethargic from the time I picked her up for the next few hours. won't return bc suspicious.
