I've been bringing my dogs to this clinic for 20 years (we are all a little wiser ????). I appreciate the care and compassion given to me and my pups, who have had some challenging health concerns. I do feel like I am heard and get my questions answered or we work togetherto figure things out. The dogs also know they are in good hands!

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. It’s worth a short drive, if needed, to avoid this clinic. There are poorly trained staff, an office manager (Amy Short) who does not follow through and has no accountability, and prices are not great.

Although I brought my sweet dog in as an emergency, I was forced to stand there holding my boy until the receptionist got approval on a $1000 payment on my Visa card. They had never seen my dog, had not touched or examined him but this receptionist requested payment before the vet tech - who was standing right there - was allowed to take him back to be seen. I said, "Will any portion not used be refunded?" And her response? "Oh it will be more than that." It was. Total bill was $1800. This was mid day on a weekday. No surgery involved. How would a mere receptionist be so sure Bill would be more than $1000 when he had never been examined. DO NOT GO HERE.

Got my puppy in when he wasn't feeling well and followed up to make sure he was doing okay!

Wish we could go inside. The Techs that came out to the car were very nice and answered my questions. The call from the Doctor provided answers to questions and told me everything that my big boy went through. Thank you.

My pets have been patients at Fox River animal hospital for many years. The thing I like the most, is that it's all about the animals. They've handled the changes necessary due to the pandemic very well.

Dr. Shepard and the team of vet techs are absolutely incredible. I’ve had my dog in several times in the past month because my dog has a lot of health issues and every single time they’ve shown me how much they genuinely care about my pet. His health issues have been very emotional and they’ve been so supportive through it all. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. I trust this place incredibly.
