One of our cats swallowed a string. This was the only place that took walk-ins. And it was a Saturday. A+ for availability. Very nice clean upscale facility. The vet was very professional and capable. Very forthcoming and honest about cost of services when asked and worked with us to be conscientious of the price tag on services. The check out vet nurse was friendly and helpful. Other than having a sick cat, a great experience in emergency animal care. Thanks!

Our experience did not start out very well. Ester did not know what she was talk about over the phone. Then when got there the 1st technician really didn't want to help us. Basically told us we should wait and see our vet in the morning. We started to leave when I turned around and went back in and demanded a supervisor or manager. After giving me a hard time, they finally had someone come out. She was extremely nice and asked us to bring Lola back in. It turns out she is very sick and needed Ivs and tube feeding and lots of medicine. Thank God she is ok now 4 days later.

I called to see how much to bring my pet in for emergency. Spent over a half hour on hold. Called back, the same thing placed on hold over 20 minutes. Ended up going to a different veterinarian. Very poor answering ability.

We're super helpful, we had to lay our wonderful senor cat to rest and the staff were above and beyond. They made everything so easy and made the process a special last moment with our baby

Not at all impressed with this place. They are more worried about how they will get paid and how much they can charge! No compassion for people and not much for the animals either as far as I'm concerned. When this was actually Fox Vally Animal Referal Center they were great. Since they became Blue Pearl they are just money grubbers! When we arrived they ignored us, when we wanted to leave it took over an hour to get our dog discharged even after we laid them!! Definitely will NOT be going here again!! Heartless!

If you need to go. You need to go. At least they are friendly and not to bad price wise... the wait time was long AF, but they do take life threatening cases first. Not sure why they have such a small crew at night. Was told if I wanted faster service, should of call/came in during the day.. like it's fri. Who comes into an emergency vet hospital during the day when their own vets are open?! They need to start staffing more at night personally.

Very nice receptionist when I called. We got in right away and I didn't have to wait very long for the Vet to call me when I was waiting in my car. No complaints or bad experience. My pets and I are always treated very well.

I'd rather leave a no star review but its not possible.. We arrive with our dog who is having some sort of complication. The staff would not allow one of us to stay with our pet. You are not able to meet with the doctor. You have no clue if they actually look at your pet. Instead they make you sit in your car in the parking lot. For a very very long time... I find this absolutely ridiculous that at least one owner is not allowed to stay in the building, in a exam room with their pet. I can't understand how a company hasn't figured out how to accommodate after almost 2 years of COVID-19 what a joke... let's leave people in the middle of winter in the parking lot in running cars for hours. To the owner - you should update your COVID policies so it's more accurate, no mention that the paying customer is not allowed to accompany the pet.

Had to euthanize our 13 yo pomeranian suddenly last week. The staff couldn't have been more understanding and comforting. Got to say goodbye to our best friend properly and we're grateful for that.

Seems to be worried about payments up front while a dog is in critical condition per vet Steph, did not feel like we had everything done to try and save the love of our life! Very persistent on expensive blood transfusion which I agreed on to make him feel better, hour later call comes out things didn't go well and he was pretty much considered dead. Don't go over well when dog comes out pretty cold which makes me question things if they were done. Called clinic twice and nobody ever calls back. Know it won't bring him back but very disappointed with how vet spoke Bolted in back when they brought out deceased pet. We wish we would have just left before transfusion and left things play ouabout $ 1700 for bill, and $90 dollars for cpr? REALLY? That they asked us 3 times if we want them to do if needed. What a joke!never again there! Bunch of apprenticeship people from what I heard. Just an FYI.

Our pooch needed arthroscopic surgery to help with her elbow dysplasia. And the staff here did a wonderful job explaining everything, performing the surgery, and guiding us through the pre-op and post-op care. Highly recommend them. Appears they would do excellent with Emergency Care too. Open 24/7 every day.

Very rude and short, the amount you spend you would think they would be polite and provide you whatever information you request, nope you're on your own and if you think you can wait with your pretty you would also be mistaken they kicked me out to the parking lot, hags

Didn't seem like much of an "emergency" room jus an expensive vet open 24h. Tell you "what they can do" don't tell u each shot is 90$ or the medication is 90$ a week. Was told what I already knew. Then told my next option was 3000$ MRI.

We took our dog (Daisy) there last night. She was very old, in a lot of distress, and we were pretty sure that it was time for us to let her go. The doctor took a look at her and also agreed that it was time. Everyone that was involved with Daisy's end of life care was amazing. They were all very caring and compassionate. They gave us the time we needed to say goodbye, and then gave Daisy a very quick, painless, and dignified ending. Wonderful people!

Dr. Ryan was our surgeon and he was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, sensitive, and went above and beyond for our sweet injured baby. We can't thank him enough! The surgical tech. Nici was awesome as well, very down to earth and knowledgeable! She put our minds at ease going over discharge information! Everyone we encountered at the reception area was so kind and so nice, too! 5 stars all around for everyone! Thanks again so much!
