I have had four dogs cared for my NHVC. My current dog is almost 14, and at his most recent appointment, needed a lot of gentle "securing" in order to examined, blood drawn, etc. The tech who assisted was incredibly effective and firm but kind and sweet with my dog; Laura, the vet, quickly ascertained what his current senior dog issues were re: neuropathy and cysts.

Dr. Amanda is wonderful. Hope she stays.

We have used.North Heights.for close to 20 years. They have taken care of our cats well and kept them healthy. We have had to euthanize two of our cats and they were kind and understanding of our feelings.

Long story short. They will do whatever they please during your visit without asking and bill you a much higher than average rate for it. When you ask questions about your service you’re treated as an inconvenience. If you question them again they will tell you if you don’t like it….leave

We have trusted our pets to North Hieghts for many years now. They have ways taken good care of them and us. I recommend them to anyone.

They did a neuter and gastropexy and just about killed my Dog! They started an oral antibiotic but it was too late for that after I called them everyday to get him back in! So when they finally got him back in the infection had spread and I had to run him to the emergency animal referral center $5000 later he survived and is heathy now, but it was touch and go after that dirty surgery! Then they sent me a bill for the second surgery they attempted but couldn’t do anything about, quick closed him up and called me to run him to the emergent facility. After this have heard numerous other story’s!

Very kind and caring people there

I like everything about this place. The staff is awesome. They truly care about my critters and they offer good sound advise and directions. There prices are very reasonable. Recently I made a mistake about my appointment date and missed the appt. They got me in the next day without making me feel like an idiot. . . which I was. Just a GREAT place!

My family and I have been bringing our pets to North Heights for years! They are professional, compassionate, and they truly care about the animals they take care of! We will definitely continue to keep coming here.

They were able to get my cat in to be seen in a timely manner and were so sweet throughout the whole process. My cat in not a very friendly one and she loved the staff so that definitely tells me this was the right place to take her. Very reasonably priced!

Your website indicates that you will make time for urgent cases. When I called, I was told that you dont do that. If that’s true, then why does your website say you that you do????? I again indicated that I was a returning customer and had an urgent matter & was told to go to Animal Referral. Ok then, If you dont want my business, you certainly will not be getting it ever again. I have since found a new vet that was willing to fit us in within the same week - y’all tried to tell me we’d have to wait a month with you. Also, you might wanna check your receptionist’s attitude because she was rude af.

I love this office. You can tell all the employees love what they do and really care for the animals. My dogs are very high energy and the staff don’t seem to mind at all. Appointments are quick and the vet will come out to discuss the appointment and options for treatment. Staff is super friendly with us and our dogs and I will continue to go here.
