I usually just star a place but sometime that's not enough this place is amazing old school pet store where the animals are treated as pets and well taken care of and happy a wonderful fish collection ferrets ginnys birds snakes spiders and evrything you need for them ...this place been around forever you should go at least once A++ from me

this store has gone downhill most of the fish look sick or have ich is that worth the drive anymore

i bought 2 guinea pigs here over a year ago now and they have become my best friends. i am so thankful for the workers for helping me get my furry friends.

The aquariums were dreadful. Sick, dead fish. Algea.

Great selection of fish, various other animals, some pond items no per store ever carries. Live food for reptiles. Other than that not really so great.

Love this place. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a good variety of reptiles.

I'd really like to think the staff has their animals best interests but every time I visit I find either a dead reptile, a reptile with a dirty enclosure, or a reptile with stuck shed or just looks to be in terrible condition regardless. They have multiple leopard geckos that were brought to them housed together when they should know they are solitary animals. They want $75 dollars for a rehomed animal in poor condition. I've also seen multiple snakes with stuck shed or that look dehydrated. The reptile care is just not good and sad to see. Otherwise the small animals and fish seem ok and the staff is mostly friendly.

The staff are so great! They are great and try to help you to the fullest. I would give them more stars if possible.

Best pet store in the tri state area!!!!

My son and I traveled an hour to get here and it was worth the trip! They have a great selection of reptiles and small furry things but the main attraction was their aquariums. They have a huge variety of healthy fish and invertebrates (we were looking for shrimp and they had a ton). I've done a lot of research on fish, shrimp, and snails and the staff knew what they were talking about, which is a nice change from the big box stores. I highly recommend this place! Best pet store I've been to in a long time!

I love them for the selection of pet's. And the accessories are great. All in all a great store

Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. They seem like they really care about their customers. Store was clean. All of the animals on the floor seemed happy and well cared for. The self wash dog service is wonderful. Will be back when my dog needs another bath.

Update: as of today Google maps says they’re open until eight but they’re not, so you might wanna call just to double check. I told the young man that I would do it through suggest an edit but he said his boss would take care of it. Today was my first visit and I was surprised that only the young woman was wearing a mask while two male employees were not. The young woman was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the small fish I wanted to add to my pond. Thank goodness she reminded me to get fish food. Hopefully these little guys will feel at home under the lily pads. I really wanted to give three stars for not having masks on but the lady was so nice and I didn’t have to get near those men so it worked out.

Stores hours are advertised as 8pm M-F, that’s not correct.

Update your time of closing so people don't drive all the way here at 6:30, only for the shop to be closed an hour and a half early.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about all animals.
