Super expensive, $3,500 for a puppy!!!

This is the worst place ever! My dog has been very sick and they are not compensating us at all. Two days after I got him it went down hill. I would never get a dog from here again. This place needs to be closed down! I’m not the only one with this issue. They are in cahoots with the worst vets offered for the free visit. Even though the dogs are deathly sick, the vets clear them as being healthy. Once you take them to a reputable vet you get the true story. Please find a reputable breeder and do not go to this place!

Cute puppies. Not alot of variety. A bit over priced, but they do offer alot if you purchase a puppy, so it kinda evens out.

Staff wasn't great. Not real friendly. Took my (very gentle animal lover) 5yr old in. He wants a dog and wanted to "try" different kinds. Staff said we could only try one dog even though signs posted said we could try 3 dogs. Acted like she didn't want to let us try a dog if we weren't ready to buy it that day. I did talk her into letting us try 2 dogs. Neither dog was friendly and both seemed nervous around people even though we were very chill, sat on the floor and waited for the dogs to sniff our hands/make the first move.

My lab gets pretty dirty because he likes to roll in grass and dirt and they do a great job grooming and bathing him. Employes are very friendly and Service is great.

i’m 25 years old and i just purchased my 18 months old son the most amazing pug puppy from puppy city we live in pa and drove 3 hours to get there. the staff was great too dealing with my little one wanting to see basically every pup in the place before he chose his little pug pup they were patient with us spending 3 hours there making our decision not pushy at all and so helpful! this couldn’t have been a better experience for me and my little one. paid $3400 for her she’s worth every penny in my book she’s exactly what we needed to join our family!❤️ thank you puppy city and staff

Prices outrageously high, the puppies were beautiful but

Big disconnect between the store and customer service reps on the phone . We drove over a hour to see a dog different dog than what was pictured. A lot of incorrect information provided, very frustrating. Called back the next day to provide feedback and got the run around and excuses. We were told that a Manager would return our call and no one every called. The whole situation casted doubt on any information that was told to us on the phone. Buyers beware of the information provided to get you in the store. Bait and switch tactics.

These guys are amazing. SO knowledgeable and caring. Extreamly clean and well cared for facility.

If I could leave “no stars” for this review I would. This location’s customer service over the phone was terrible. The representative was very PUSHY & RUDE, as if she was not interested in helping me with a puppy quote. All I can say is, if they treat their customers this horribly, I can only imagine how those poor puppies are treated.

We purchased Piper a female shitzu last November and she has been a joy!

Extremely high priced. Only serious buyers can hold puppy's which is understandable due to covid.

Had an amazing time here!! Staff was extremely helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. They even helped pick out a new name for my baby German Sheppard. I would definitely recommend to everyone!!!

There were two ladies working tonight. One was a blonde well mannered and accommodating. Then there was a snobby, darkish haired girl who was overly rude. I drove 72 miles to purchase one of their dogs and she basically ran us out of the building. I highly recommend speaking with the pleasant girl that works here and avoid the rudeness. I can not justify buying from these people. I had excited kids and the girl ruined the whole experience. I will never return to this establishment. Sorry for your loss and my kids disappointment.

At the end of April I purchased a beautiful brindle mastiff for 2950.00. My family and I fell in love with him and he was immediately an important member of our family. Jynx became critically ill in July and had to be rushed to our local emergency vet for treatment. 24 hours after being treated he had to be transferred to a critical care internist in Leesburg for continued care. It was finally determined that he was suffering from immune mediated polyarthritis which in the absence of trauma or soft tissue injury is an autoimmune disease. Our beautiful mastiff then had to be euthanuzed as he then developed a septic arthritis and he was unable to overcome the infection despite best efforts by the critical care vets. Needless to say we were and still are heartbroken. We returned to puppy city stating what we had just gone through and we were then contacted the next day by a company called solutions.pet which is a third party customer service agency. I spent the next week gathering all the medical records and care plans to submit to this company, only to have them tell me they need a hand written note from the vet stating this was caused by an auto immune illness. The point is I bought a puppy believed to be extremely healthy and within 2.5 months of having him, he had to be euthanized. Puppy City is not willing to compensate me at all for the cost of this puppy or any of the vet bills. Never, ever purchase a puppy from this business. Save yourself some heartache.

Trenise and Brooke were AMAZING. They were VERY patient with my mom and I. The decision process was a little difficult for us because we couldn’t decide on which puppy. Even after 3 hours of trying to decide, they were still kind, patient, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Puppy City to anyone looking for a happy, healthy, puppy and a pleasant experience. Each puppy comes with a crate package full of great starter items (food, toys, blanket, etc.). We drove 1.5 hours and would gladly do it again if we ever need another puppy in the future.

We've always had a great experience with this location. The staff have been attentive and knowledgeable. We love our babies we have purchased from Puppy City.

I hate puppy places in general but they were good with them and they were nice
