Dr. Monahan and everyone at Preddy Creek sincerely care about and enjoy their pet patients. Dr. Powell and the staff are very good with my shy German Shepherd dog as well as my GSD puppy. Dr. Powell is also very knowledgeable about Greyhounds, which is important as they can be a tricky breed to deal with medically.

Extremely caring and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Mollie actually enjoys her office visits.

Was asked how to make the experience better, but we had a great first visit, and definitely reccomend them. Heres what I wrote for their question: Whole thing was great. If I had to say something to improve it, maybe a little swingset or something for parents with kids who have to wait outside for their pets. Dunkin donuts was a treat but I dont want to take my kid their every time and they get antsy in the car for long periods. Just something like that would be cool, but not necessary and didnt hurt my experience, would just add value!

Overall quality care, fit us right in when pets needed prompt care. I like that they dilligently follow-up on phone or email without needing a follow up appointment.

I recently moved all 7 of my pets to Preddy Creek Animal Clinic and I am so happy that I did! The doctors are very thorough with the time they take to talk you through their diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend their clinic for your fur babies!

Always the perfect experience. Everyone is so kind and gentle with my pup, and very patient with me and my concerns. We never have to wait long in the lobby or for the results of his tests. Love the staff, very professional and knowledgeable crew. Place is always very clean. Really appreciate the email follow ups too, I love having a written response to refer back to when unsure.

Always a positive experience when we visit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Had our Whippet Mix in for tooth extraction. Anesthesia was a great concern for us and the staff was top notch! Little girl came through with flying colors and was ready to cause havoc way too quickly! Thanks for all of the help!

All I can say is Dr.Powell and her staff are the best ever!I will not take my Dogs anywhere else.You are treated with compassion and the utmost respect ever.They truly care.They are very thorough with your animals.

Best vet in the area! Vets and staff love what they do and are very welcoming to me and my dogs. Having been to other vets before that get overbooked and inevitably rush services, Preddy Creek vets will take their time with nervous pets. I would overlook the one star left by Randy due to him having issues at another vet for the exact same reason. Nobody is obligated to handle a dog with behavioral problems, especially if they're at high risk of being bit. It is fortunate he found a place who is willing to take on his dog, but his review is pretty unfair.

We love taking our girls to PCAC. Dr. Powell is the best!!! The entire staff is friendly and very professional. They have a nice, clean office and the wait time is minimal. They are worth the wait though. I would highly recommend PCAC to everyone. Great place????

As a dog owner for the past 21 years in Northern Albemarle county I have visited a number of vets. Preddy Creek has been my one and only since they opened. The docs are incredible and very accomodating. Follow up is the best. They have cared for four of my dogs now and I won't go anywhere else.
