Taking good care of my new puppy.

This place has been our family vet for over 20 years and has taken care of our animals. Sadly we will be finding a new vet because our older cat needs medical help he isn’t doing well and they denied to see him because my mother has Covid. Now my cat will die in pain because they refused to help us. It is disgusting. Something is wrong with our cat and they don’t care. It breaks my heart to see my cat like this. DONT rely on this vet or tell them you have Covid because then they will leave your animal to fend for themselves and die.

Great place. A lot of places aren't taking new patients but they were able to see my bearded dragon. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The doctor was fantastic. The check in girl not so much. Took my dog in right away, so I waited in parking lot for word. After 2 hours I called and was told it would several hours more before they could see her. I said that would have been nice to know! I went home, the rx called with bad news. I drove back and the same girl brought gracie into the room where we were going to put her down, and she said, "here he is". I would have corrected her if I wasn't already so distraught.

They got me in next day for my dog with anxiety disorder. We're extremely kind and the vet and vets assistant were amazing. We have a Christmas eve shots appointment and I can wait to tell them how much better Katie is doing.

Will never take another pet here. They are not about your pets anymore they are all about the money. One of the employees here likes to bully other employees and makes it out to be the other employee instead of themselves.

Expensive (double last year back home). Signs everywhere for masks but staff had none.

The staff is the worst I have ever been around they misinform you and they are not professional I the vet was hard to understand but he did a ok job I would not recommend this place

After rescuing a kitten, I was having a hard time finding any animal hospital that answered the phone or had any timely appointments. WAH was able to get my kitten in a week from my call for a checkup. The staff was friendly, helpful, and sweet with my kitty. Dr. Walls was informative and gave me the meds we needed, set up future visits according to my kittens age. Hoping for good results with meds.

Today was our first visit to Dr. Walls, and Winchester Animal Hospital. It was a complimentary visit from the SPCA after an adoption. He was excellent!!, took his time, was very kind and patient and explained everything thoroughly. I also 'did not' feel pressured to do anything extra, or have any extra vaccines or blood work. They just explained everything, my options, let me ask questions and then said it was all up to me. I felt very comfortable. All the staff was so nice and patient. I am very happy I chose this Vet and Dr. Walls, from the list. Their reviews were right on. They are professional and give quality care. I was very impressed!! I feel blessed we've established here! ????????????

For the first time in 10 years, I found a vet that is happy to give detailed information and answer questions. I was told things that were on my dog's health record that I never knew. Highly recommend.

Dr. Walls and the other vets are the best. I won't trust my pets with anyone else.

I had made an appointment for my dog and made him wait over a week and he has been suffering and coughing a lot and they told me that I had not made an appointment so now my dog has to suffer for even longer and I know I made an appointment because the lady I talk to said she put me on the book.

Dr. Walls is the best vet I've ever met. He saved our cat Old Man. Thank you with all our hearts.

I took my new puppy here for his first appointment today. The doctor was very kind and clearly loves animals. He was very nice and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Winchester Animal Hospital has the most fantastic doctors and team members. They are very caring and up to date on the latest innovations in veterinary medicine.

This is absolutely the most caring and thorough vet facility that I have gone to. Captain America loves it. They explain things clearly and treat your cherished pet like family. They are also great at calling with reminders and have super reasonable prices. Thanks for your great care and service!!!

Erika was so kind to me yesterday when I had to let my dog go. It is such a hard thing to do and I really appreciated her allowing me the time I needed to say goodbye and to be with Rogue (my dog's name). Thank you so much. -Shane

I have been taking my animals here for years I won't take them to any other vet they are absolutely amazing the staff is polite and courteous very knowledgeable

The staff here is so helpful and knowledgeable. But most importantly they are caring. I would trust these folks with any medical needs my furry family ever had. Their procedures and protocols, during this difficult time, are more than adequate but not so stringent as to create unnecessary inconvenience. They make you feel very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend them.

I had an emergency with one of my dogs and my regular vet could not squeeze us in so I called every vet in the area and this office was able to get my dog seen immediately with no additional emergency charge. All of the staff was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will most likely be changing vets at this point and take all four of my dogs to Winchester Animal Hospital
