I brought my cat, Zoey, in yesterday after she had thrown up several times, wasn’t eating and wasn’t acting herself. They informed me that because she was stable, my wait could be several hours (understandable since it’s an emergency clinic. Most life threatening cases are seen first.) When they came out to my car to get her, the woman was friendly and made sure to ask lots of questions about what was wrong with Zoey. She let me know it would be a few hours and told me I could go home if I didn’t want to wait in my car. (I opted to wait in my car). They called me about 2 hours later letting me know what they found and gave me several options and the prices of each so that I could make the best decision for my girl. When it was time for Zoey to be discharged, they went over her care instructions and I paid my bill. They forgot to charge me for the wet food she needed and when I pointed it out, they told me it was a treat since I had waited so patiently. We ended up getting home around 11pm so it did take some time but I’m thankful they were able to get Zoey treated and feeling better. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them if you are faced with a pet emergency!

Dr. Milano took such amazing care with Milo. His explanation of why he’s in severe pain was so easy to understand and relate to. Very caring, clear and concise in taking care of my baby from here on out.

Took good care of our sick cat. Kept us regularly apprised of his condition. Provided cost estimates so that we could make informed decisions and released him with instructions to us for continued care. All this done observing COVID precautions and during a winter storm.

Excellent care and very reasonable. They stabilized our dog, who was quite ill, and referred us to an excellent specialist who was also excellent. We have had to use their services a few times, and they have been well worth seeing .

This place is horrible. If you take note more than a few of 5 star reviews are from them euthanizing peoples aging pets which skews the actual star count for what the emergency vet is supposed to be there for... From what I’ve seen killing your pets are what they truly specialize in, infact it’s the only thing I’ve ever seen them do right. They’ll even give you a clay paw print and a little casket if they’re feeling over the top.. If you have a pet that’s actually fallen ill and otherwise healthy please take the extra time and go somewhere else. Trust me, an extra hour on the road is nothing compared to the 8 hour wait time they’ll want you to sit in your car while they rack up your bill as they go ahead and run some meaningless tests and run your credit card in circles

The folks were very nice. Paperwork was minimal, thank you. The doctor who saw Rocky was very thorough at explaining what the hospital did to help my baby and also what "else " they found that I should be apprised of in our future. Thank you for that too. Cost versus 'relief factor' was very acceptable to me. I would recommend for when those emergencies occur. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Missy

My mother-in-law Dropped a dog off at 12:15 with a laceration to the entire leg needing stitches. Was referred by my vet to go here. Dropped the dog off and was quoted a time of completion to be 4-6 hours. Drove an hour and a half from her home to drop the dog off. At about 5pm with no call from the vet with any update, She calls them. They haven’t even had a second to look at her according to the rude woman who answered the phone. She then stated She drove an hour and a half from home and sitting waiting and could you please look at her and let us know what the plan is as it’s been 5 hours already. The woman stated that “we are busy and will get to it when we can”. Around 6:15 My MIL calls back and ask if any update. The woman on the phone stated they still haven’t looked at her and My MIL lets them know She would be just coming to pick my pet up. This is ridiculous. 6 hours in and no one has even taken a look at the dog. My partner then speaks to the woman and she gets snappy and hangs up the phone on him. By far the worst experience We have ever had in my life with anyone. Let alone a “professional emergency vet”. I wouldn’t take my gold fish to these folks. Worst experience ever.

This is honestly a really amazing emergency vet. They really arent getting any of the credit they truly deserve, things have been really busy for them recently since its so difficult to get appointments with any primary vet. However, if youre okay with the long wait times, they are still doing their very best to take care of your animals. We recently got stuck with a really sick kitten from a rather sketchy and unreliable shelter in the area. Ive had to rush here TWICE for some emergencies with my little fur-baby. Because of covid and such a heavy influx of people coming in. we did have to wait 3-4 and 6-8 hours for him to be seen as it wasnt a critical emergency. But whenever he was seen, they made sure to check on everything we were worried about, helped answer so many questions... and seriously helped out this poor 6 month old kitten who was very very sick. personally I think the prices ive been paying (considering its an emergency vet) are VERY reasonable. Its always a bummer to have to fork out a lot of money on the spot like that. However, very reasonable fees so far! I also love the really amazing customer service they provide! Super kind and amazing to work with! I personally have really bad anxiety, and when I was getting updates and calls about my kitty Finnley it was always a nice experience that didnt leave me feeling more anxious. I think my favorite part was how everyone loved his little bowtie collar, it made everyones day from what I heard :) IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!! ** Please, if youre reading this in 2022 preparing to take your animal here and youre worried about the current wait times. Its like this almost everywhere you go, its hard to deal with such long wait times but they are doing the best they can for you and everyone else! They are really good about calling and giving updates, as well as giving you really good and mostly accurate time estimates. It just depends on if a critical case comes through the doors, it might be longer. You dont have to sit in the parking lot either, they will hold your pet for you and you can always come back to pick up your fur-baby! :)

They took really good care of my dog, she got into a fight with another dog and ending up needing stitches. They are very caring and gentle with the pets and the staff are all very friendly.

So you get up here and there's a sign on the door that says stay in your car and call them. So I called them and she said oh by the way, unless your pet isn't stable there's usually a 10 to 12 hour wait for them to be seen. Will be glad to send someone out to check her out quick but... Seriously?!

We have 4 dogs in the household currently. We've needed to use the Emergency Hospital twice recently. They did a great job both times, set expectations and exceeded them. Thank you for being there for our 4 legged children...

The staff is nice, but the communication was awful. I checked in at 7:15, and I was told it would take 4 to 5 hours. So I stayed up, and it wasn’t until 5 in the morning that I called and they finally told me that they probably weren’t gonna be able to see him for a while. Again, this is an emergency vet, I understand that there are pets with very, very urgent emergencies that will bypass my animal in the triad; that’s not what this is about. My issue is with the fact that there was 0 communication that I wasn’t initiating. If I knew the wait time would be closer to 12 rather than 4 hours, I’d just get a full nights rest and leave my phone’s volume up, in case they can see him quicker than expected. Or at that point, I’d just be able to get an early morning appointment with a normal vet. On a better note, the staff there was very accommodating and cordial. They allowed me to see my dog in a room for a little while, since he has had issues with separation anxiety in the past.

All ER vet clinics in the area are overwhelmed right now. Too many patients and not enough staff makes for long waits. But the staff are incredibly caring, friendly and doing an excellent job with the constraints they are under. Be kind to them, their job is highly stressful! They took excellent care of my puppy. I was grateful they were there for my visit on a late Saturday night.

This is the closest emergency/walk-in vet to my home. I have been there about 6 times over the years. They genuinely care about your pet. They will triage your pet and then discuss what they think the problem is. They discuss treatment and the prices and include a quote. The down side is they are very busy and sometimes takes hours to get treatment and to take your pet home. The other is the price. Here's an example. I took my dog in after she danged her face, displacing her front teeth and busting her gum. They quoted me $800-1000 to put her asleep and remove the teeth. I opted to see my regular vet the next day (which they told me was an option) The ER vet charged $248 for the visit and meds. I saw her regular vet the next day and they did the removal and suturing of her gum. My bill was $219. I would also like to note that the ER wait was 6-8 hours because they had back to back surgeries that evening.

I've been to this place several times and my visits were never pleasant but this morning I called them to ask them a simple question what kind of medication or over the counter stuff can I use for my two dogs to get rid of fleas and they refuse to answer they wanted me to bring the animals in to do an exam would you just a money gimmick you don't have to see the dog to know if it has fleas or not please do not go to this place even if your pet is dying there's other places in the area that are a lot better and has better service

The Doctor that saw our kitten was absolutely amazing! She actually care about her patients and owners! They are amazing people. They even helped us on the total visit price. I 100% Recommend them as an Emergency Vet. They even told us on the phone it was about a 2 hour wait. But I got our kitten seen right away. And they gave us full attention. Which was appreciated

Very caring, and responsive. I accidently ran over our Cocker Spaniel, Chloe, but unfortunately, she was DOA. Brittany kept me informed, and returned her body in a nice doggie casket, with a complementary paw imprint. Thanks for the kind words, making a horrific day a little softer.

Such an amazing place! Answered the phone right away every single time and I called a lot! We rescued a kitten and her tail was badly damaged, they took such good care of her and make sure everything was covered and all our questions were answered! The vet was amazing, the staff was amazing, so friendly and really took care of our baby. If your fur baby is having an emergency this is definitely the place you wanna take them!
