Very good support staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Very understanding and supportive when dealing with a large dog who does not feel well and does not want to be messed with.

The entire staff from start to finish really devoted 100% to helping us figure out our 2 senior rescue dogs we just got 2 months ago. They were so warm and caring and very knowledgeable.

They were very kind and caring. Was able to see my fur baby at a Convenient time of day for me. The doctors are very knowledgeable. They even called and followed up after the appointment to see how everything was going.

I previously had my now 1 year old at another clinic in town. I was never 100% pleased with them. Now here I can go back with my pup, talk to the doctor, I feel more informed and know she has been seen to my liking. Dr. Wallner was thorough and pleasant. We have already booked our follow up appointment.

I couldn’t be more impressed with this vet office! Moving my animals to Pet Plaza was the best decision! Dr. Dempski has taken amazing care of my pups thus far. I’d recommend Pet Plaza to any pet lovers in the area. Their staff is patient, caring, and always attentive to the needs of my pets. Zac, Holly, and Mistletoe love their vets and vet tech friends at Pet Plaza.

Only reason they got 1 star is because I had no choice. This clinic is terrible. Do NOT go here. I am in healthcare and know what seizures look like. I took my dog here and explained she was having seizures the Male Veterinarian my dog saw said I was incorrect because they aren’t seizures. After he went back and did research he called me 2 days later and and said “after careful consideration I do think she is having partial seizures” which in other words the young Vet did his research regarding the topic. During the same visit I asked about a growth on my dogs eye in which the vet said it was no big deal and only a cosmetic issue. I scheduled my dog to be spayed and during the procedure the vet tech called and a different Vet (who did the procedure) recommended that the growth be removed as in previous experience the growth can grow and become an issue. They wanted to remove it. The Vets contradicted one another. The final straw was when I requested an appointment due to my pet having a skin infection. I was told that it was an IMMEDIATE emergency and I needed to take my dog to an ophthalmologist specialties in leesburg. I highly do NOT recommend this horrible clinic. I’m surprised they have so many good reviews as I have experienced nothing but issues. I am almost certain they also did something to my pet as she was never terrified of vets before and ever since she has been spayed she is terrified to step foot in a veterinarian office. Also be aware that they are ridiculously expensive. I don’t mind spending the money to have my pet looked at but to pay as much as I did to receive the horrible service my pet and I had experienced was not worth the money.

I just love the way Pet Plaza keeps up with my pets needs. They are loving to her and we are treated like our time matters. I also appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment, then send courteous reminds for the appointment. I recommend Pet Plaza to everyone.

I had a very pleasant experience with my difficult cat! They were patient and thorough answering all my questions, offering suggestions and seemed to really care.

Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. They have always treated our pets like they’re part of the extended family, even sharing our sense of loss when we’ve lost animals in the past. Every time a staff member retires or leaves, it seems like they hand select replacements that have the same sense of passion for the animals in the community. Thanks so much for being such a wonderful team!

Very responsive in seeing my pup with a cut that got infected…explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. I walked out with a comfortable feeling about my dog because of their guidance.

I went into my cat’s appointment knowing I would be putting down at least 100-200, but I would do anything for her health so I was prepared. Ended up totaling to about $480 which is not the reason I am leaving a low score. That comes from my experience of being accosted by a lady with a card reader while I was STILL IN THE EXAM ROOM in a very curt and abrasive manner without a shred of compassion. Normally, you pay at the counter in the lobby as you leave. Nope, not this time. She just came into the room, confirmed my pet’s name, and said “that’ll be four hundred seventy-nine dollars and thirty-eight cents.” No please, no other pleasantries. Just “give me your money”. After I was given the receipt by Ms. Card Reader (I don’t know her actual name because she didn’t care to introduce herself) and told to “have a nice day” in the least sincere voice I’ve heard that phrase in, I sat waiting for the prescription I had just paid for…for over 30 minutes before I was discovered still sitting in the exam room by the nice vet tech who apologized profusely. Was told that they thought I had checked out already, which doesn’t make sense to me because I wasn’t given the medication my cat needed. All I had done was give them my money. After they had that, I no longer mattered. For the most part, the doctor and staff were nice. Been going here with family pets for at least a decade, but it is clear that this place no longer embodies the friendly, family-owned vet clinic it once was. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one, I feel, was warranted. Bottom line is: expect to pay. Don’t expect to be cared for beyond what’s in your wallet.

My Weimaraner had an a yeast issue with her ear and a small eye ulcer, they worked me in at the end of the day. Staff and vet were amazing

I have always had great experiences with the doctors & techs at this office. Recently I had an emergency situation with my pet and they were very busy. They not only found an appointment for us that day but we were treated with kindness and professionalism by Sharla who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

They always take great care of my Dog! Great team, couldn’t ask for a better clinic!
