First let me say, I am not a cat person however years ago fate blessed our home with what I believe to be the two best cats in the world. I never thought in a million years I'd be so worried about my special baby cat, Sparta. Even though I had to give my baby to a technician I don't know and speak to a vet I can't see, they truly took the time to calmly speak to me about the care they were providing. Update*** 3 months into my dogs treatment I found out my vet quit after her first visit and a technician was determining her care. Still I'm not allowed to go in with my baby??. And then to find out you breach my trust. Shame on you.

This is my second time visiting this vet. My dog has been sick for over a month now. After her first visit, the treatment they prescribed had no effect, and she has been getting worse. Trying to get a response or a quick follow up about her health has been nearly impossible, even with them being aware that her healthis still deteriorating. Now, after waiting a half hour past my appointment time (just like the first time), I get in and am told that masks are now mandatory. Since I have already been vaccinated, I do not have a mask nor am I willing to wear one again. It is very unprofessional that none of this information on their change of policy was relayed to me after waiting almost a month to be able to get a follow up appointment until I'm already here and walking through the door. This is time that could've been used to find a veterinarian that is more interested in figuring out how to treat my dog. Instead, she has been getting worse and the time that could have been used to get her better has been wasted so that they can play political games instead. If you are looking for a high priced vet that has very little inclination to help your pet, is unresponsive with questions, waiting a month to have a follow up appointment, will have you wait outside for long periods of time after your supposed appointment time finally arrives, and cares more about playing politics instead of caring about the health of your animal, this is the perfect place to go to. If your pet is actually in need of medical help though, you should probably look elsewhere.

Not the best. Not the worst. For whatever reason this animal hospital functioned better about 5-6 years ago. Not sure what happened.

Their website states they handle emergencies, but when i called they basically only take appointments 2-3 weeks out. SMH

Don't bother getting an estimate they will charge you twice what that is. Noone seems to know what is going on

The staff here were very friendly and took good care of my baby. They were quick to answer calls and worked to answer all of my questions on the spot. I felt it was a little pricey, but that's generally expected with good care. The estimate and wellness plan were a bit confusing, and the final bill was higher than expected, so I wasn't very happy with the billing practice. Otherwise, my experience here was overall a good one.

This is my second experience with Linden Heights. My first time was very traumatic as I was saying good bye to my 16 year old Sophie. Not only were they understanding of my grief, but they allowed her to cross the rainbow bridge with the dignity she deserved. My next visit which was recent was more upbeat. They welcomed my 2month old shi tsu, Clementine, into their practice. I believe everyone present that day had a turn loving on her. They definitely have a five star rating from me❣️

I 100% recommend Linden Heights Animal Hospital when anyone asks me for the name of a good practice. We have been taking our dogs here for over 10 years and we have been extremely pleased with the care they receive. Three years ago I took my senior Cocker Spaniel in for a cough that just seemed to linger on. The Dr recognized the signs of dilated cardiomyopathy and referred us to CVCA in Leesburg. Because of the quick diagnosis and getting us to CVCA we gained almost two additional years with our little man. We are very thankful and will continue to take our dogs to them for care.

My Mother is 82 years old. She loves her cat. She took him to a local vet and got treated bad. So I got on my smart phone and looked for a new vet with good reviews. Anyway i picked this place. So she made a appointment. The vet that she talked to was very rude. Give here a price for treatment. When she got her cat back. They give here a bill for a lot more then they had told her . And a 6lb bag of cat food that she was charged 48 dollar for that her cat won't eat. She Tryed to feed it to the stray cat out back and it won't touch it. And her cat has been acting upset after coming home from the vist. Just don't understand how people can take advantage of older adults.

We got a very sick puppy from a girl who didn't take care of her. It was our first time here. They were able to get us in right away. The took very good care of her. The price we paid was very reasonable. Everyone we were in contact with was super friendly, the vet as well. We were very impressed with the over all place.

I take all of my cats to this hospital. From emergencies to preventive appointments, they always do an amazing job. The prices are fair and I trust their doctors and staff. My cats aren’t the easiest to deal with, and they always take great care of them despite their aggression. I will never go anywhere else.

Linden Heights has been treating my family's animals for many years now, and I have never, ever had a bad or negative experience with them. They care about our dogs and each and everyone at the hospital is kind and gentle with them. They answer all the questions I have about my pup's health and wellness and I've never been hesitant or worried about bringing my animals there. My husband and I recently welcomed a new puppy into our home and the people at Linden Heights were so excited to meet him, and it really just confirmed for me what I already knew--that these are great people who really care about animals and want to help their owners do what's best for them!

We have been taking our newest family member Maddie to Linden Heights since we rescued her just over two weeks ago. Dr. Anastasia and her staff have been so great with her. They even got us in the same day when Maddie pulled out two of her stitches from being spayed. Thank You to the team at Linden Heights for taking care of our girl! A+++

I live them! When my pet rats got tumors dr joe was on it, and he’s amazing! All of the staff are sweet, caring, and know what they’re doing! HIGHLY recommend them to everyone! Even when my pets crossed the rainbow bridge they give out cards and a poem! So compassionate! If I could I’d rate them 10/10!

Caring and Competent--My dog loves to visit Linden Heights because they give her cheese whiz! I love to take her to Linden Heights because everyone I encounter, admin staff, vet tech and the veterinarians are kind and capable. We used their boarding and had a good experience and vet care is the best! I like that they offer complimentary doggy toe nail clipping, it was much appreciated!

The doctors are knowledgable and the staff is very friendly. I have a cat and a dog and have enjoyed bringing them to the office for their visits. The separate entrances for cats/dogs also help with keeping my pets happy and calm during the visits!

We adopted the sweetest senior cat two weeks ago and brought her here for her complementary check up, as she had gone here with her previous owner. The staff remembered her and like her almost as much as we do. The Dr. answered all of our questions and we left feeling informed and knowledgeable about our cats neeeds.

They misdiagnosed our Dachshund who had a disc blow out and was dragging her behind. For 2 months Dr. Joe told us our dog pulled a muscle. It was a, "give her this medication, or try this accupuncture and bring her back next week," thing that dragged on for two months and cost over $1500. We had to beg him to give us a referral to a neurologist, which is the only way you can get an appointment with them and the doctor there knew it as soon as he saw her walk! An mri showed her disc was 75% compressed from the disc material that had burst. They also misdiagnosed our other dog and qas giving her meds for cushings when she didn't have it. Beware.
