Creekside Grooming Winchester, West Virginia

Been going here for 6 months or so. The girls there are great and do an excellent job.

An amazing place for dog grooming. Everyone was very nice and I feel they did a great job! We will definitely return for all of our grooming needs!

This time was just for nails on a pitbull and a mini Chihuahua. They were great with both.

My family just moved to the area and had our dogs boarded at a facility for a long weekend which included grooming. When we picked our dogs up today our small dog was covered in dry blood (never found the cause) and dirt and the haircut was horrible. I called Creekside in a panic and they had me bring her right in. They were so sweet and reassuring. They fixed the awful cut, gave her a flea dip, and made her good as new. She was a much happier pup. When I picked her up they had written the name of a boarder and bet down for me. I’ll definitely be taking my sweet pup back to them!

Just moved to the area and needed a new groomer for my 8 year old Shorkie "Angel". Took her to Creekside Grooming and they did a wonderful job. They are very caring, friendly and good with your pet. Will definitely be returning.

We are new to the area, and I brought my dog in a for a nail trim only. I stayed and watched while they did the trim and they cut somewhere between 5 and 10 of my dog’s nails too short to the point that he was bleeding and clearly in a lot of pain. The nail should not be clipped beyond the quick, and this is exactly why I take him to a professional rather than trying to do it myself. We’ve had him for about one year, and he’s only ever had one nail accidentally clipped too short by a groomer before. Our experience with Creekside Groomers was extreme and traumatic. The two groomers working on his nails clearly had very little regard for the pain they were inflicting, even as I stood a few feet away watching. I would be very concerned with what they would do to dogs when their people are not watching. I can say that I will never be back and absolutely do not recommend this place for any services.

If you have a husky, do not bring them here. Apparently they do not like the fact that a husky will talk and get excited. We were called to come pick ours up while our Berner was being groomed and were told “we thought we made it clear that we did not want you to bring him back.” So if you have a dog that is full of energy and loves life, I would advise you look somewhere else.

We absolutely love everyone at this groomers. Our Chihuahua Rocky has Special needs and all of them make sure to take extra special care of him and he LOVES everyone there????????????

Always nice to the doggos and make them look real good

My wife called Creekside Grooming first thing in the morning to see if we could get our cat and dog in to have nails trimmed and ears cleaned. They were very flexible and got the pets in early afternoon. They were extremely fast and efficient. From the time I arrived until the time I left was about 10 minutes. Nice people to deal with. We'll be back in the future.

Busy busy place. My two ShiTzus look great after their grooming. Everyone was very nice and they followed my requests.

Great place to have your pet groomed have used them for years for my English Setter and she loves to go.

They are amazing and super patient with my jackapoo!!! These ladies rock and my baby is left clean and happy every time!

When I moved here I had to find a new groomer for my dog. This place was recommended and I’m glad I took her here! My dog always looks great when i pick her up. The ladies do a wonderful job every time! Highly recommend!!

Very best place to get your furbabies trimmed and groomed. They're always helpful to work with busy schedules. Please note that they have limited days of operations due to the covid just call ahead to make sure you get in.

One of the worst groomers I have ever been to the owner was rude to my wife and made my dogs bleed when she cut his nails we paid for a complete grooming and did not get one. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I AM LETTING THE BBB KNOW ABOUT THE OWNER ALSO ANGIES LIST HER ASSISTANT HAD BETTER COSTOMER SERVICE THE SHE WII EVER HAVE

We have a dog that does not need grooming, but creekside has always been accommodating when we need her nails trimmed. They will do this on a walk-in basis, quickly, professionally, reasonably, and with obvious expertise.

I brought my golden-doodle and they did a fantastic job. I had brought my dog to two other places before here and hands down...they were excellent! I will be using them from now on.
