I took my small pet into see Dr. Wyant for her annual wellness exam. Dr. Wyant was exceptionally professional, compassionate, and friendly - making the entire experience very good. The entire staff was fantastic.

The entire staff is always a pleasure to work with, my little Frenchie can’t wait to get inside and greet all of the employees!

We LOVE New Baltimore Animal Hospital. We recently became patients here and not too long after our initial visit our dog had a seizure. The professionals at New Baltimore have been amazing. From my initial call for help to my appointment every person took the time to listen to me and to thoroughly explain things. Like so many people, our dog is another child for us, she is our fur baby. We truly feel that New Baltimore Animal Hospital understands how important our dog's health is to our family. The other thing we truly appreciate is that the most expensive option was not the first recommendation. They did not recommend a lot of expensive tests or medicines but instead let us know that those things were options, but that given our dog's good health and age that waiting was a very reasonable option. We highly recommend New Baltimore Animal Hospital!!

Dr Christopher Bailey is a Godsend. He was the vet on duty this past Monday to see my furry baby. Zai is an older gent and very laid back but wasn’t feeling his best. Sebaceous cysts turned him into a biting and crying baby; understood he was in pain. Dr Bailey calmed my nerves and alleviate the stress I was already enduring with a sick baby. Godsend because Zai was in great hands with Dr Bailey and the entire New Baltimore Animal Hospital staff. I love that this is a very caring and loving veterinary environment. Thank you for taking care of Zai and Zai’s mom.

Took my elderly dog here the other day and it was a really good experience. The staff was very welcoming and was very quick at what needed to be looked at for her. They tried their best to make her comfortable while looking her over and assessing her issues. The vet was very knowledgeable and knew what the primary issue was within a few minutes of looking her over. Talked over what we could do for treatments and the different options we had to help my furry friend. Will definitely be coming back here again.

We had our shih tzu puppy neutered and microchip and from start the finish the staff was amazing. I called a few times to check on him and they were responsive, kind, and helpful. They provided updates without us asking, sending a text and picture to us before they closed for the night. Overall it was a great experience for us and our puppy.

Not happy, won't be returning . Call back to office unproductive. Will choose another for my fur babies.

Recently moved to the area and took our dog to this vet. Doctor spent plenty of time with me and reviewed all of my dog's history and his health. They took good care of him and discussed all of my concerns. They were interested in our approach to his care and I felt no pressure to do anything that wasn't necessary. All in all, an excellent visit. We'll be going back as this will be our regular vet from now on.

We moved to the Manassas, VA area within the last year ~ and went to two other Vet practices, before we found our sweet boy "ACORN'S HOME" with NBAH. Acorn has some dominance & fear issues with handling & NBAH knows how to be with him. His new Vet, Dr. Trout, is EXTRAORDINARY! She's calming, responsive to him, identifies what she's observing & labels it for us, patiently answers our questions, & just GENUINELY gives Acorn her full attention. The WHOLE TEAM @ NBAH has been Professional, Caring, & Supportive. Everyone, including Dr. Trout, has a great sense of humor, which goes a long way, when you're feeling uncertain. CHOOSE THEM !!!

Dr. Trout was very compassionate and very understanding of our situation with our aging dog. I was so afraid to bring him in because I was so afraid I wouldn't be bringing him home. Dr. Trout understood that he was in pain and was able to give us meds to help ease his pain and make him less anxious. We know he wont last forever--that is the hardest part of loving a dog, but we want his days with us to be as many as possible and Dr. Trout understands that. She treated him so kindly. That is all we could ask for. Thank you.

My dog has diabetes and has been seeing Dr Trout since the beginning. She is doing great! And I have confidence in Dr Trout's treatment for her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Trout is amazing. Super kind, compassionate and patient. My puppy was SUPER SCARED and she did EVERYTHING (sitting on the floor to do the exam included) to make him comfortable. Their pandemic policies and procedures were clear and reasonable. I feel like the office staff was able to gather all the need information about Joey w/o me providing it. He is a rescue so the information is all over the place. 5 stars....THANKS!!!

The Doctors and staff have been taking care of our pets for 26 years. They are always there to take care of our needs no matter how small or large.

We are new patients and had a wonderful first visit. The team is compassionate and prompt. Dr. Clark took the time to get to know my pets. My family brought our pets to New Baltimore and Dr. Bailey when I was growing up and I was so happy to find that the quality of care and customer service is still top notch!

The doctors take their time and explain thoroughly, often giving several alternative suggestions for the care of my cats. They've seen us through tiny kittens to sad last days and have never been anything but kind and supportive. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Have been bringing my pets to New Baltimore Animal Hospital for many years. I have always found the staff and the docs to be friendly, welcoming interested in each animal and its "parent". The relationship between animal, veterinarian and client has been kind, and calming. Most recently, Dr. Trout has been very sensitive to the needs of the animal and to me. Thank you. Calder dog doesn't mind coming to the office a bit.

we have 2 dogs and 4 cats and all of them I trust to the care of New Baltimore, and in particular to Dr. Trout. She and her colleagues and all of the staff are always so patient with our pets and try to make them at ease. I trust their advice every time and was never recommended any procedure they did not really need. We were on the road in Michigan when it was time to help one of our cats over the rainbow Dr. Trout contacted the local vet to ease the way for us and we did not have to walk into a strange office and explain why we were there. I helped so much!

They were there in my time of need for me and my Golde Girl and I am very thankful !

We've been going to New Baltimore animal Hospital for at least 20 years and love all the people and the way they welcome and treat our pets. We have utilized just about every one of their services from wellness checks to surgery and euthanasia. We have never been disappointed in the care that we have received.

We had to put our Cairn Terrier down in October, followed by the sudden loss of our second dog in March. In both instances, the staff at New Baltimore Hospital was caring, compassionate, and empathetic to our needs and loss. Just this week, we returned to their care for our new puppy addition to the family, and Dr. Clark and staff were caring, patient, un-rushed, and engaging with both me and our new puppy. These personal touches and approaches so matter and humanize the process and visit. Thank you guys!
