Dr. Erin & Dr. Davis is awesome and so is the staff!!!!!! They are so good with our babies. Love love love this vet!!!!! Keep up the good work. Its nice to see someone that actually cares about the animals and not all about the money.

I switched to Newtown from my previous vet when my girl Abbey needed a cyst removed. Dr. Erin and her staff are great people, highly recommend this vet!

Very Friendly staff quick visit And I was able to sit in my car during the whole thing and wait. Appreciate them greatly.

They really take the time to talk to you about what's going on with your pet. They discuss options with you on treatment. We are really happy to have them!

Nice place to take your pet

If I could do zero stars I would. Extremely rude and uncaring staff for my situation. I have an animal who is sick and needs to be euthanized and they still want to charge an arm and leg, even if you want to take your pet with you after.

I moved here last year from Manassas Park and used to bring my pets to Blooms crossing animal hospital. The service and staff here helped us in an urgent unscheduled situation where my old vet wouldn't. They were exceptional and probably saved the life of my oldest dog who needed immediate attention and a prescription refilled. I can not thank them enough. Quality of service and care for animals who are family, like your children. Their care and concern was amazing. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Always so kind and caring. Dr Erin is great. My 22 yr old poodle recently went to doggy heaven and she was so tender with him. We love them!

Love Dr. Erin! They have really turned my dogs issues around and have always worked with me on scheduling to suit my needs.

This is BULL 3hr days. I’m a Truck driver working 10-12hr shifts to get essentials products to the stores but you all can’t work an 8hr shift or even a 6hr shift. This is not New York we are very safe here. Keep your hygiene and protective wear and let us get our pets the health care they need. My Pet PEPE NEEDS some minor surgery for skin tag. We need an appointment ASAP. Email me with an appointment time and date for next week. Your not doing us any good to be closed most of the day. Customer Service at its Best! Sincerely Hrach

Friendly, compassionate and made us feel welcome

Called for an appt. They were booked si I had to call another vet ...but the lady was very personable. I had received great reviews thru friends. But I did find a vet that was available and my doggy got fixed. But thanks to Newtown for being so personable!

The veterinarian is suoer nice. She does a great job of explaining things to you and answering your questions.

Dr. Davis and Dr. Erin are the most wonderful vet's I've ever had the pleasure to take my pet babies too. They don't over charge for services not needed. They treat your animal babies as their own. I would recommend them to everyone!

Care was good and vet was very nice. The 2 stars are for poor communication with the office in general. Costs were exceptionally higher than other local vets and we were definitely not prepared for that. Signage that explains routine costs would be helpful to new patients. The also do not accept Care Credit. The office is older but neat. They do not use computers (they use typewriters) in their practice which was different if you are used to technology at your vet practice.

Friendly staff -- fast service. They are really good with the animals.

Dr. Davis is the best. He's been our veterinarian for years.

Dr. Erin is the best vet ever!! She took time with our new baby and us. She explained everything she was doing, answered all of our questions and told us what he would need in the future. The office staff is awesome too! They always take time to speak to him and get in the floor to play with him. Erin is so good with him!

Very disappointed, I had to wait an hour and a half, the lady in the front desk asked me to go to another Vet clinic (after waiting all this time). Staff was not very rude, however she kept arguing for some reason, I am not happy with their service and will probably go to another veterinary clinic like the staff suggested. Date 08/24/2019.

Can never get thru on the phone called numerous times (75 ) nothing but a busy signal and they dont even have an email address are they still in the stone ages. Front staff is very rude and unfriendly cant believe they are still in bussiness. Worst vet clinic Ive ever dealt with

Very kind but nickle and dime you. Brought our cat in knowing she was ill and she had to be put down due the illness and age. No problem with that but ended up paying a vet visit and also to have put down. I understand business but definitely should have better judgement when it comes to how you make your money. Do not recommend them strictly on there pricing structure.
