As a first-time dog owner, I can say my experience with Pets-N-Pals made me feel at ease due to how amazing ghey were.  I’ve been in search for a male Maltese or Maltipoo for years but unfortunately was unlucky, especially during the pandemic.  I discovered Pets-N-Pals while conducting my one millionth search for that breed.  I called to inquire about a Maltese named Maximus, I saw.  In the picture he was just what I envisioned.  I noticed he was there for quite some time and inquired as to why.  Emily, the manager, told me he was very hyper and that could be the reason he was unable to find a home at the time.  While I was on the phone with her she told me there was a Teddy Bear (Shih-Tzu mixed with a Bichon Frise) that would be a great fit for me.  Me, thinking I knew what I wanted, told her, “No, I want my Maltese/Maltipoo.” I drove to see Maximus and he was extremely hyper; though he was the exact breed I’ve wanted for years; he unfortunately wasn’t a match for my lifestyle and personality.  Bethany, the General Manager, had me try to make a connection with a Cavapoo.  He was cute but again, I didn’t feel a connection.  Here comes Emily suggesting for me to hold the Teddy Bear.  I told her I wasn’t interested, and I’d rather wait for a Maltese or Maltipoo.  So she comes out with this puppy and again suggests I hold her.  I reluctantly held her and immediately felt a connection and in love.  Next thing I knew, I’m a whole puppy owner to a beautiful Teddy Bear puppy I named NouNou (formerly known as Petunia).  My family were never pet owners and never wanted them; let me tell you, everyone has fallen in love with NouNou!  If you’re having a bad day, she just strolls in and immediately brightens up your day. Emily Emily and Bethany were phenomenal!  Emily was very knowledgeable and patient with my inquiries and concerns; and trust me, as a first-time puppy owner, I had so many questions and called the store countless times.  I’d like to say Emily is a great matchmaker!  For her to know over phone calls that a Teddy Bear would be the perfect fit for me is truly amazing.  Working with the entire staff was rather pleasant.  You can feel the love in there amongst the staff.  Another thing I noticed was the store was well kept and didn’t have any bad odors.  I’ve been to other pet stores where it had unpleasant odors. The one thing that was a con for me was they don’t do email.  I’m huge on email so I can reference back and because I work a lot and don’t have time to be on the phone.  So having to call them with my inquiries versus emailing was a con for me.  But they mentioned to me it’s mostly due to the high volume of messages they’ll receive and not enough time to answer.  They do call and text you a few days after your purchase to see how you’re doing and how the puppy is getting acclimated to the new environment.  They answer all your questions with patience and compassion.  Overall, I had a great experience with them and highly recommend them.

We have had the most wonderful experience with PetsnPals. Our new fur baby is a total delight and the support from this shop has been very good. I highly recommend them for quality, knowledge and their enthusiastic support.

Total trash. Dogs are poorly taken care of—it’s beyond sad. Run as fast as you can. There are plenty of reputable pet stores around.

We purchased our teddy bear pup from this place. Great staff. They are very attentive to the animals. They even check up on us both after we brought our new addition home.

I recently purchased a Shiba Inu from Pets And Pals. The staff was so courteous and caring and obviously loved their animals. They followed up with me almost daily the first 10 days after I took him home to be sure he was acclimating well. He is a happy healthy and wonderful new friend.

Omg this store is top notch!! Ppl are incredibly friendly and it’s a locally owned! Emily and Tiana was the greatest help! So glad I stopped in here!

They're a family owned pet store. I do think some of the prices are high but they have great service and select!

Pets-N-Pals has the largest selection of coral locally... beautifully colored and healthy specimens. Very good prices as well. Will be making them my go to source for all my saltwater and freshwater needs.

Good clean store and good service

We went to Pets-N-Pals to look for a Shih Tzu puppy and returned home with 2 adorable, 10 week old, fluffy Teddy Bear puppies. The staff is so helpful, nice, friendly, and especially knowledgeable. They gave us printed instructions to backup their verbal ones. We would recommend Pets-N-Pals to everyone looking for a puppy or pet supplies. ????????????

We bought our puppy there, she is our baby. Their customer service is great there. It feels like all of the employees are your friends not just a worker trying to sell you stuff. They always try there hardest to make sure your happy with your purchase and that you can afford your purchase. They go above and beyond what’s expected. Yes their puppies may be expensive but they are worth it. Whoever complains about it is really just wrong. If you are a true pet owner you know that your pet is worth so much so it doesn’t matter how much you may pay for them. They will help finance anyone if they can! Even if your credit isn’t the greatest, and they won’t just push the bad financing on you, they always want to give you the best rate they can and they will even tell you if it’s possible to get 0% interest rate. They don’t want you paying a high interest rate. They want the best for you and I definitely recommend them.

We bought a 4 month old Bichon Frise from Pet-N-Pals and are super-happy with our experience! The attentive and genuine care for all their pets including our puppy was evident when we were at the store and after we left throughout the week when they texted to check in on us and our pup’s transition to our home. The store is clean and very inviting—everyone working there is friendly and has a genuine love for animals. I highly recommend this pet shop to anyone wanting an amazing pet and equally awesome customer experience!

I have been going to pets and pals for over 2 years and absolutely love them! The staff is amazing and always there to help and share wonderful advice. ❤ I was able to bring home my childhood dream puppy 2 weeks ago due to Emily's determination to help me and I am so so appreciative!!! They are amazing!

We purchased our cavalier King Charles spaniel from pets and pals, it was hands down the most professional experience. They text me daily checking on Bentley after we took him home and was always there to answer any questions we had! We look forward to our next purchase with pets and pals. If you are looking for a new fur baby this is the place to go, they are honest and upfront about everything.

Very pricey and not a good selection. Been coming here all my life never to buy anything just to look and kill time. the puppies. Not all the puppies look and act sick but I seen some.This place was in a heep of mess when they decided to dye puppies hair and someone took a picture busted them out now on the puppy glass enclosure it says no taking pictures lol but locals remember what yall did

We had a wonderful experience finding our new "Princess"at the store. The puppies were healthy, beautiful and well- socialized! They made sure I had everything I needed for my new fur-baby! Total pet place, everything you need for almost ever sort of pet. Very helpful friendly staff.

The entire experience was great. The staff was helpful, and gave me all the information I needed, along with supplies I needed. The puppy has won my heart, and did from the first time I laid eyes on him. They came highly recommended by a close friend. The best advertisement is word of mouth.

I mostly shop here for saltwater stuff, they recently redone their coral and I was really impressed at the price, variety, and health definitely check it out if you need or want coral at a great price.

My family had a wonderful experience with Pets-N-Pals! They are incredibly professional and attentive. We drove 2 hours to Pets-N-Pals to get our puppy and would do it again because of the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

What a great place to get fish and other supplies, staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable and always has answers for my questions. Prices are very reasonable and they always have a nice selection of fish and the tanks are clean and clear as well.I can tell everyone there cares about all the animals. Can't wait till they reopen, missing "fishy fridays" !!

This was my first time having a puppy and everyone was so helpful with explaining financials, training, and any other questions I had. They checked up on my puppy continuously after the purchase and he is the most loving puppy ever!

My snails died and im sad but everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.
