This team is wonderful, the front desk worker, doctor's and other staff, they made me and my pet feel very welcome and at home and they offer excellent service.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone seemed invested in the best interest of our pet. All questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Very professional facility!

First visit with my dog. Dr. Vaught was friendly and thorough. All procedures and options were explained. She had a wonderful demeanor around my anxious pup! Would highly recommend.

Great staff! Great doctor! Nice, clean and comfortable office. Waiting time not more that 15 minutes although there was an emergency case. Highly satisfied, puppy did not even feel his vaccination. Would definitely recommend and come back!!!

It was perfect! I was brought into a room within minutes of checking in, and Dr. Perez addressed all my concerns and made sure my dog was comfortable and calm while giving him vaccines. My dog has seen all the doctors and they all have given him the best care every time! And the receptionists are all so friendly!!

I wouldn't entrust the care of my fur babies to anyone else! We have been "patients" of Dr. Bryant and his staff for over 40 years and have always received excellent, professional, caring, and compasionate care. Their love of treating animals is evident in everything they do! ????

Dr. Bryant and his staff are beyond incredible. The love the show for all of the animals that they care for is obvious simply by watching & listening to them interacting with the pets & their owners, in that order by the way????Everyone are friendly & beyond helpful. I was traveling 335 miles one way on business & they agreed to work my two dogs into their busy schedule to do their annual physicals & give them their shots. They are the best!

We have used Salem Animal Hospital for both personally and for our rescue, Dalmatian Rescue of Southwest Virginia, for many years and have found them to be exceptional. Dr. Bryant is so caring and treats our dogs like they are his own. We love all of the staff and they treat us like family. We couldn't ask for anything better. We love them!

Ive taken 2 of my dogs here and i love this vet office. They came out and loved on my doggies so they could get to know them. They were very professional and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend Salem Animal Hospital.

I called them on Saturday morning because our dog (LittleDog) had a severe cough. We were worried about him. Within 2 hours Dr. Bryant was seeing him. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you Salem Animal Hosp. For a very good experience.

Unfortunately, after years of good service, I will be seeking veterinary services elsewhere. The practice has gone downhill and the lack of care or concern demonstrated by the staff there is abhorrent. They do not meet expectations for the veterinary care I seek for my pet. My pet and I were left in a hot car for an hour before being told the only option was to reschedule. Dr. Bryant(s) have been my family vet since I was in the sixth grade with my first pet. I'm truly sorry to see the practice being managed in such a neglectful way.

My wife used to bring her childhood pet here and we had been bringing ours since we got her in 2012. They either have gotten too busy or don't have enough help to provide the kind of support we are looking for. My wife arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time and called in when she arrived. She called again 15 minutes after the appointment time when others who had arrived after her were being seen. They told her then they did not know she had checked in and that she would have to wait since she 'missed' the check-in time. After an hour she called and let me know that she didn't think anyone was going to see her today. We will be looking for a new vet in the area that at least has the professional courtesy to let us know if we can't be seen or if they are too busy to actually fulfill an appointment time.
