Derolf Animal Hospital Salem, West Virginia

First time here, staff very cautious keeping clients away from each other to help with Covid control. Brought sons pet, which she received really good care. Cost was much higher than I had expected. (only reason didn’t give 5stars). Wish all vets offices would have enclosed area away from traffic that customers could let pet loose to use bathroom before/after seeing vet when having to travel long distances.

I cannot say enough about the staff, Brandy, Logan, & Drs. Metry and Smith.....this place has been absolutely wonderful, providing compassionate care and listening to me when I have concerns about my little doggies!!!!

I can trust that you give the best care ! I'm aware that Duncan isn't easy to treat one on one. I also aware that you have to be careful of the covin19 in treat to others. Thank you for what you do!

I don't see anything that could be improved upon. The staff is courteous and gentle with our pets and you can tell they love their job. The doctor's are always professional and understanding of feelings and circumstances. I recommend DeRolf Animal Hospital to all my friends who have pets. These physicians and their staff have taken such good care of my animals for years and seen us through the lost of a few of our babies. Very professional atmosphere with the love you would give your own family pets.

Dr DeRof is great veterinarian and all his employees are super nice. We've taken our last two dogs there.

I went with my friend to pick up her dog. She seemed to be satisfied with the services. In my opinion the prices are to high. I can go to people doctors cheaper. It's all of the vets except angels of Assisi. They're reasonably priced and that's why I have to take my animals

No suggestions. We were happy with the care and the COVID protocols that you have in place. It's nice to be able to have one person accompany our pet instead of having to wait in the care. Thank You!

Derolf Animal Hospital is awesome! I wouldn't trust anyone as much as I do you guys! Very professional and take care of Zoee which is my main concern. Zoee seems to like it there also!

The staff here were courteous, efficient, and professional. They do require masks even for the vaccinated and ask that you wait in your car to fill out paperwork and before you see the doctor, if they're not quite ready.

Frankie is the most important dog in my life my family loves him so much! You guys help so much when it comes to keeping him healthy. Not to mention all the nail trims we can't thank you all enough. Can't wait to be able to come in again because talking to you guys is part of the great experience.

The whole staff of DeRolf Animal Hospital are very kind and compassionate people. Dr. Metrey, Dr. Smith and Dr. De Rolf are very thorough and very caring. Jennifer, Betsy, Lindsey, AnneMarie and Madison and the rest of the staff not only love the pets but they also care about the owners.

Always professional and kind. I have been going there for 12 years. It just gets better every time. I just miss going in to talk with the Vet. Will be glad when they rescind Covid rules.

I have used and recommended DeRolf Animal Hospital for over 15 years and they are the BEST! The doctors are compassionate and caring and the staff is always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this office.

Nothing would have made it better, things went perfectly. Dr. Smith is so gentle and caring with Pugs. The visits are even better when Lindsay is there to hold and calm Pugs. We're so thankful for everyone.

Always a tremendous experience! :-) My kitty’s recovery from surgery was so seamless that I literally would’ve guessed he’d had nothing done. It goes without saying, that the team at DeRolf are all consummate animal lovers, but they’re also cheerful, professional, considerate and kind. Couldn’t ask for more :-)

The customer service at DeRolf is exceptional. Scheduling the appointment, the visit process, to the pick up is all friendly and compassionate. My only complaint is the pricing, which I believe is steep. However, you get what you pay for and I keep coming back ????

You guys are beyond AMAZING! Thank you for being part of our family and taking care of all 6 of our fur babies. The dogs especially say it all... they are never traumatized when they come home from treatment. (The cats aren't either--I just can't read cats as well!) Dr. DeRolf goes above and beyond *every single time* and the office staff is absolutely lovely and always helpful. Pixie, especially, shows how much she loves you guys because she excitedly runs to greet everyone when she arrives. We love you guys! Thank you for all you do, and for putting yourselves and your families at risk, taking care of our babies, during Covid! You are front-line workers, too, and our heroes. We could not recommend DeRolf Animal Hospital more. If I could give 100 stars, I would.
