Great docs and they love taking care of the cats

My cat Johnny passed away at 17 in September. I want to thank every vet tech, the ladies at the front desk, and especially Dr. McAlister, for their kindness, knowledge, and patience. Every person there treated him like he was their own at every visit. Dr. McAlister and Danielle helped Johnny cross the rainbow bridge. They were so attentive and showed him so much respect. They went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were comfortable, reassuring us that this was the right decision. I absolutely recommend Vets to Cats.

Staff seem to care but it is evident the owner doctors do not provision resources appropriately. For example, waiting for 48 minutes after the scheduled appointment time nd expected to just lump it or leave is unprofessional and uncaring.. Studies show medical providers of this type do not have consistently great patient outcomes. I am a doctor and professor as well.

You all did an excellent job shaving the knots out of cat Floyd. The waiting room is nice and the staff is great. I believe he actually loves coming there. The only thing to make my experience better is I wish you could put soft paw's on Floyd on a Saturday since I work all week but I know you all are busy on Saturdays. You all do a great job on soft paw's and keeping him healthy, thank you!

The staff werefriendly and place was clean. Only thing would have liked for the Veterinary Doctor would have come in person and explained what procedures were done ...I guess I am wanting more inviting atmosphere more one on one

I just can't say enough how much I love VTC, the vets, & techs, front desk gals, I love them all! We started taking our cat (11 at the time) here in 2013 after all the good vets left our old vet, a poor outcome for our girl, & just didn't click with the vet. I love the inviting & homey vestibule area. Our older gentleman, as Dr. Connie Canode calls him, is testament to their expert care of him & his current longevity. I love it she has fresh catnip she grows, & our cat loves her. He has received excellent care also from Dr. Van Horn, & most recently, Dr. Britt. Know that there is an extreme lack of vets in this area. The local vet emergency hospital couldn't take any more animals & was referring all to VT emergency. VTC worked with me to get my cat seen the next day, from a tech visit to a vet visit. I can't say enough how compassionate and accommodating all of them are here at VTC. I may not know all of their names, or how to spell them, but Kaitlyn, Sarah, Cathy, Susan, are so helpful & patient with me no matter if it relates to records, answering my many questions, giving nutrition tips, or just listening with an empathetic ear. The facility is always spotless, waiting area, exam rooms, & the surgery/procedure rooms. I feel their prices are very reasonable for the excellent care your cat needs. They also stock Rx food & supplements. You can also order your items on their online store. Our "old man" has also seen Dr. Van Horn, & Dr. Britt, besides Dr. Canode. I can honestly say you won't find better care than from these exceptional vets. Let me say that even if I forget their names, all of the techs who care for my cat get a huge kudos! They are professional, compassionate, efficient, & know so much about cats & their health. I want to thank, Angie, who sat down with me and explained about my cat when he was going through a CKD rough patch. I am expressing my deepest gratitude for all they have done to make my geriatric cat comfortable and healthy during his last years.

I have been taking my kitties to Vets to Cats for over 25 years. I have never had a single complaint or problem within that time. The staff is caring and more than competent. The doctors and techs are exemplary, and I have full faith in their dedication, love and care for the animals they serve and they tolerate the hoomans as well!

Shots only visit was comprehensive in scope . Quite satisfied with my mature cat's 'Once-Over.' She was seen by all her favorite people during the visit.

The price is sometimes fairly high and it seems there is always an attempt to "up -sell" what seems like unnecessary tests or other things. I tell people we take our cats to see you all, but make sure they know to expect this and to be aware of it. The people are typically kind, particularly when you have to let go of a loved animal.

Some of the best people you will ever meet very compassionate and definitely there for you when you need them The staff is one of a kind you will fill like you are family no matter how big or small the job there are there for you starting with front desk Staff all the way to the Dr's.

I'm a dog person who decided to adopt a cat. First cat I've had and I'm learning that they are definitely different from dogs regarding training, grooming and feeding. My cat needed some grooming so I googled and read reviews until I found a place I felt confident with trying. I'm glad I picked Veterinarians to Cats. Friendly staff who were nonjudgmental about my ignorance concerning cats and they recommended a few dietary changes to help with his weight. Would definitely recommend them for grooming. They are a full service veterinary clinic as well and given my experience with the grooming, they'd be a clinic I would consider if my current vet retires.

Our visit was great, just about perfect! I appreciate that your office was willing to treat little Stray Kitty without an appointment, and with all the care that a regular client kitty would receive. He’s such a sweetheart, thank you all so much!

I highly recommend Vets To Cats! All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and love kitties! This practice only sees cats, so it provides some ease for kitty not to have to listen to barking dogs, and the staff are experts in kitty health and care!

I rescue & foster dogs but opened my ♥ (and ????) to a couple of stray (now domestic) cats ????. Who better to treat them than doctors that ONLY vet cats? I took "Greenly" in Friday for a dental and tests revealed an underlying kidney issue. LVT "Jessica" was patient, helpful & informational. Vets to Cats is always VERY thorough; I feel confident that my fur babies are in good hands there.

Sometimes it's not even just the cats with anxiety. Every person I interacted with was wonderful from the front desk on. I wish I could remember of the vet that took care of Tater because she was like a cat whisperer. She immediately turned off the florescent lights and talked to him with the softest and most genuine voice. Both of us relaxed! He immediately became more calm. Thank you so much!
