We have been with Dr Finkler for over 30 years. Dr Finkler and Dr Blazack are now caring for our 9th fur baby Gibbs. All of the support staff and technicians are wonderful. We would not trust anyone else with our little man Gibbs. Thank you all so much for the care and love you have given all of little ones over 30 years

I just changed Veterinarians after 30 years plus to the Roanoke Animal Hospital. My normal Veterinarian could not see us for our Wellness check for 3 weeks and I couldn’t wait that long. I called Roanoke Animal Hospital and they were able to see us the following week. I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism of the people that took my call. They were so nice, never placed me on hold and got me taken care of. Dr. Hart saw my dogs and she was amazing. She took the time to talk to me about the dogs and their history and everything. I’m so glad I found this animal hospital.

I am extremely pleased with the care that my pup, Lilah, and our kitties are provided by our Veterinarian at Roanoke Animal Hospital, Dr. Blaszak. In addition to Dr. Blaszak, all of the vet staff for kind, courteous and respond in a timely manner. Dr. Blaszak is so very knowledgeable and is always willing to educate me on my pets’ care and diagnosis, he is never impatient or dismissive. He is always thoughtful and I believe the whole staff really care about my pets welfare. I also really like their texting communication feature too!

We have lived in Roanoke over 15 years. We were briefly with another hospital, but feel the care, empathy, and responsiveness at Roanoke animal Hospital is head and shoulders above anyone. Our two dogs, Chloe and Sophie, tolerate the visits. C'mon; no dog likes to visit the vet! Anyway, past animals have also gone there. The hospital has done a very good job dealing with the pandemic. They have also helped setting up PetDesk. They follow-up on visits to ensure that the animal is okay. Really appreciate the hospital. Never had a bad visit due to people working there.

Roanoke Animal Hospital has taken care of our 4 dogs (all service dogs), and does a fantastic job of prompt communications, solid expertise, caring staff and outstanding Veterinarians.

Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Dr Hart and Karla were wonderful. Even having to work with covid protocols they were quick and efficient without making the appointment feel rushed. Thank you all!

To all of you at Roanoke Animal Hospital I will never be able to express what is in my heart for each and every one of you.. All the years of excellent care and compassion you have shown my boys is just the tip of the iceberg. You have taken on the rescue dog OB and moved so quickly with a patient who isn’t even a regular. Today I witnessed you take in a cat that was not your patient from someone who wasn’t even your client. I see how unbelievably overwhelmed, over booked and I’m sure under staffed you are. I can’t imagine doing what you do on a daily basis. Everyone always has a pleasant greeting and a smile on their face. Then mostly likely crying on your drive home, only to walk thru your own front door with that smile once again. I know you deal with not so nice overwhelmed clients ready to shoot ( you the messengers) for news they didn’t want to hear. In addition to this your dealing with patients who can’t tell you what hurts and clients who want the best care at bargain basement prices Just know how much I admire, appreciate and love each and every one of you and forgive me for not telling you sooner Julie Viar

Best vets in the Roanoke Valley. So efficient, and so kind.

Doctor was very patient and very thorough. Took plenty of time to address any and every issue and to get to know each of my pets personality. Extremely knowledgeable about a slightly uncommon pet and took time to listen and to explain every concern we had and to educate us on other things. Ferrets can be wiggly and a bit difficult but he had no problems and showed genuine care for all three. Have seen other doctors for my ferrets that had knowledge but not the amount of commitment and care. Highly recommended!

The best Vet in Roanoke ! Dr Hart and her team are the best. From the front staff to the vet techs. Every single one have always been then and have done everything they could for me . From the good times to the sad times they were there for me and my fur family.

Doctor was kind, patient and professional. She addressed our concerns and didn't minimize the issue by saying "it's nothing" which was quite appreciated. Facility was well lit, clean and had appropriate sanitization equipment in place. Recommended.
