Our cat was really sick and had to be put to sleep. They fit us in at the last minute. They were kind, gracious, and wonderful! It was my daughters cat and they were so delicate with her.. They explained everything and gave my daughter her cats paw print. It meant so much. I will bring my pets to them in the near future!

West End is the only clinic I trust for my animals. I have quite a few fur babies with different health ailments and they always take the time to discuss my concerns. Ziggy says thank you for his dental this week. His mouth is already feeling better and he came home looking much better than I dropped him off! ????

I had been taking my cats here but I won't anymore. I called a week ago stating our oldest cat was coughing sneezing and wheezing. They offered a antihistamine and I said it's not allergies. I was told to call back next week if he doesn't get better and we'll try and fit you in. I said okay. I called back today and said here we are a week later and my cat is still sick and like I said it's not allergies...and they tell me they can't give our cat meds because they haven't seen him in 8 years. Why wasn't I told this last week? I was told the earliest they could see him would be almost a month from now. I said what good would that do? To which the woman replied, you could try to go to another clinic or emergency vet? Really?! Why wasn't I asked to make an appointment last week when I called if it was gonna be that far out? We won't be coming back here ever nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service. Save your time/money and go someplace else.

I dont see the point in taking ur dog to one vet it's entire 14 years.... And when u have an emergency on a Sat... Ur told to take them to someone else... 'were too busy". Well... Now u can find time to cremate him!....

My grandparents took their Australian shepherd for a bath and nail trim and they used the wrong shampoo, and caused him to have a reaction and a hot spot that he kept digging into and made worse, and after they took him back in they admitted to using the wrong product and gave him a pain shot that wasn’t effective AND charged my grandparents for the medication when they caused the problem and should have taken care of the charge. this practice is very unreliable and my grandparents dog is doing much worse after leaving this practice

This clinic has always been good and caring. We just had to put our dog to sleep and to accommodate us during the pandemic, they took care of her in the fenced in backyard. They were sensitive to our needs and made sure she was comfortable as she slipped away.

Take all my animals there, 3 dogs and 2 cats. They are absolutely wonderful people.

they are so personal at this vet. everyone genuinely cares about your pet. they do not over charge like other bigger name vets. the doctor has talked to me on the phone to go over the diagnosis of my pets illness. highly highly recommend!!! especially for teeth cleaning.

Very kind to me and my pet, love that they manage all needs or complaints given. Very quick to get your pet seen without charging some unreal pet wait time. Very involved and very sensitive when it comes to diagnoses of your pet. This is the best veterinary practice I've been too in at least 8 years. Very proud to say I picked this office and Dr. Emily to take care of my pets. They're all great.

I love this vet clinic, they not only treated us respectfully they did my lil Molly as well and got her to feeling better quickly.

We've been bringing our pets here since 2009, everything from initial kitten vaccines to having to put an old dog down, and have no complaints. They're a full service vet with boarding & surgical capabilities. Everyone has been very professional, kind, and provided top notch treatment. They genuinely care for the animals & often add a unique personal touch when possible (see the pic of the cast they put on near Christmas one year).

They have bn taking care of my furbaby since I have had her, which is going on 10 years. Properly diagnosed her issues, gave proper Rxs and she is now much better. Very caring group of people

Got there 10 minutes early and they promptly delivered curbside pick-up for my pup's pedicure. You would have thought he was a kid leaving the candy store and not the vet when they brought him back 5 min. later. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful clinic! When I moved to the area I tried an animal clinic closer to my house. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience so I started to look for a new vet. This one came up and I decided to try them. I love this vet! They remembered my pup and always treat him so well. I also love what they do for the local strays. It may be a little bit of a farther drive but the quality of care is worth it. Prices are fair and they are always available whenever my pup needs something!
